I've seen others reviews but I don't share the same experience as some. I have lived here since 12/2024 and I love it here. The entire staff if great from the leasing office, to maintenance, to the janitor/ cleaning staff. Yes the other tenants can do a little better at their part in making sure the community stays looking nice also, it's everyone's job, but the staff is always quick to assist when you need them. Whatever maintenance request I had they dealt with right away and professional at all times. They always greet with a smile and my first name. I live on the side by the metro link and it's not a problem because I don't hear it unless the windows are open. I just renewed and I would recommend people living here. People complaining about appliances but if you reach out to Madison she will get it taken care of right away. That's my girl I can call down and she knows my voice and always respectful to me. I needed a request done and said to call before entering and they called. I left a box outside my car, on accident, in the parking garage and maintenance brought it to my door. It's the small gestures like this that play along with why I renew. Now the amenities, the gyms, the courtyards, the rooftops, the clubhouses, and pools, note all of them are plural, are all relaxing and nice. Yes people rent out one building rooftop or clubhouse but we have access to the other building and they both great. You have electric grills and sitting areas where you can enjoy. Overall 10/10. MOVE OUT UPDATE: MY MOTORCYCLE WAS STOLEN HERE on 12/2 @ 11:42pm. The thief was able to walk into the stairwell and go straight to my bike. He was able to wait around until a car opened the gate and he was able to walk out with the bike. I parked my bike in front of my car in my assigned parking spot. Caution to the other bikers here to add extra locks to your bikes because they can and will steal your motorcycle. They will not release footage to you or the detectives and will only show in person, which I doubt police department will come and look given how often bikes are stolen. Camera has clear footage of his face but yet nothing was done with that footage because of how they handle camera recordings. How did they know where my bike was and why was mine targeted? I guess we won't know. Moving out- expect to owe money on top of your security deposit. They expect the apartment to look the same as it did when you first moved in (which is pretty much brand new). Don't even bother hiring someone to clean or clean yourself or painting as they charged me for painting and cleaning even though I got the same paint they told me to buy. Lesson learned not to move into a brand new apartment. We were really looking forward to moving into Link OC. My husband and I were very impressed with the community at first, and we were genuinely excited about making it our new home. However, after reading many of the recent reviews, our opinion has changed. We appreciate those who shared their experiences because they helped us better understand the current condition and management of the property. During our tour, we also noticed unpleasant odors inside several apartment units, and we saw quite a few insects as well. Unfortunately, this made us feel uncomfortable. Our original plan was for my husband and me, my father, my sister, and her husband to all move into Link OC, with each of us renting a separate apartment. Sadly, after our experience and what we have learned from the reviews, we no longer feel confident moving forward with that plan. We are disappointed because we truly wanted Link OC to be our next home, but at this time, we no longer wish to move into the community... read more

Just Renewed my Lease. Why is that? Well for the Fact that Link OC/ All the Leasing team, and Staff Judy, Nancy, Madison,Reagan have all been very respectful From my first tour With Nancy- Nancy was very polite and very helpful, cheerful and full of good energy she made my first tour so welcoming and enjoyable with all my questions answered, that's where I Met REAGAN she had the same energy Very Cheerful, polite , helpful etc. soon after that I met all the leasing staff with the same energy Judy, Madison. The Leasing Staff Will Get Maintenance duties done Right away, Work orders done ASAP. Maintenance Team works Above and beyond to get work orders Done as soon as possible. I have had no issues Living here. Also I do want to point out the Leasing team can not be on guard 24/7 for tenants/ people that live here when it comes to people living here being Dirty, not responsible, or keeping the apartments clean all the time we all have to be responsible and respectful to the community. I would not recommend living here. The apartments may look nice at first, but the quality is poor--cheap materials, peeling cabinets, and units that heat up quickly even with AC. There are constant disturbances, including weed smoke coming into the unit, barking dogs, and loud upstairs noise late at night. We were wrongly given a towing notice while our car was actively charging, and even with video proof, management refused to acknowledge it. Maddison was extremely rude, and overall the staff is difficult to deal with. Reagan often gave inconsistent information, and Judy repeatedly acts like she'll help but never actually follows through. Other issues include malfunctioning key fobs, broken elevators, and frequent fire alarms. Don't expect your deposit back either, regardless of how well you maintain the unit. Overall, living here was stressful and not worth it. read more

The Link OC is a hidden gem located off the 91 freeway and Tustin Avenue making it a prime location in Orange County. During our apartment search, this complex won us over with it's top of the line appliances, available amenities, and its recent build. Everything isn't only brand new but very well kept by housekeeping and the crew. Besides the perks of luxury living, the staff, maintenance team, and housekeeping are exceptional! The team does an outstanding job of keeping up with the complex and all common areas. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and tranquility. read more

Update: After living here for a while, we realized some utilities are shared across the community. This information was not only never explained before we moved in, but the cheaper utilities were highlighted with no mention of any shared utilities. Our utilities bill has gone up about $100 since move-in, even though the building had very few tenants at the time. Other residents I've spoken with have said they were not told about this either and have also noticed their bills increasing. We also weren't given the 76-page lease until the day of move-in, so we didn't have a realistic chance to review details like shared utility billing. Just something future tenants should be aware of before signing. read more

