    L4. Hunan Chicken Lunch Special
    Fahmeeda A.

Best takeout I've had since I moved to Jackson Heights. I have ordered pickup twice through Grubhub and have been so please with the service and food that I am walking over at least once a week now for my Hunan chicken. The woman at the front is always very nice and will always remind me to grab extra sauces on my way out.

Disgusting discolored chicken with garlic sauce .

Absolutely disgusting !!! I would give negative stars if I could . They don't even deserve 1 star . This restaurant did NOT serve fresh food !!! Chicken is discolored and Carrots are spoiled too . ..Completely tinged with dark mold spots . Please look at my pictures !!!! I just ordered the chicken with mixed vegetables in garlic sauce . And the chicken and carrots were completed tainted /spoiled . I was in horror to see the chicken was discolored and the carrots were all tinged with mold. Please see my pictures . I pray to God I don't get food poisoning, I only ate a few pieces of broccoli from my dish and threw it all away . I was reading other reviews and several others said they were hospitalized from getting food poisoning by eating tainted food from this place . Please stay clear of this place for your body's sake !!!

    Chinese veggies and rice.

I like that they have fresh choi sum when I get Chinese veggies with rice. They are great with delivery and have other tasty options. Sometimes certain dishes have a lot of oil, but the ingredients taste fresh and yummy. My family visit often for chicken and broccoli on white rice. I have also ordered on seamless and not had many issues.

I'm on a mission to find the best Chinese food in Jackson Heights; a similar mission is underway for Grandma Pizza. Staples of my life apparently. For what it is, Lin's deserves four stars. I got hot & sour soup which was standard and beef with Chinese vegetables. The vegetables could have been of better quality. I'll keep looking and will adjust this rating should I find greener pastures. IMO this fared better than Peking Kitchen solely on their meat quality.

Delivery is always quick. Veggies are always crisp, instead of overcooked like most places. Love it!

Great store with a friendly and patient staff. I never felt rushed. Selection is extensive and I found what I ate to be very good.

First time here and they did not disappoint. The dry pot was amazing. Large portion sizes…read more Definitely over-ordered but will make for get leftovers. We ordered the dan dan noodles for an appetizer, chewy noodles and good flavor. Then we had the custom dry pot (we put chicken, tofu, Napa and Choy medium spicy) that came out tasty and fast. And finally we ordered the crispy fish which was HUGE but crunchy and flavorful - definitely more food than we expected but it's okay! Servers were friendly and even though there was an error in our order they were quick and ways to fix. The restaurant is small and hole in the wall, feels authentic. AC wasn't on so a little warm with all this spicy food but overall will definitely come back with friends and family.

A forgettable lunch I had here. It's not terribly bad but I can name a couple other Chinese…read morerestaurants I've had a better experience in. The restaurant is a few blocks from the main street of Steinway so it'll take a bit of searching. Going inside, the area is rather abstract. Pink flower wallpaper on one end and dry wall on the other, it's kinda off-putting but I didn't come here for the atmosphere anyway. Service was lukewarm, I got my order in but the two workers inside weren't too receptive and the menu itself is kinda barebones with most of their food being a bit more than I would like to pay for so I just settled on one order of Singapore Mei Fun. After waiting 10 minutes for my food to arrive, the Singapore noodles which are usually spicy were kinda salty but it was nothing a bit of duck sauce wouldn't fix. This one order cost $17 while not the worst Singapore Mei Fun...well technically it is, even though it's not horrible but I've had much better from other places for a stable price of $12. Yeah, a rather disappointing visit. Not the worst I've ever had but could be so much better.
