My first interaction with Tim was him talking me off the ledge about the well test coming back positive for Coli. I almost had a panic attack, but he patiently explained how it's pretty common and set me up with the proper equipment to fix it. His calm and laidback demeanor was a comfort during the stress of closing on a new home. No Big, I Got You. When the time came for a full filter and softener system for the house, I called Tim first. I only made one other call for a quote that was much higher. Basically the guy said "Tim! I know him. He's the best in the business. We buy our systems from him". Since then Tim always gets back to me when I text him with questions about weird stuff. I once tried calling a well company with my dumb questions, they were rude, so that's why I bug him so much. Jake (Tim's side-kick) is fantastic too. When he did the maintenance on my system, he was just as nice and chill, very professional and efficient, and again, answered all my silly questions with patience and a smile. The quality of the systems are extremely good. The kits are first class in terms of installing! I also added the iSpring UVF8 UV water filter to make them both 7-stage systems. The installation was clean and simple with additional fittings if needed (this is a rare feature these days). The final water quality far exceeds anything I have seen todate!!! (less that 12 TDS & 25 micro /cm!) Bottled water is now very much a thing of the past in the Donaldson household. Being now a retired engineer the quality of the system, quality of the build and ease of installation to produce such water quality is second to none. Even my two sons want me to install such a system in their respective homes in Corpus Christi and Toronto!!!

The sign-up was easy and I spoke to people in their local office, not an offshore central call center which handles multiple companies. I like dealing with people who have a vested interest in keeping their customers happy. My first delivery was on time and the water quality was great. The delivery drivers have always been extremely nice and professional. The problem is that the company as a whole is completely undependable. You may or may not get the water you ordered. You may go without water for weeks because of "delivery issues." You may schedule a service appointment for them to not show up and reschedule after they've already missed the appointment. We currently don't have water refills because of "delivery issues." We have no idea when we can actually get some. This is not a one time problem, but a rather common occurrence. Customer service is always nice, but not typically helpful. We are currently looking for other more dependable options.