We've had a couple minor maintenance issues with our dryer and shower, but the maintenance team (especially Luis) has been very quick to respond. BAD LOOK! Cleaning team disposed my personal belongings from MY PARKING SPOT THAT I PAY FOR without any warning. Team member was straight up rude when approaching me and did not inform management about the issue. He decided to throw my stuff away without any approval. Leasing agreement says I'm allowed to have personal belongings on my parking spot as long as it doesn't interfere with the parking spot which didn't. Now my stuff is gone and I lost thousand dollars worth of car parts that were stored in a little box. Not bothering anyone. Not annoying for other residents and not only that Property manager never got back to me after she learned her own team member was responsible for disposing my stuff. She tried to say it was stolen and shouldn't have been there anyways but I have evidence her team member threw my stuff away. read more

This review has to be concise due to Yelp limitations, but there is far more to say about our horrible experience living at Link OC. I am more than willing to share additional details with anyone who would like to know more. The biggest problem is management, specifically Western National. Judy and the rest of the staff are friendly until you raise an issue. Once you do, communication drops off completely, attitudes shift, and accountability disappears. Emails go unanswered, and concerns are treated like inconveniences. The sudden push they had for resident events felt ironic, given how residents are treated when real issues arise. Parking is another major issue. A two bedroom apartment does not come with two parking spaces. We had to push back and raise litigation concerns just to avoid being charged for a 2nd spot. Even then, our assigned spaces was on our floor and the other was on the 6th floor, despite the garage not being close to full. The spot next to ours on our floor remained empty the entire time we lived there. This property claims to be dog friendly, but that is misleading. Being dog friendly here means paying $50 per month to have a dog inside your unit. There are no real grass areas. Surrounding sidewalks are consistently covered in dog waste because owners do not clean up. Management refused to investigate, address it, or even send a general reminder to residents. Dog bag stations were not installed until about 5 months after we moved in. Despite emails stating dogs are not allowed in common areas, residents regularly let dogs run loose, barking in the Building 1 common area late at night with no concern for others. Rules are enforced selectively. Decorative patio string lights are not allowed, yet other residents are allowed to store large bins and literal trash on their patios and balconies for months without consequence. This inconsistency was constant throughout our time living here. The apartments are also cheaply built. Cabinet siding in both the kitchen and bathrooms peeled within days of move in. There are serious maintenance/safety issues that continue to go unaddressed. On the side of Building 1 facing the train tracks, planters have been muddy, soaked, and filled with standing water for over a year. Management and the regional manager are aware of this issue, yet nothing has been done. As others have mentioned, fire alarms went off multiple times, between 2-3 am, forcing residents with pets and children to stand outside while the fire department shut them off. There was NO communication from management after these incidents, until I again emailed them to ask what was going on. They advised someone had been smoking near a detector. The fact that this happened more than once shows how poorly the situation was handled the first time. Noise issues were common, and the courtesy patrol is useless. There was never confirmation anyone responded. This is especially concerning given the frequent foot traffic near the train station. Around November 2025, a bus stop was added directly outside the Building 1 courtyard gate, with no communication, bringing constant bus noise and idling. A few honorable mentions: We were kicked out of the pool and common area on Memorial Day for a marketing photo shoot. At that time, Building 2 had just opened, yet residents of Building 1 were still not given access to those amenities. When we toured and moved in during December 2024, we were told Building 2 would open within about a month and that all residents would have access. In reality, residents of Building 1 were not granted access to Building 2 amenities until 6/28, with little to no communication leading up to that date. Residents only received a generic update after I contacted the regional manager. On multiple occasions, police repeatedly banged on our next door neighbor's door. (obviously very concerning for us) Management did not care to offer any reassurance. There is also publicly available video circulating on social media showing a man staying at this complex being arrested in connection with allegations involving a minor. Whether or not residents are directly impacted, management's decision to say nothing and offer 0 reassurance speaks volumes. Finally, a warning for current residents. Document EVERYTHING during your move out inspection and get all expected charges IN WRITING. Western National does not do paint touch ups. Any minor paint needed, is used to justify repainting the ENTIRE apartment. We expected the cleaning fee, but were also charged for carpet cleaning and full repainting, leaving us with nearly $300 owed after our deposit was applied. I had to escalate to regional management to get charges reduced. I am happy to share photos with anyone who is curious how ridiculous their process is. There are so many other apartments in Anaheim (we loved Vivere Flats!) not managed by Western National that treat residents with far more professionalism. Learn from our experience. read more

The front desk are very welcoming and receptive to ensuring that the needs of the tenant are met in a swift and quality matter. Never in my life have I been so grateful to NOT live somewhere. We didn't even finish our full year at Link OC because of how awful our experience was. During our first week there, we were woken up at 2AM to the fire alarms, an event we didn't realize at the time would become a regular occurrence. We were threatened with fines for rules management would make up on the fly, and then when you'd ask for proof in the lease agreement they'd all of a sudden drop the charges. Like the other comments say, everything in the apartment is so cheaply made. We had pieces of our cabinet come off in the first month, paint rubbed off, floor boards seemed loose within months. And the cherry on top- they tried to charge us for all of these items at move out. The rent prices are genuinely insane given that they can't retain tenants, the freight line is practically on the property, and the bus routes bring an "interesting" crowd to the area. The worst part of living there though, was the management. Specifically Judy and Madison are straight up nasty, unhelpful, problematic, and ignorant. We even witnessed Madison make our sweet neighbor cry for literally no reason. We moved to the Sedona apartments just down the road and could not be happier!
