I've only used Linh for the last four years and refuse to go anywhere else. She's amazing, hires great employees and does a wonderful job

When I walked in there were not many customers there. I wanted a pedicure and SNS. 2 hours later I'm not done with just the pedicure. The guy scrap some skin off my foot. When I tried to talk to them about how long I had been there they tried to say the pedicure I selected was a long one. WRONG! I've gotten this same combo at other places and never has taken that long. They also tried to say they were busy. But they were not when I got there over 2 hours prior. Won't be back. If you got time to kill I guess try it out but I'm not about wasting my time for horrible service. read more

The facility is very nice and I was expecting a great experience... Not so much. I went in for a pedicure. I got the cooling gel pedicure (4th option). I mainly chose this pedicure because it advertised a 10 min. massage. That is not what I received at all, maybe 4? If that. Also, the "cooling gel" never cooled my legs. I was very annoyed with service all together. This was also the first pedicure I've had that the Asian pedicurist did not know how to trim cuticles or cut toenails. This is a fabulous nail salon! They have a huge menu of manicures and pedicures, the staff is very friendly, and it's clean. The prices are reasonable, and the staff pays close attention to the details of your nails. I had a great experience and highly recommend it! read more

I was a regular at another nail salon but saw an example of Linh's work on a friend's nails and just HAD to give Lihn a try. I didn't get to see Linh, as I didn't call for an appointment and she already had a client, but I saw other three other nail techs (the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5... I kept getting passed off to different people and it was kind of awkward) and they all did a great job! The shop is well decorated, and more importantly, very clean. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Loved the outcome of my nails, didn't have to wait since I made an appointment. Quality of nails was great and the kinda LA glam style I was used to. They do charge for shape and for any technique/ design for nails i.e ombré, different colors. Overall I was super happy to find this salon they do a great job on solar nails. read more

I called ahead to let them know I was coming and when I got there they then tried telling me to come back in a couple hours because they suddenly got busy. I got a shellac manicure like I always do but my nails started chipping the very next day. I've been to a lot of different salons and have never had that happen to my nails. Also, when I tried going back to get them fixed they did everything possible to not fix them, I went two times and was told the same thing of "were too busy right now come back later" I came back later and she tried telling me that again. I was pretty disappointed, walked in and only one woman employee was working on someone and two other employee men sitting around watching TV. I asked her how much pedicures were but the whole setting felt off with the men not even looking up to help me while this poor woman tried to attend me while giving someone else a pedicure. I went to Linhs for the first time the other day after reading all the great reviews, and it did not disappoint! I went on a Friday around 3 expecting it to be busy, and to my surprise, it was not bad at all. I was seated and my pedicure started within 10 mins of arriving. My pedicure was great; it looks great and felt even better. They actually use really hot water which I personally like since I'm always asking them to make the water hotter at other places. Linh did my nails. I wanted to try ombré, but I also wanted gel nails. She said she had done lots of ombré but never with gel before. I was ready to settle for just plain nails, but she seemed excited to try the ombré with gel. It took a little longer than a regular gel manicure, but I'm very happy with the results! Prices are reasonable. My gel manicure was a little more than I usually pay, but she spent a long time trying to get the ombré perfect and I felt like it was worth it. This is definitely one of the better nail places in college station! read more

Absolutely awful. It took over 2 hours to get a mani-pedi, and It was horribly done. My cuticles look horrible and the lady who did my nails cut me 5 (FIVE) times. My middle finger bled for quite a while (10 min?) before she put antibacterial pray on It. They were extremely rude and absolutely not worth $50. I don't even think It was worth $40. I have been going to Linh for a few years now and I have never had a bad experience. If the paint chipped, even a week after she did it, she would fix it! My daughter has ingrown toe nails and Linh does an expert job at cutting them back so that they are no longer painful or infected. She is also the most precise and creative nail polish painter I have ever encountered. I am sorry that Sarah had a negative experience, but that is the first time I have ever heard a complaint. If she was supposed to get a longer massage (and that is one of my favorite parts of getting a pedicure!) and, for whatever reason, did not, she could also have mentioned it. Everybody makes mistakes and forgets, but if she had said something, Linh would have made sure that whoever was actually giving the pedicure would continue for even longer than 10 minutes. I am floored by how this establishment has such great reviews. This was the most disappointing experience I have ever encountered at a nail salon. Here is my list of flaws: 1. My friend and I had an appointment set for 5 p.m. and we weren't seen until around 6 p.m.. 2. Absolutely no cuticle work was done and no massage. This should be included in the manicure as it is at most nail salons. But, if you want it, they charge extra. 3. Kept getting passed around to different manicurist. 4. The polish was jagged around the edges. Overall, just lack of attention to detail. 5. They had customers come in just for a simple service, like fixing a broken nail, and were turned away or told to call for an appointment. They were not even busy! read more

After reading the reviews I decided to try this place. They give you a pamphlet with multiple different pedicures to choose from and you can add massage time to whichever one you choose for additional cost. I decided on a pedicure that included a 15 min foot massage for $33 and added 12 additional mins for $10. When I got there they weren't that busy but once she started and people started getting there and was waiting she seem to have forgot about my additional 12 mins but didn't forget to charge me. I should have tried the other place that was in the same parking lot. Definitely will never go back and advise anyone else to try another place if your looking for a longer foot massage. read more

Made an appointment for 2 and arrived early. Wasn't seen until close to 3 and then was rushed through my entire appointment. Terrible customer service. The acrylic is full of air bubbles since she didn't take the time to pat it out and was too busy trying to rush through. She didn't cut my nails down before applying the acrylic so it was so uneven and she got annoyed when I asked her to fix it. Not coming back and not worth your time or money. Do not go here!!! I had called about 30min before I came asking if it was crowded and whether or not I needed an appt. she said they weren't busy and I didn't need an appointment. I live in College Station and have gone to same nail salon for years. I became dissatisfied so I started trying many new salons. Linh's is by far my favorite. The staff is very friendly and polite. This salon does many services which I will try. Mike did a great job on my pedicure. I was very happy. With the care he took This place is very calm and clean. I was hoping to like this salon as much as the other reviewers, but my experience was just average. I went on a Wednesday afternoon and the service was pretty slow. I came with a friend and we started at the same time, but I was not done until 40 minutes after her, even though we were getting the same things. The reason was that the women doing pedicures did not understand when I told them I was allergic to latex gloves (she kept asking if she could use them "just for a sec"), so the woman who started my nails stopped and I had to wait 20 minutes for someone else, even though I was trying to explain that I was willing to skip parts of the pedicure that required gloves if they had no other type of glove. It took about 2 hours to get a gel mani/ mini pedi, which felt slow to me. I came in wanting to get SNS nails, but I was already frustrated with the length of time I had been in the salon, and the girl in front of me getting SNS nails told me she had already been there an hour. The shellac that I ended up getting was a disappointment- the girl I had was on the phone the entire time, and my polish is pretty chipped only a week later. I may go back another time to try the SNS nails, but I feel like I've recieved better serivce at nail spa for a lower price. read more
