An Instagramer's dream. We went here for my friends birthday and we were all impressed. Beautiful photo walls and interior. A full bar and creative beautiful cocktails and mocktails. They really thrive on making your meal flashy and Instagramable, they have extra presentation options are available for purchase such as sparklers and candles for your food and drinks. One thing I appreciated were that the drinks were nice and strong which you don't usually get when buying *pretty* drinks (I basically didn't feel like I was just paying for the look of it, which is something that happens with alot of Instagramable drinks) One mistake we made is that the entrees were sharable sizes. We each ordered one thinking they were individual servings so oops, too much food but not a bad thing to have leftovers. We decided to get some Thai food after a couple beers at Aslin and wanted to be able to get one more drink. The decor of this place is gimmicky and there were lots of people taking pictures and selfies which is not my jam but the food was actually very solid. My husband thought this was the best Penang curry around. We also got drunken noodles because they looked better in the photos than the pad see ew that we usually get. We got medium spice which is pretty aggressive. We would probably do that spice level again for the curry and maybe get a little less spicy for the noodles. Would love to come during happy hour. This restaurant did not disappoint! Me and my friend saw this on our social media timeline and decided to check it out. We went on a Saturday afternoon around 1:30 pm and there was not a crowd. I can see the restaurant filling up during peak hours. We did not make a reservation, but you have an option to do so on their website. The vibe of the restaurant is lovely! The cocktail list was so impressive! There were so many unique drink choices. And the drinks were strong! I was one and done! We ordered the wings, crab Rangoon, shrimp fried rice, and drunken noodles. Everything was delicious! The crab Rangoon was the best I've ever tasted and I would go back just for those. There is a parking lot, so you will have no issues with parking. The shopping center does get crowded though because there are a lot of stores and restaurants. It tasted too much like regular white sugar and lime juice and some tamarind. Just was off. ** papaya salad was also too sweet, not tangy enough. A good one makes me want to drink the dressing. I visited this place after seeing some videos on instagram. Located in a regular run of the mill strip mall, the space is actually bigger than it looks from the outside. It is an aesthetically pleasing space that utilizes the standard issue grass/flowers on the walls and neon signs that everyone else.is doing right now. One thing I really liked is how the bottles behind the bar are perfectly spaced and displayed. On this particular wednesday evening, there were customers in there but the place was not crowded or packed by any means, yet it took far too long for the waitress to approach the table. After watching a couple of them walk back and forth past the table, I could see them looking at us yet no one approached. When one did, she was courteous and took our order. There is no reason for the prices of their drinks and dishes to be that high. Standard pad thai with tofu, and another pad thai with chicken, and two cokes came up to $45 before tip. The pad thai was one of the cheaper dishes at $17, then when you look at the mixed drink menu all of them were 15 bucks. Again, not worth it. Everyones food is brought out in half bird cages, which is different. The food itself was okay, I didnt hate it but it didnt make me want to slap my mom either. Perhaps we got the wrong dishes and they are known for something else. The plates and gold cutlery were nice though. Gnats. There were little black gnats flying around the table. Having to continuously swat them a2y from my face and food wasnt a highlight of may evening. I dig this place but it reminds me of a restaurant trying too hard to be trendy and high end when they dont need to be. read more

"LADIES, LEAVE YA MAN AT HOME!" Linage Thai is such a cute spot for girls night out! I visited this location for my cousins 45th birthday & had a balllllllllll! Our party was about a table of 20 & we were seated in the middle of the restaurant, and was served fairly quickly. Being a table of big parties, the establishment I believe is only permitted to split the check into 4 splits - therefore, most if not all parties were told to bring cash upon paying. The experience was cute - including good food, strong drinks (happy hour menu provided), and music! The music was good too - a nice 90s r&b vibe. As a heads up, there is a 20% gratuity added to these checks - not your "average" 15%, even 18%. But seriously - this spot was worth it. The staff was attentive - even adding surrounding fans to the tables where there was a heat advisory and the inside became a little hotter. A great place for good food, and (before you get bloated from all of the food), some good pictures! Even for a game night, this is place to include too, as there are about 4-5 tvs surrounding bar, visible from the entire bar. read more

I noticed this restaurant on Instagram. The drinks are what caught my eye, but the food is keeping me coming back. The service is friendly and prompt. I love that they bring appetizers out on decorative plates. The fried rice was fresh, hot and delicious. I catch crap for always ordering the Pad Thai, but do not care because it's absolutely delicious. They have it decorated nicely and it's inviting. I love that there is plenty of parking too. Saw this place on a reel on IG, and decided to take my husband on a date. I was a little confused by the outside based on the images / videos or the inside from social media. Upon walking in, we were pleasantly surprised by the interior. We were sat right away and proceeded to browse the menu. We had the crab rangoon as appetizers, pad tai and fried rice as main entrees. The presentation of the food is awesome, definitely "reel approved". I was also impressed by the extensive mock tail menu. This place is a hidden gem! Tucked away in a shopping mall this Linjee is such an instagram worthy, trendy spot with amazing food. The ambiance is surprising given how dated the shopping center it is in looks. When you walk in it's has all the classic instagram trends (grass wall, LED lights, fancy floor to ceiling bar display, and food served in bird cages). I was a little skeptical because the photo worth restaurants are always the best quality or tasting but Linjee delivers when it comes to the food. We order the fried shrimp, wantons, and samosas to start off which was so good and fresh. I ordered the drunken noodles with shrimp and it was delicious. The waitress recommended the drunken noodles with the crispy tofu, which my friend got and the waitress was 100% correct. The crispy tofu took the dish to the next level. The only thing that felt a little off was that there were elements of the vibe that felt like they were trying to cosplay as an urban lounge. The music and club like sparklers for birthdays felt kind of random and seemed disconnected from the menu and the staff. My friends and I joked that all it was missing was hookah because of how much of a lounge vibe it was trying to give. The aesthetic makes it's feel less family friendly but the location doesn't inspire upscale/ trendy vibe. Overall though I was impressed and would absolutely go back. read more

