I been living here for almost 3 1/2 yrs now, just move out. Sundial is super clean, staff and management are awesome. Place is safe to live without any problem. The only thing I complain is the pricing. Way too high to live. Not too many people can afford it and they keep going up. Hope the corporate needs to lower down more so people can afford it. I've been here little over a year now and this place is a lot better than my previous apartment. One of the staffs I have interacted with a quite a bit on the weekends is Osvaldo. His attention to detail is spectacular. Anytime I need to use the grills they are really clean for when I have guess over. I see Osvaldo working tirelessly on the weekends to keep the property clean. I would highly recommend to move in this apartment because they great people from the manager, assistant manager, the maintenance manager until the daily worker they are really outstanding persons. They never make me down or dissatisfied, every time I had problems I always email the manager and the next morning she responded my email and at the same day the problems have been solved. THE MANAGER AND THE ASSISTANT MANAGER: I love both of them and I admired her a lot cause she is strict with all the regulations and she is well in maintaining our community I can't imagine how difficult her tasks are to deal with people who don't follow the rules. They are sweet but when it comes to the problems they are stick to the rules. I never found at other places how good they handle their residents. They are the best people that I ever find in other places. THE MAINTENANCE MANAGER AND THE DAIKY WORKER : in the phrase it tells you don't judged the book from the cover. At the beginning when I moved in I liked a lot the previous maintenance manager and also the daily worker after couple months I heard that he would resign I was really down cause whose gonna fix if we have problems and the daily worker as well she would resign cause she was pregnant. Abs the management found another maintenance manager I kept telling myself and the neighbor also we still wanted the previous maintenance manager but there is nothing we could do. Time went by he is extremely polite to the residents every time we passed he always say good morning and he is extremely well mannered too. He is really mastered his job he would know what he has to do. Our daily worker he is very hard working guy although he doesn't understand English and doesn't know how to talk in English too. But lately he is getting better he could say good morning. They always smile and never in a bad mood. Love these apartments, love the space and people who work here and make the community great, Jazmin was great at helping me apply for everything and made it way easier than I thought it would applying for an apartment. Jazmin by far is the friendliest consultant I've ever met! She is just amazing. The whole process was online and smooth, Elaine is very nice as well. My wife and I looked for months for a place to live in that was beautiful and safe, especially since we have children. From the moment we arrived at Sundial Apartments for our walk-through, everything has been perfect! First off - the place is very clean and the maintenance workers Oliver and Manuel are constantly roaming around either dusting, watering the brick walkways and plants, or assisting tenants with any issues they might have inside their apartments. They definitely take their time to bring this place to life and keep it looking incredible! Secondly - this place couldn't feel safer. There's not a lot else I can say about it, but really from the moment you get through the front gate, you just feel safe at home. There are many cameras all around the complex, there's security, and the maintenance people as well as the front office constantly walk around to ensure nothing is out of place or unsafe. Third - the entire process to get approved and sign the lease was very easy. The ladies in the front are incredibly nice and knowledgeable about what they do. Lastly - for having such a beautiful looking complex, spacious apartments, great safety and staff, the price is very good. They're definitely a team that works well together and they care a lot about the place. Having bounced around many places before, my wife and I feel we finally found a place to stay longer term. PS: the community grills are SUPER nice! They're always clean and they work great! read more

I saw the manger yell at a resident for parking in a parking spot that is available after 6pm when they had parked there at 5:59 she also picks and chooses select people to help out and doesn't do anything when you have complaints. Even when you have proof she defends the tenants that are friends with her and doesn't do anything after finding out who the complaint was about she now targets me and my family this is not good customer service and I am not "living happy"I hope upper management can do something about this manager because I have talked to multiple residents and they all have been treated unfairly read more

I created so many amazing memories. it is quiet, clean and the property is so well taken care of. I am going to miss everything about this place (minus the loud people above me). I'm rating this 1 star, for many reasons, the Property Manager Elaine for some reason was rude during our stay there, to me she played the nice role, to my spouse, she was rude and made her feel bad. Our first month we wanted to pay rent online, the system wasn't working, we asked her and she said "ok hold off on paying it's not working for some people" a week later after asking her again, she went off on my spouse saying that oh I'm busy I have a lot to do, and that was always her excuse for everything, Elaine is never seen doing anything, and what she does is easy. To top it off we had a roach infestation and nothing was done about it. To make it worse, the deposit was supposed to be $600 and we waited for it and only got $450, nothing else was sent in the mail besides the check and the amount we received, not a phone call saying why, nothing.. great communication... read more

We came to see an apartment and Jasmine Reyes did an amazing job. She went above and beyond to help us out. She was so great!!

