Used to really enjoy living here, but things have changed quite a bit. Since the staff turnover, the overall experience hasn't been the same. It often feels like there's only one person working at all times and the girl at the front desk is not friendly or helpful whenever I've needed assistance. Getting support in general has become more difficult, and management seems pretty disorganized lately. It's frustrating because this place used to run really smoothly and actually felt like a "luxury" apartment. Unfortunately, it doesn't really live up to that anymore. read more

Unfortunately, today someone stole my Tesla adaptor and a piece of my charger. It is really easy for people to enter the parking lot as they can just enter right after someone. Also there is no camera near the charging spots which is not safe and I do not know why. This should be solved asap. Also the gates for the parking lots are always either not working or damaged. This is not safe and very dangerous. I do not recommend charging your cars at Eleven10 or lock your chargers if you can. Many random people come to the parking lots and steel chargers or charge their cars there even if they are not residents. This is not cool and should be monitored and resolved. read more

Tania was the person who worked with me when I applied to live here, loved her. Natalie was also working here at the time. Both of them are gone but Britney is here! She's my favorite. I love her energy she's on top of everything and accommodates all the tenants here. Maintenance team is AWESOME! Shoutout to Victor and Jesse for always getting everything handled. They get work orders done extremely fast and with a great attitude. I've never seen a team work this efficiently in the many apartments I've lived in. They also have monthly community events and they post flyers in the elevator for pop up vendors to help promote other businesses and spread awareness for events around the town. I have an electric vehicle and everyone who lives here gets to charge their cars. The neighbors are like family. It's classy, clean and luxurious. Not one steals I've had a Louis wallet returned to me from the pool area. And others have returned AirPods from the gym. All of the equipment is still there. I've had such a great experience living here! From the very beginning, the process of signing paperwork and moving in was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I was in a hard position. My supposed to be next apartment fell through 4 days before my lease ended. Rick get me a tour same day and I had a lease signed before my last lease ended. So grateful for their very smooth process and very easy communication via call, email or even text. The leasing team made everything super easy to understand and helped me every step of the way.Special shoutout to Rick and Lauren from the staff! they've been incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. It's clear they really care about the residents and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Maintenance here is also excellent. Anytime I've needed something fixed, it's been handled the same day, which is honestly rare and very appreciated. The amenities are top-notch. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and really enhances the quality of life here. The gym is great, with wonderful machines. I cancelled my gym membership because the apartment gym has everything I want and more. The apartments themselves are beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The location is great too near the mall, a grocery store, parks and so much more on the Orange and Santa Ana boarder kind of. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my choice to live here. My point exactly, as you can see by the response to my prior review, completely disregard issues, and blame it on a misunderstanding. That's what I call a corporate copy & paste response. Was it a misunderstanding to take away my portal to pay rent? Was it a misunderstanding to take away the ability to just pay the rent at the apartment? Was it a misunderstanding when you make your tenants pay for a cashier's check, pay for a certified letter, and go to the post office out of inconvenience to mail a check that would more or less go to the same place? How about the misunderstandings of the Air B&Bs in the apartment? Or the misunderstanding of the garage door being broken multiple times, not to mention has been down before the New Year and is still down? Can we discuss the misunderstanding of raising the rent and then making the apartment progressively worst? What about the rest of the complaints' misunderstandings? Was it a misunderstanding when you come and put a note on my door, and tell me eviction will start processing? The grief this place has caused is beyond a misunderstanding, beyond simply just a cookie-cutter copy-and-paste response. I refuse to take a misunderstanding as a valid and appropriate response. I don't want any misunderstandings, I want answers and a solution. For a place you want to call home, there seem to be so many inconveniences. The response I get from management is not a solution, it's a bandaid and avoiding the real issues. I accept the apology if Brittany is giving one. But I will not accept any other "misunderstandings" in regards to the