I'm not entirely certain which Yelp is the correct one for the rehab center but here goes…read more I came here and had a consult with Dr Shannon last week. First off, just want to say that I'm pretty much in love with all the staff here (minus one receptionist that I met today who wasn't the friendliest person compared to everyone else). Shawna brought me to the exam room to prep me for Dr Shannon. Back story: My sweet 12 year old dog has gotten more lame in his rear quarters and my husband and I want to prevent it from getting worse. We were told by our Vet in Tualatin park animal clinic to get rehab consult. I'm so so thankful we met who we met here. Shawna was so friendly, kind, gentle with my dog. She patiently listened to everything I had to say, asked follow up questions so I knew she was actually listening. She was just really present. Then moments later walks Dr Shannon. Something about her energy just made me feel like my boy was in such safe hands. The consult was 2 hours long but it didn't even feel that long. Dr Shannon was so so thorough, but so so gentle knowing my pup was in pain. Half way through the appointment he even fell asleep! After the appointment they gave me homework and Shawna thoroughly went over everything. She showed me what to do and all the tricks I needed to know. Fast forward a week. I can't remember the tech that took my pup back for his water therapy but I totally love her energy! She told me I could watch from outside, which I did for a few minutes as they got him set up inside the tank. But both Shawna and the other tech kept petting him and reassuring him. My heart melted knowing they were being so good to him without me being there comforting him myself. When he was done they called. The tech whose name I forgot brought him out and was so super sweet she patient telling me how he was doing and answering all my questions. She mentioned something that made my day about what a good boy he was and how he just knew what to do, and that nothing phased him. These are things pet owners need to hear because I'm honestly thinking he's scared out of his mind being somewhere new. Thank you, all of you for taking such good care of my best friend. Despite only coming here twice I want to come back all the time. I can't praise them enough.

Sofie became ill quite suddenly with acute internal bleeding from an unknown source which made it difficult for me to see her suffering. On the outside, Sofie just looked tired, but on the inside, there was really something broken and unrepairable. Dr. Dillon and her assistant came to my home, took an assessment, walked me though each step of the process and gently escorted my Sofie to her next adventure. The cost was very reasonable for the service of letting Sofie pass in the comfort of her home. Thank you At Home Veterinary Services.

I took a leap of faith and decided to go with this company, hoping that I was making the right choice. I can now say that I couldn't have been happier with how it went. Dr Louise M. and her assistant, Heather, were two of the kindest women I've ever met in my life. They were extremely empathetic, and comforting, and they were so patient with me while I was having a total breakdown. They were gentle with my sweet boy and helped me send him across the rainbow bridge in the best way possible. I can not express my gratitude and relief enough for this company. I will continue to recommend them to anybody who will listen. They also mailed me a beautiful card with very heartfelt messages, which was very thoughtful and made me tear up (in a good way!) Thank you so much, Dr. M and Heather for making the hardest moment of my life that much easier. I will forever be grateful.

We have gone to Cat Care for almost thirty years and always had top notch care for our kitties. Dr Cornwell was amazing and the staff outstanding. Unfortunately Dr Cornwell retired and sold the practice. My understanding is a corporation purchased the practice and as with most acquisitions like that profits out way service. Our last check up for our three healthy cats cost over $1000. Before the sale the cost was less than $400. Luckily we found one of the Cat Care vets that started her own practice and have transferred all kitty care to her.

I can understand needing precautions, but they denied a prescription cat food through Chewy and won't even do a blood glucose curve and let me send it via email as we have done three times previously in the past 3 months. They saw her in clinic about 6 months ago and missed that she didn't have the vaccine. Once they found that, they cut all care. Oregon Secretary of State registration shows the Authorized Representative for Cat Care Professionals as Peter Jacobson. Per his LinkedIn page, Peter Jacobson is the CFO of Western Veterinary Partners (also noted in the Oregon Secretary of State registration) which, "is a private equity backed company that acquires and manages veterinary clinics throughout the U.S." The care shows it. I'm sure the staff cares, but they were happy to take my money and drop my cat who needs care. I would give a zero if I could. (They were a 5/5 about 10 years ago.)

We searched online and found that Emergency Vet of Tualatin was open 24 hours. We took her there and all the staff were warm and welcoming during this stressful time. They were able to get her in to see a vet right away. We appreciate the speediness of their efforts. Unfortunately it was determined the our dog had a stroke and lost almost all mobility in her hind legs. This was a very difficult decision to make and the vet was patient and kind during the whole interaction. We chose a private cremation and paw print. When we saw the beautiful wooden box her ashes were put in it made a somber moment a little easier. I called to mention that we wanted her collar with her name tag to keep. They were able to track it down and made sure we got it. The paw print was done well and the quality was great. It was thoughtful of the clinic to send us a card as well about their condolences.

Something I didn't realize was they let our primary vet know that Maximus had passed. We hadn't even thought of it yet being he hadn't been there in a bit because of complications & it was exceptionally nice to receive a condolences card from his vet in the mail. Just another really good thing EVCOT does for their patients. THANK YOU for all the things you guys did to help get Maximus almost to his 12th birthday
