This company used to be great when they were operating under the name Fluffed and Folded. Now…read morethey've switched to the name Happy Nest and they've gone downhill. They've ruined clothing. I've had to send entire batches of clothing back to be rewashed because they were actually dirtier than when we sent the clothing. The clothes actually came back smelling like urine. Small things like socks and washclothes have gone missing completely. I guess that's somewhat understandable from time to time. For the last six weeks they've not folded the socks at all. Just left them laying lose in the bag with all the other laundry. I've repeatedly emailed them and I never get more than an email back saying that they're sorry, they'll talk to the people doing the laundry but nothing ever changes for the better.