We found this place as our other go-to thai place closed down. Ambiance - the restaurant is full of instagrammable backdrops where customers can take pictures. The restaurant looks classy and nice. Service - service was fast and attentive. We were seated right away on a Friday night. Food - The food was alright but we have high standards for thai food as we had great experiences with other local authentic thai restaurants. Their single spice is hotter than most Thai restaurants single spice on the scale of 1-3. Don't get two or three level spice unless you're some sort of spice freak or the food will be inedible. They make sure they let you know to try not to go past level one (and I love spicy food). Rail drinks are $7 for happy hour. Took my friend there for her birthday and she had a wonderful duck dish. *Breaded deep-fried roasted duck, onions, bell peppers, basil in sweet chilli soy garlic sauce. Ive had better and more authentic Thai food and on top of that they gave us the check and after paying, not even 5 minutes had passed and a lady that was not even our waitress asked us to leave because we they had people waiting. We hadn't even finished our cocktails and they were kicking us out. We stopped by here by chance because we wanted some drinks and something sweet, ended up getting food because it looked good but obviously regret it. The experience was not worth it. The bar had a very extensive selection of alcohol. I got Thai beef steak ($30.00), a chocolate martini ($9.00), and fried bananas and ice cream for dessert ($12.00). The chocolate martini sounded so offbeat that I just had to try it out. The food was good but I felt this place was a lil tooooo focused on aesthetics. We were a party of three that came around 2pm on a Saturday and were seated right away. We each got a drink and they came on a regular tray and the server also had this pretty drink holder. They put both the tray of drinks and the drink holder down then put the drinks in the holder so we could take pictures and ooh and aah. It was cute but unnecessary/: they did the same with our food. Maybe if they brought them out on the holders already, I'd feel a bit different but it doesn't add much to my experience when I am okay with just receiving the food and I have to wait and watch while they put it on display. My favorite work bestie treated me for my birthday. I been so excited to come eat here after seeing advertisement on instagram. The restaurant is nice spacious and very cozy I loved the aesthetics of the restaurant. The restaurant does have a 90 minute time limit to dine in. Let's get to the food!!!!!! We couldn't decide on what we wanted it was so many options so we decided on the curry puffs as a appetizer and Drunken Noodles with Chicken and Pad see ew Noodles with shrimp. Both dishes were very good but I really enjoyed the pad see ew a little more than the drunken noodles.The curry puffs were delicious I wanted more but had to leave room for the main course. My coworker was talking this place up and decided to come meet up for dinner. I'm not nuts about this shopping center... I try to avoid it when it's not like 8:30am on a Sunday morning when everyone else is still asleep. The design of this lot frustrates me so much. But never mind that for now I guess. I thought it was great. Okay, well actually the cocktails were not great. I didn't care for my dirty martini (hear me out. It tasted like they added sprite) and my friend ended up sending her cocktail back as well. But the FOOD was GOOD. I got the fried rice with steak and I feel like I could have eaten the whole plate. I've been to Linjee numerous times and I've NEVER had the experience like I've had today. We asked for a table of 4 plus a toddler. Was told there weren't any tables available. We said ok, cool, no problem. As we were leaving another employee comes over, she proceeds to tell us that she has a table for us. I tell her it's ok, we'll just come back another time, she's says it fine, they have a table. She's about to walk us to the table, she turns to us and says "you just have to leave by 7:45". I say "I'm sorry, say that again", she repeats "you need to be gone by 7:45 (mind you it 6:12pm). I then tell her, don't worry about it, we won't be staying, she then continues to tell us to stay; so, we sit down and the waitress yells at my sister when she asks for a happy hour menu. It wasn't horrible just not memorable or within our expectations for the price in my opinion. -- Fried rice was pretty good. -- Butterfly shrimp to me wasn't nothing to brag about, I was expecting something better and it seemed like it was minced shrimp deep fried. Drinks - The mocktails were pretty good, I really enjoyed Romeo's Refresher, I wish this came as a pitcher but it was definitely refreshing (not overly sweet and def not watery). Customer service was ok, didn't get the fancy cage server when dishes came out which I was anticipating on. Came here on a Friday afternoon for lunch with a friend. We were seated immediately, and the server was very nice. Nice vibe and decoration on the walls and the music playlist matched the energy. My friend, had curry something and sent that back for fried rice. She also ordered a margarita that she said it was really good. Ihad drunken noodle with chicken and it was excellent. restaurant is nice and clean. it's in a location with plenty of free parking and plenty of seating area. drinks and entree are delicious, good presentation and came out quick. entree was ok portions but they do not skimp on protein, it was loaded with meat. dessert potion was small and the sticky rice was hard. the hostesses are horrible and had a condescending tone and attitude, they need to put better employees in the front or give them better customer service training. our waitress only checked on us one time. when she finally came to clear our table of dishes, she was so quick to leave without checking on us. it wasn't even busy, the employees were just standing at the bar area doing nothing instead of checking on customers. service is horrible but everything else was great read more
