Worst company ever. They must have had all their friends do their reviews. I spoke with the owner very early this morning and we set a time for him to come at 5:30pm as they couldn't do it at 11:30am to 12pm as the job might take longer than 30 minutes. He texts me around 5pm to let me know his guy is in Woodland Hills and it would take him 1.5 hours to get here. I said no problem. We understand things happen but then he calls me and says he can't have his guy come as it's Shabbat dinner and he can come tomorrow. First of all who books their guy in Woodland Hills right before a West Hollywood appt at 5:30pm on a Friday knowing there's bad traffic in LA and it's Shabbat.m AND to cancel at 5pm is just so rude. If he would have called me a couple hours before even that would have been fine. Horrible management and organizational skills. Will NEVER EVER use them or recommend them. Thank goodness I was able to find someone else to come in 15mins and he did a FANTASTIC JOB (in and out in 5 mins). Now that's what I'm talking about and he was Jewish too. A response to you message below. You called me 30 minutes before our appt time (of 5:30pm) to tell me he wasn't coming as he was in Woodland Hills. You should have known that on a Friday evening, your guy in Woodland Hills at 4pm wouldn't have made it but no you called me last minute and told me he couldn't dare ask his guy to not go to family dinner to make it to a job you promised. You offered me the guy to come to our house on Saturday at 7am which was the next day and not going to help us. This option was only convenient for you. He got me into the shed in 5 min then since he was there I asked him about an odd locked that either required a different key that the land lord did not give me or it was stuck.
