She will mention anything she might notice that could affect how they look and will go above and beyond to insure they look amazing afterwards. To start she notice my right was just slightly higher than my left eyebrow. For my face it's pretty minor and other than that is fairly symmetric. However, she's had other clients where the muscles are pretty different, that being said she worked with it all. After that she confirms that you're happy with the shape and even cleans up any strays. I am the worst and barely trim but she flawlessly reshaped my eyebrows before drawing them in. Now for the microblading. Having done it before I have had mixed experiences. Some pain, minor pain, some discomfort it's a mix. However, I felt no pain this time around, and it's because Ana is so aware on top of the topical numbing cream she makes sure to give you additional so you don't feel it. She wants to make the experience was painless as possible. She works both with a traditional microblading tool and gun to make sure everything is perfect! Lastly, she double and triple checks that your eyebrows are exact. I seriously have never seen my eyebrows look so perfect! Definitely check them out and you won't be disappointed!

As a client I didn't understand where exactly with the general way she was saying lift this are, round this, etc etc. I told them I couldn't afford the quote and they asked me to apply for 2 separate loan applications. Which I did on the spot because they asked me to. Even after saying I couldn't afford to add anymore payments and loans to my monthly expenses. I insisted on doing areas one at a time and scheduled my first appt with a deposit left. A few days later I called to ask and go over what my treatment plan was (exact areas that would be treated ), in what way, with what filler types and what the maintenance would cost me and how often moving forward. She (Nataly) kept saying she was trustworthy and transparent but didn't answer my questions and rushed me off the phone and told me to call back next day. To be fair- On that call she did mention again very minimally some things but only because I continued to ask and explained it wasn't that I didn't trust her, but that wanted to keep track of what was being done to my face/ have a map of treated areas and know all of this to ensure I could maintenance the work I was going to pay a lot to have done. - she continued to push for me to trust her without having answered any of my questions .