inconveniences that you've opposed not just me, but the neighbors around me. They're all complaining as well. Listening to your customers and adjusting accordingly is the 20th-century motto. Look at the current economic state and just assess your current standing. Housing will always lag behind the economy but will eventually catch up, and the only people that are currently paying rent at your apartment are going to be the worst missed opportunities you've got when no one can afford this place any longer, and the ones that do would much rather prefer living elsewhere. I'll continue to advise people of my complaints and simply voice my concerns to anyone planning to stay here. Until appropriate action, response, and solutions have been placed. Just to update you. I come back from being on base, at 4AM, both gates are broken. With no where to park without "tow" sign. This is what you pay for, a premium. read more

Writing another review as things just keep progressively getting worse. The elevator is either broken or constantly dirty. I send all my packages to my friends' homes as packages here continuously get stolen. Late at night, there are people screaming in the driveway. The office staff never picks up the phone. And in January of 2022 there was a dumpster fire that was apparently caused by a nonresident on purpose. The apartment and the surrounding area and elevators are littered with trash and dog poop and pee. In addition to all this, apparently, there are Airbnb's here in the building as I found a couple of listings on Airbnb The office staff appears nice and welcoming until you actually move in and you're locked into a lease. I moved into Eleven10 about three months ago. I love my apartment and the location of this apartment complex. The leasing staff has been very nice and always around to answer any questions or offer any service needed as quick as possible. Paul was a great help finding the perfect apartment for me and getting me moved in quickly and efficiently. I love the free EV parking and ample guest parking. The amenities are great. They run the place with a passion. They always have a smile on and welcome you like they are your family! I had a simple issue with my AC filter, and in a matter of 30 minutes after putting in my maintenance request, the maintenance guys Jesse and Victor were at my door with a new filter to be installed. 1000% regret moving in here. I thought this was going to be a "premium, luxury living experience." For the price we pay, it was believable at first. Now it seems like I'm living in an old, run-down apartment building in Downtown LA. When I first moved in, the elevator closest to my unit was broken for a week. I had to pay my movers extra money for the additional time they spent moving my things up from the elevator on the other side of the building. Not to mention the resident garage gate malfunctioned and so the gate was left open for a week. Over the last few months, we've had issues with broken elevators, broken plumbing, no hot water, the elevator is constantly being trashed by young kids in the building. I emailed management to ask that they install a camera in the elevator to find out who's trashing the elevator every night, except I haven't gotten a response or any kind of acknowledgment of receipt. They let this kind of behavior go on everyday without addressing it with the tenants or trying to get to the bottom of it. The elevator literally reeks of dog pee, fastfood dipping sauce, mayo, or whatever else people decide to dump in there. The washer in our unit has ripped my clothing 3 times now. After the first couple of times, I requested maintenance to address the issue of the rough interior of our washer. I was told that all of the other washers in the building are like that. How are jagged plastic edges (in the photo attached) in the washer supposed to be normal? They made no effort to replace the ring inside the washer. My not-inexpensive stuff is getting snagged up again. And now the washer is leaking! Am I supposed to not do my laundry in the apartment that I pay so much for?! The management team here will act like they care about your living experience when you tour the building. Once you sign the contract with them, they'll just keep collecting your money without giving you the "premium" living experience that they advertise so proudly. read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE! NOT WORTH IT!- When we moved in the very first week our bike was stolen from our porch. When we reported to management they seemed to not care until we filed a police report. College kids living next door would not respect our porch and would climb over ours to get to theirs, rather than walking around. A couple months went by and we noticed the gate by the guest parking was broken and easily accessible for non- residents to walk in. During this time my husband noticed his work vehicle was opened in attempt to rob his belongings. Luckily he did not have anything of importance and nothing was stolen. The vehicle was parked underground so that only tells their security system sucks here! TERRIBLE!!!! They took SO long to fix the broken gate. After this time there was a trash fire which was apparently caused by someone who is not a resident. I have had MULTIPLE packages stolen because they are left in the mail room UNATTENDED, instead of the lockers that are in the mail room. There was a water and gas leak, and the fire alarm has gone off multiple times at random hours of the day/night for no reason. Overall NOT WORTH your money. I have lived in older properties before and never had any of these issues. You would imagine since this is a newer property things would be better but it is definitely the WORSE apartment living experience I have had. The only staff that is actually nice is the maintenance staff. They are super friendly but the office staff does not seem to care much. read more

