All I have to say is this place is insane. I brought in a $200 shirt that was very important that I kept in good condition. Went out one night and had someone knock cranberry and vodka all over the shirt. Was referred to this place by my brother and I'll let the photo speak for itself. I came in just for a quote because I wanted to find a cleaners with lower pricing since the current one I go to is $7/piece. And I know other places charge about $5. Kim wanted to charge me $15 per blazer and $10 per bottoms. A gentleman came in and dropped off two suits while I was there and she mentioned to me that she charges him $40 for those two suits and that he's a doctor. And I tell her well I'm no doctor and can't afford paying double of what I'm paying right now. She tried offering $10/piece. So I was like no way. So I just took my business somewhere else. Needed a dress to be altered next day and Kim was able to get it done for me. She was so friendly and helpful. Since I needed the dress altered so soon, I didn't think she would be able to do more than a basic hem job but she was able to pull the dress in so it fit me better too. Yes, as a regular customer they have me in their filing system and I have no problem with dry cleaning taking more than a couple of days. I was very impressed with the service at this dry cleaner. I needed something done next day and luckily they offer same-day service. I walked in and the lady was happy to have my stuff ready for me by 8 AM the next morning. I joked with her that I would probably forget to pick it up and get in trouble with my boyfriend (who's stuff I was dropping off) and she said she would keep it right up front for me. Shirts always nicely pressed. the sleeves are pinned to the front so they won't get wrinkled. Most places leave them hanging and by them time you pick them up they're wrinkled. The owners always have good customer service. read more

Won't be back here. I took in 5 uniforms to be pressed. When I got them back they were clean but not pressed. I asked when leaving the uniforms that they be pressed no starch because they are fire retardant and needed special care. Sure he says we have state of the art equipment no problem. On pick up he says I got what I paid for and I should ask for military press next time. More money for this service. Seriously 32.00 for washing and not pressing. RIP OFF!!! read more

I moved to Huntington Beach last year in December 2012 and I knew it would be important to find a cleaners close by. I drove up Beach and spotted this cleaners; the moment I walked in I was greeted by Henry the owner. I have been coming here ever since and have never had a problem. Henry always goes out of his way to get me anything I need fast and has gone out of his way many times to do next day for me. I definitely give this place 5 stars and recommend it to any new comer. Needed to rate this business one star or else I wouldn't be able to leave a review. Brought my dry cleaning here after Kim begged my fiancé for my business because they couldn't afford to lose anymore customers. Now I know why.... They completely destroyed my silk jumpsuit I had and took very great care of for years. The material was completely burnt, the luster and sheen in the silk gone and is now dull, worst of all there are white burn lines throughout the pants and cannot be fixed or restored. I called Kim, who originally promised to refund me the money if I was not satisfied with the cleaning, only to tell me that it was already in this destroyed condition when I brought it in. I didn't ask for her to replace what isn't replaceable, only a refund. She lied, argued and refused to make right by this situation. They are thieves, completely unprofessional and definitely NOT THE BEST BUT THE WORST! read more

Probably one of the worst dry cleaning establishments I've come across. I just moved to Huntington Beach recently and of course I needed to find a new cleaners. I have tried a number of places and none have been like what I had in South county. I have a number of Tommy Bahamas that I want to makes sure are taken care of and cleaned properly. I came into PBC and spoke with Kim Lai about not being satisfied with any other cleaners in town and she put on the full court press telling me that she is the best in town and everybody ends up coming to her because she uses a certain kind of chemical that no one else uses. Then she told me the price and I about cursed but gathered myself and said that I would give it a try. I did have some stains on some of the shirts but usually that's not a problem. I recently picked up the 8 Tommy's and took them home. The next night I was getting ready for a trip and started going through the freshly cleaned shirts and to my surprise I found a bleach mark stain one one of my newer Tommy's on the front of the shirt. Obviously it was destroyed and I would not be able to wear it again. I went on the trip, came back and today went on to see Kim Lai about the shirt. I can almost handle anything but when a person doesn't take responsibility for a costly mistake that doesn't sit well with me. She made me feel like maybe I did something to the shirt and kept saying I am with you, if you say I did this, but I know that I take care of my customers and look after their clothes. But she wouldn't admit she was responsible and offered nothing in exchange for ruining an excessive shirt. If I could give less than a one star I would. Dishonest as well as expensive. Steer clear of this place!! read more