Rent is too high for this area, not enough parking for tenants, and the onsite manager Elaine is hard to deal with. She does not read the leases she signs, does not understand what an initial inspection before move out is for, nor does she take responsibility when she is in the wrong. There has been several times I had to go back and forth with her about what was written on the lease and documents like the initial inspection. I had to review them with her and point out dates, costs and how my 30-day notice was actually on time.. She has a horrible attitude; bad communication and she will not follow up with you when she says she will. I also requested an initial inspection before move out and then asked for the feedback so I can do what I needed to do before move out. And they told me that I was not allowed to be given that information; I am assuming because they want to take as much money from your deposit. I even went to their office and showed them where on the lease it literally states that the initial inspection before move out is for the tenant. I won't even go into what I had to go through last year to transfer from a one bedroom to a two bedroom in the same complex.. read more

I would like thank Oliver for his Service, I put in a order about the hinges being snapped off on one of the cabinets, and Oliver responded right away. I'm a patient man, and Oliver is the repair guy for all units, So I know how busy he gets everyday, So I don't mind if he doesn't do it at the time I put in the order or if it's been a week, I can wait, because I trust him he'll get to us as soon as he can. He did a great job at repairing the cabinets, he showed up with Mask on, Great attitude, asked nicely to be specific on putting in the order which was good. I love the area! I lived here for almost 3 years. Tenants have lived there from 1-25years! It's very quiet at night and always kept clean, the manager is very flexible, and easy going. The price is pretty reasonable especially for being upgraded. The only issue I have with the apartment is parking :( you're assign with one parking spot, the wait list for the lift takes a while. Parking on the street is impossible! Other than that I love the place! read more

Military friendly and pet friendly! Stayed in these luxurious apartments for nearly 2 years and absolutely loved the apartments. Oliver is such a grateful and friendly maintenance person and always ensures a rapid response and the apartments are fully functioning. I've only had to put a few request and those times it's been same day fix. Elainie the community director is such a joy to speak to and a wonderful soul, also always ensuring the community is well kept and your satisfaction. These apartments are the few that actually invest in their properties which makes the community look very pleasant. There was an issue with mail theft however they fix that issue rapidly which made me feel that they are fully invested in the safely of the community. Jasmine was also very helpful and very responsive when moving away. I'm sad that I had to leave due to Military obligations however without hesitation if I am assigned back this is my #1 choice. I lived at sundial for five years and was super happy with the complex and management. We decided to move in because of the reasonable prices and the modern, well-maintained property. During the five years the manager Elainie Thomas was the biggest blessing. If there were any issues she would be quick to resolve and follow up with me to make sure everything was okay. She went above and beyond and would pro-actively ask if there were any issues! I've never met someone who works so hard and so dedicated and committed to her work! Having a manager like Elainie was icing on the cake. Our family grew out of the apartment and recently had to move out, but we definitely cherish the time we spent at Sundial and getting to know Elainie who was the BEST manager! read more

Stayed with this apartment complex for a year and LOVED it! Elainie, the landlord, is so kind, helpful and relaxed. The complex is clean and quiet. The lawn and the environment are very well kept and it's a good location close to the disneyland, the 5, 55, and 91. Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I had to relocate due to work but I would highly recommend this beautiful sanctuary in the midst of Anaheim. It is also very close to several breweries. It is a dog friendly location which is nice, especially since you never see any dog poop left outside. The pool and hot tub are a great amenity and the laundry services (there are 2 rooms for it) are never all in use at the same time. Street parking is easy and convenient. You won't regret staying here!!! read more

Lived in the complex for almost 4 years(12/14 to 9/18) but just moved out to relocate for work. I truly enjoyed living there and the manager had been from the first day I was there to the last, on top of things, like they say. I truly did appreciate her kindness and care she put into the complex making it so safe, so welcoming, so clean, so well organized. I am truly sad to have had to move out. Elainie was always available with any requests I had, whether an issue with a barking dog, a lost key, remote, or just a jammed door on a Sunday morning. Living at Sundial was such an excellent experience. The apartment was modern with beautiful appliances and the complex itself was always clean and well maintained. I had a busy schedule and would come home to peace and quiet every single night. My first impression of Elaine on the day I inquired about leasing, was that of a lovely woman with a great heart, who prides herself in taking care of people. Throughout my time at Sundial I saw Elaine maintain a happy and most importantly safe place for children. Never a smell of cancer sticks or marijuana, at one point new tenants tried to get away with smoking and Elaine nipped it right in the butt. I had an unfortunate mishap but Elaine and AMC went above and beyond to take care of the situation, definitely was shocked to see how much AMC and Elaine care about the quality of life for their tenants. It was like dealing with a real person and not a major company that was out to nickel and dime people. Laundry was easy to do, as it is card operated (no need to worry about annoying coins). Miguel is also great! such hard worker...and always ahead of the game fixing and up-keeping the grounds.The area itself is quiet and not busy at all.
