Chris met with us quickly and was happy to do the system exactly how I wanted it, with quality parts from some of the best manufacturers with solid warranties. He was happy to install some other equipment I bought and set up my over the top redundancies so we will always have the ability to service the system at any time without losing water access. Chris is really a straightforward and down to earth guy who uses industry standard gear all the way up to complete overkill and doesn't try to upsell at all. First, Tim answers the phone; no AI screen or answering services. His great knowledge and trustworthiness was immediately apparent. Tim confidently conveyed what we needed, foregoing a hard-sell based on claims of water unsafety. He shared the details of the whole-house filter he recommended and added us to his install schedule. A couple of week later, Tim showed up at the scheduled time and performed an efficient and clean install.