If you like living on the 4th/5th floor and have the elevator being constantly broken so you need to take the stairs AND having the water completely shut off to the entire building with less than 24 hour notice then this is your home! When I say shutting off the water I mean not being able to shower, wash dishes, clean your clothes, anything. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere. After living in this apartment for over a year and half, I cannot wait to leave. This place is not worth the time and money. There has just been so many problems with so many things that it's become a nightmare. For a "luxury living experience" it sure has been quite the opposite. The first time viewing the place was nice, that is until you actually get to settle down and look at everything. The elevators and hallways are constantly dirty due to dog urine and people spilling their coffee, making the floor sticky and leaving an unpleasant smell. A lot of people living here are also very inconsiderate and outright slobs. Try going to any one of the trash rooms and you'll find strange liquids on the floors, takeout food splattered all over the chute, and sometimes opened, used diapers hanging around. I get it, it's a trash room, but have the decency to actually throw away your things. This place claims to be a "smoke-free community" and to be "very strict" about it, but that is just a straight up lie. My family and friends that come to visit from time to time have asthma and are sensitive to smoke and is unpleasant to hear the first thing any of my guests say, "Gross, you sure can smell the combo of cigarette and weed in the parking lot. And oh wow, you can smell it from up here as well". Great first impression for "luxury" isn't it. There is really no consequence for anyone smoking here besides some email reminder sent out saying that it is a "smoke-free community". Nobody cares about it because nothing will be enforced and nothing will happen to the smokers. There are other problems just throughout the apartment like every hallway will have chips in the wall columns that are never repaired or touched up. The floor that I am on has had one of the light fixtures broken since our move in date and has never been fixed, but placed over with masking tape instead as a cover up about 3 months ago. Maybe management and maintenance just doesn't care too much about aesthetics, since I moved in? But what about the fire alarms in the middle of the night where residents had to evacuate? What about the gates to the parking garages being constantly down with repairs that take well over 2-3 months? Just to give you all an idea, right around the first few weeks of December, the guest parking garage was broken where management let the resident gate open so that guests could go to that area to park. No notice of a repair was made since. Fast forward to the week after New Years, now both gates are down. Management has decided to leave the guest gate open until who knows when a repair will happen. Totally feel safe with an open gate 24/7 that leads to the resident parking. Something as important as this should be fixed and put all attention on immediately since the first gate going down. The only notice of a repair is an expectation a week from now for a part to come in, which I have no trust in being fixed by then. Realistically, it will be by the end of the month IF this part comes in as "expected". Now I haven't even gotten to the actual apartment unit yet. Within the first week, the showers would spill out yellow water and needed to be left on for over 10 minutes before it would turn clear. When the maintenance guy came by to look at it, it didn't show up when he looked at it and was disregarded, go figure. It would happen on and off every week after that where I had to buy a filter just to avoid this. I never brought it back up because my first impression on how this was handled was not the greatest, and left a sour feeling when there was no fall up afterwards to a potential major problem. So with that, I just stuck with buying filters to get by, which I recommend to anyone that dares to look into moving here. 4 months in, the stove broke and needed a repair. The maintenance guy got it fixed, cool. 2 months later, there's a problem with the washer/dryer. Maintenance guy got it fixed, okay. So far, the only thing great is the maintenance guy. That's what I thought until recently when there was a power outage in the entire apartment in the middle of the night. This caused my unit's microwave to be down and needed to be repaired. The maintenance guy comes by and ends up swapping it out, but fails to check if it works entirely. There is no overhead light installed in it like in the previous one for use during cooking and the fan hardly works. Screws from the microwave were left on the stove top so I doubt this thing is secured. On top of that, he tore off my under cabinet LED strip by breaking it in half and didn't notify me about it, so now I need to replace it? What kind of service is this? I honestly doubt that management truly cares about something like this, especially since they are often replaced themselves. I also find it very ironic that the website's front page for the apartment says "Live Without Limits", but all I can really see are restrictions and unresolved problem. read more

