Every time I went in there, I'd say can't you just sell the little teeny tiny ones that you do for catering The answer was always no Welp yelp guess what ? You can now buy six packs of those teeny tiny cookies. Now it's not a good cost Savings but they're the perfect size and if you want a flavor multiple flavors and still fit into your jeans this is the way to go. At the time of this review Benson Boone's moonbeam ice ice cream cookie was the flavor Which if you notice from my picture, I got four of and let me tell you they were delicious. I'm sad. Each cookie is $4 4 pack $12.50 6 pack $18 12 pack $31.50 Trust me - get the 12 pack! Your wallet and friends will thank you ;). I know - it's slightly pricey for cookies, but SO WORTH IT! Why? Ordered a chocolate molten lava cookie, a vanilla ice cream, and a white milk. The cookie was delicious! Warm, soft, and chocolatey with a warm gooey chocolate filled center; excellent if you love chocolate. It's just like the cake you'd get in a restaurant, but it's condensed into a cookie! The ice cream tasted like vanilla ice cream, and the milk tasted like milk. Was $13.54 for said order which is a bit steep, but all and all, great place if you have a sweet tooth! read more

Happened to be running an errand in the area and saw this store which I had just read about online. Stopped in and ordered the 4 cookie box. The first one was the Churro cookie which was a nice cinnamon sugar cookie with a super smooth light cinnamon churro buttercream. OMG was it so good. The next one was the Cornbread cookie that is just like a great big piece of cornbread that has a BIG dollop of buttercream with honey drizzled over it. Totally luscious!!! Staff is super friendly, greeting customers as they enter the store. Ordering is made easy by the 3 self ordering stations. Eating 2 of the 4 cookies was a lot. Maybe more tomorrow. read more

Umm, they make cookie-shaped items that have almost no taste. Sweet, yes, but veritably tasteless. They just look like extruded, unloved blobs of dough with decorations: whoopie. And they need to rethink their packaging. I ordered 2 dozen cookies, various flavors of their limited selection, to take to a work meeting. I received two huge, shallow boxes, large enough for Sicilian pizzas. However, the boxes were made of pink 'cardboard' thar is the same flimsy weight as office file folders. I very nearly dumped all the cookies several times en route to my meeting. These icky "cookies" inside suicidally fragile boxes are so profoundly disappointing! It is quite beyond my understanding how this garbage has been parlayed into a national chain. read more

Our first Crumbl experience and it was definitely worth the wait! I immediately noticed how clean the shop was, plenty of staff to process orders, make cookies and help customers. I love that there's a display of the cookies available for the day, so you can see what the look like, great for kiddos too! The self service kiosk was very easy to use and we maybe waited 5 minutes for our cookies! The cookies.....wow, they smell amazing, the are HUGE (might need to buy one of their cookie cutters) and they are delicious! My favorite of the day was the Twix one because...shortbread is my absolute favorite! They also have ice cream....will try the next time because there will definitely be a next time! read more

We find it extremely challenging to be near a Crumbl and not go in, so it is not much of a surprise to say that when we saw a new one had opened in New Albany, we were ready. As soon as I saw the weekly menu included hazelnut churro (described as a snickerdoodle type cookie filled with hazelnut spread), I knew exactly which week we would have to go too! We got the standard milk chocolate chip, two hazelnut churros, a cake batter blondie with its festive rainbow sprinkles, and a buckeye brownie. All of the cookies were delicious and had the giant signature size and soft texture we've enjoyed at Crumbls before. Service was exceptional - we ordered via the self checkout kiosk and within 90 seconds we had our beautiful pink boxes in hand. The friendly staff member showed us all of the cookies before closing up the boxes and wishing us a nice day. There is plentiful parking available in the shopping center lot. There were six cookie flavors to select from... chocolate chip, pumpkin chocolate chip, chocolate peanut butter chip, sherbet, sugar and blueberry cheesecake. I was at the Nee Albany location for the first time today. I give this 2 stars only because the cookie quality is good. I refuse to give more than that due to the level of service at this location. Fortunately, I had been to a crumbl before so I was aware of the self service option. But as I stood in a lobby completely overfilled with people who did not know this, I was irritated. Absolutely no one acknowledged anyone in this lobby the whole time. Lots of people working there, just none willing to help customers until after they self ordered. Someone named Joey only spoke to me long enough to give me my cookies. Greet your customers! At least acknowledge they are there and ask if you can help them. They are the reason you have a job. Good thing it is a good cookie. I will not go back to that location again. read more

I don't get the trend of 600-700 calorie cookies that taste this way. My husband and I both feel like they forget the salt which is critical for balance in baking. I got these for a gathering and everyone else said the same thing. "Something is off." I don't mind paying these prices for a really good cookie but that's not what I get. Tried multiple flavors and for the price, both calorically and monetarily, I should get the perfect tasting cookie. On the plus side, they're huge and the slight underbake leaves you with an ooey gooey cookie for the warm ones. I'm in the minority with my thoughts, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. This is an amazing cookie store. They have example cookies to choose from when you walk in which I loved. I chose the pink velvet cookie because it had frosting and was served warm. Wow. This cookie is dangerous. I would eat this all the time. Thank god I live about 6 hours from this store. I actually bought 4 cookies and they came in a nice pink box with the store logo on it. The cookies look exactly like the example cookies. Amazing frosting too. The chocolate strawberry one was also a favorite. Honestly, really pupset these are as delicious as they are and just a short car ride away at that. We picked up their 6 weekly specials and holy moly were they tasty! The box included banana bread, classic sugar cookie, old fashioned donut, fruity pebbles cookie sandwich, waffle, and classic chocolate chip. They were all so good but also sooo very sweet. One whole cookie is more than enough...or rather nibbles of all six was more than enough to give me a well deserved belly ache lol Seriously super tasty and great cookies to take to a gathering as a treat. Way too much chatter/laughing and not enough working. Been waiting 20 minutes for 2 cookies. The person in front of me canceled her order because she had to get back to work and she was upset because one of the workers was delivering cookies to people in their cars outside and then using the same gloves to work on cookies when she came back in. Gross! Quite a few people standing waiting far too long. Management needs to get in here and see what's going on and rectify. No cookie is worth a 25 minute wait. read more
