My only complaint would be sometimes upstairs neighbors were loud - but I had a downstairs unit so some of that is expected. La Casa truly felt like home! I met so many wonderful neighbors which I now call friends. A great community and location. Yuri the manager was always friendly and helpful :). I miss the community at La Casa very much! I have to mention how safe this apt complex is too. The location is residential and since the community is small people look out for each other :). I would recommend!

Front office staff has been more than helpful with all the moving in questions and helping get straight minor things, very responsive via email and helped even move a parking spot since I was kind of picky of a tree in the area. Overall the environment is enclosed tight, so your neighbor is your NEIGHBOR, but no issues with noise or disturbances as just about everyone is respectful for the environment here. Big shout out again to the maintenance staff who have helped me with many work orders in my first 7 months, but able to get the job done and if not, keep good communication on when it will be completed. It's enjoyful that they also have scheduled dates of different food trucks and I have been taking advantage of that service when they come. Front office did a great job in April having a Easter egg hunt and talk about a big turnout for an apartment complex.

If you are an introvert who doesn't care much for having many people over or if you are busy raising a family so you don't care much for worrying about visitors needing to come over then this is the perfect place for you. However, the leasing team can take days to reply to small inquiries and often responds with useless answers regarding packaging and parking issues. Most ridiculously, we have been paying rent on time every single month, moved out on 8/8/2025, with NO PETS, NO CARPET, NO DAMAGES to any appliances, leaving the apartment in nearly perfect condition except for some normal dust and wear, which I have video evidence to prove. We were charged $600 for DAMAGES?? I contacted the prior department once I received the notice and was told to wait 7-10 business days, but still no response. At this point, it has already violated California law regarding deposit refunds within 21 days. We are disgusted by the fact that the community is trying to scam tenants' deposits by ignoring disputes and charging unreasonable amounts.

Guest relations was very understanding and heard me out. I appreciate that very much. I know we can't go back in time and change the fire alarms being triggered over and over, but I appreciate the empathy and understanding. When I talked to management, it felt like they didn't really care much or it could have just been that their hands were tired and they couldn't help. Guest relations really made me feel heard and treated us like human beings. I do appreciate that very much. Leaving this apartment complex on a good note. It's a very nice community, well-kept, safe, clean. We just can't stay any longer after the fire alarms caused employment issues. It's not a bad place to live by any means.

We have also had to have a few Maintenance calls and Raul, and his team has been excellent! Raul even came over on his day off to fix something which was very much appreciated. Our apartment is also really awesome! It's a perfect size for 2 people and 2 kitties! Area is relatively quiet, atmosphere is great and complex is kept very nice and pretty. Only 1 small complaint would be that people aren't grabbing their washer/dryer stuff in a timely manner. This is an issue though that the complex staff has been working on! Eventually, we actually plan on hoping to upgrade and move into a 2 bedroom whenever possible!