I sold my house about a year ago when Covid 19 came around. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find another home to purchase in such a short window of time so I checked out a number of apartments, their location and amenities. I worked with Natalie, one of the best leasing agents I've met. I still haven't located the perfect forever home and recently moved within the complex from a one bedroom to 2 bedroom. I have had excellent service from Albert and Jesse (maintenance), Kati, Liz and Andrew. We had a couple small hiccups when we moved, but the staff could not have been more accommodating. And yes, there have been Chapman kids that have moved in but the vast majority have been very nice and considerate. read more

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE RENTING HERE! I am not one to ever post a negative review but this apartment complex has been nothing short of a nightmare. My family started leasing here in July 2019, only to immediately realize that our neighbors below us were chain smokers (both cigarettes and marijuana). Keep in mind we rented here because this is a SMOKE FREE COMMUNITY. It states in the lease that tenants are not even allowed to possess marijuana on the property. The smoke and smell was coming into our apartment and bedrooms around the clock. Even with our doors and windows closed, it could seep through the electrical outlets, pipes, etc. It would even wake up our daughter with the smell in the middle of the night! We have a 3 year old and it is absolutely a health concern that smoke was coming into our apartment. Of course we did the responsible thing- which was to report our concerns to the management. They did have a conversation with the tenants and the tenants ADMITTED TO SMOKING! However, the smoking never stopped! We would find cigarettes next to their cars as well. We decided to nicely ask the smoking tenants to stop smoking on property, only to be met with resistance. The next day there was graffiti all around our cars (the only place vandalized in the entire parking garage). On another occasion, we asked the tenants to again please stop, only to come home to find someone had thrown a glass pipe/bong and shattered it in our balcony. We reported these incidents to the leasing office. Not only was our health a concern, but now our safety! Unfortunately the leasing office said they would not do anything without a third party witness. We were told to call courtesy patrol when this happened. We then began to call them COUNTLESS times, every time we would smell smoke. But the courtesy patrol would only walk the parameter of the building, never go inside the tenants unit. The problem was the tenants were only smoking inside now. On one occasion when the smoke was so bad, I waited outside for the security patrol, only to be told that they were not allowed to enter a unit. I asked them to at least knock so they could smell and verify the smoke was coming from the unit. It was obvious that the tenants were home (and smoking) but refused to open the door. Since they'd never open the door and the management refused to inspect the unit, it was impossible to get a "third party witness" to verify the smoking. Even though it was obvious. Overtime the smoke became more and more of a health concern, especially for our daughter who has sensitive lungs. We continually voiced our concerns and ABSOLUTELY nothing was done by management. Not only was health a concern, but safety was a major concern. Like I said, the area around our cars were vandalized, glass pipes were thrown and shattered on our balcony, and MANY suspicious people (who did not live there) would come on the apartment premises. Cars were also broken into in the parking garage! There are homeless people (likely on drugs) who I witnessed climb over the back wall and try to sneak in the complex. (I reported this to the leasing office too.) In addition, I strongly believe DRUG DEALS were going on in one if the back units. On multiple occasions, unmarked cars would pull up in the back (and park in no-parking zone), different suspicious people would run into one of the back units with a backpack on and then moments later run to their car without the backpack (or vice versa.) It was usually after this, that we would smell intense marijuana. NEEDLESS TO SAY, after 8 months of continual suffering, we notified management that we would like to break our lease because THEY were not upholding their end of enforcing a smoke-free and safe environment. We were told to give a 30-day notice. So we did that, and also included a letter with all of the proof. We moved out in the middle of the month, but were still charged for an ENTIRE month, even though we had vacated halfway through the month. When we received our move-our statement in the mail, they claim we owe them several thousand dollars (for no apparent reason and the charges don't even add up or make sense!) Due to Covid-19, they are having a hard time renting up open units... so now they are coming after us for their own problems! We also tried to communicate with them to resolve this problem, but they are giving us NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT whatever. Without even attempting to communicate back to us, they sent us straight to collections. I have never been so appalled by such terrible management. I have NEVER had such a bad experience, and I have always been a good, respectful renter and renter and abided by ALL of the rules. So now we are hiring an attorney to resolve this. ELEVEN10 management is greedy, selfish, and does not give one care about their tenants!! This place is a disgrace. It is unsafe for more than one reason. I WOULD NEVER tell anyone to rent here again. read more

My car was stolen TWICE and many other cars have been stolen here. DO NOT MOVE HERE! The security for the garage and car protection is terrible. I'm not sure what is going on but to have many cars stolen and mine twice is very suspect. This is the reason I'm moving out. The front desk people were not helpful and said the police would need a warrant to view the security cameras. By the time we got a warrant the forage had been recorded over. The second time it got stolen the police immediately went in to view the footage. The cameras don't show anything, just my car being driven away. Inside job?? Not helpful. Kati Loiacono is one of the managers of Eleven10 and she honestly was what got me and my girlfriend into deciding to rent an apartment from here. She was super kind, friendly, and easy to open up to. Our case in renting an apartment was more complex than the average person, and she was able to answer all of our questions/concerns unlike other staff we've met at different properties. She made the application process an ease and kept us updated daily. She's definitely the one to go to when it comes to the best customer service! Eleven10 has beautiful units and the security within the building itself seems pretty up there. No one can get into the elevator unless you have a key FOB which is a plus. Other properties, elevator access was pretty much open to the public. I'm very excited to be moving in at the end of this month thanks to the help and convincing from Kati. read more

Upon visiting and touring Eleven10, this looked like a great place to live. Little did we know.... Noise! Noise! Noise!!! If you tour the complex, take your shoes off and you'll experience the hollowness and bounce in the floors that will create noise for your neighbors below and beware because you'll get a lot of noise from above from these floors. I reported these problems to the staff within a couple of weeks of moving in and got zero responses by email. So a month later I decided to walk in and voice my concerns. Again no resolution. It's no one's fault but the cheap materials that create these bad living conditions. I was told that I could turn on the fan in our bedroom to quiet down the noise we are hearing but guess what, there's no fan and just a cutout that looks like there was supposed to be a fan. But even if there was a fan it wouldn't stop the vibration you can feel. It's a deep vibration that you feel throughout your apartment. I was told by the manager that these are standard apartment living conditions. I call BS, as when I kept telling him to come up to experience this he insisted he would just give the neighbors a ring. They obviously know there is a big issue at hand. I've had neighbors below come up to discuss the noise issues and I've discussed these issues with my neighbors above. We all have the same problem. It's not just normal apartment living, it's vibrations that you can feel throughout your apartment while sitting on your own couch. My assumption is that the complex was cheaply built. Oh yeah, and if you want to break your lease after you move in you'll be looking at an over $10K lease break, the most I've seen from any complex in orange county. Do you like paint splattered in your apartment? That's what you'll get when you move in. Overspray paint all over the floors in every room. If you have animals and use the pet bathroom area and don't like the dark, go during the day because there is no designated lights for this area. Everything else is well lit except for the pet area. And be prepared to walk around animal feces as a lot of tenants don't like to pick up after their pets. Do you like having your packages left out and about? Well here at eleven10 if the parcel lockers are full they'll leave your packages laying around in the mail room for anyone to grab and on occasion they'll drop them off at your apartment door without giving it someone directly. Already had a stolen package because of this. Not the safest delivery system in my opinion. If you like vibration noise then this is the place for you. If you want something more peaceful and quiet look somewhere else or get the top floor. We won't be renewing here nor will my neighbors around me. read more
