When I arrived the line was pretty long but it went fast! I recommend ordering on DoorDash so you don't have to wait for your drink. The staff were amazing they were so sweet and quick with our orders. I can't wait to come back and try more of their other drinks.

Stop by to get coffee from this spot and it didn't disappoint. They have a drive thru but I wanted to see the place from inside . It's really small . They also have sandwiches. I must try ,next time . The service was friendly and quick .

Fast and yummy service. This is a quick drive thru for your caffeine needs. Not only do they have coffee, but they have: Hot coffee Iced coffee Smoothies Frappuccinos Boba Juices Breakfast sandwiches Lunch Sandwiches Muffins Soooo much to choose from! The personnel is so sweet and attentive. The location is clean. They have 2 lines so they get you through in a timely manner. Definitely going back.

It is my favorite coffee place i the valley. I like that you can get everyone of there flavors all year long. They have great service and you don't even need to get out of your car it is all drive through. The only reason That they got a 4 star is because it is not my favorite coffee place ever. read more

Liquid Bean is located a block away from a Starbucks on Avenue K. I generally go to LB to support the small, local business. However, on my last visit, I was greeted with a shout from somewhere deep within the building. My order was taken in a rush and then delivered without a word by a different person. This was the first time I have had bad service there, so I will give them another chance. Still, it's so important to know how far one friendly smile can go. read more

Well Ia gave them One Star because the bagel was good, but their attitude and customer service skills suck and the caffe latte was not great .... What I really hated was that the one girl goes out to the car behind me and takes her order , then comes in for mineI guess being a regular means something ,, WTF...... wont be coming back here read more

Great coffee! I walked in, ordered coffee with steamed milk and a honey bran muffin. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was homey. Four stars instead of five because they didn't have a way to heat up my muffin. But everything was great, I'll stop by if I'm ever in Lancaster again that's for sure! read more

This place is great I get my coffee there 4 to 5 times a week and I can with out a second thought THEY ARE GREAT !!!! I can not stand the Other guys you know..............The Service is beyond great!! Staff is always fast Happy and friendly. They have never let the busyness get in the way of making you feel special for just that brief second. I love see the Deputies having a place where they can get a cup of coffee and restroom break and be welcome with a smile. More Places need to be like these great Young Ladies !!! A coworker recommended this place and I was shockingly disappointed. First off, 3 workers looked at my husband and I after entering but didn't say good morning; they just went about their business. One of the ladies finally acknowledged us and took our order. My husband ordered his coffee black and it was luke warm-not even good tasting coffee. My caramel macchiatto was so sweet I struggled to finish it. I love supporting local businesses but we didn't have an even decent overall experience so we'll never go back. read more

I absolutely love the Bean. I am there 7 days a week. The coffee is always hot and the service is second to none. So much better than Starbucks! If you have not tried it or like Starbucks, definitely give them a try. I have recommended many of my clients to them who are avid Starbucks lovers and they can see a big difference in Liquid Bean's coffee read more

Very good coffee every single time. I would give 5 stars if they had the decency to hire a nicer staff. A "hi, how are you" or "thanks for stopping in, have a good day" would be nice. Instead you pull up and they say "what are you having". WOW. And before you get the chance to thank them or even leave a tip ( I don't even know why I wanted to tip this jerk) they slam the window shut. Okay, sorry to bother you. Just not a good way to represent your business. At least they have the coffee part right! read more

I found this place recently and love it! It's on my way to work and I love passing the overpriced Starbucks on my way with no less than 5 to 7 cars in line. Meanwhile, I go to Liquid Bean. It's usually not a huge wait, comparable prices and friendly staff. I am very happy to have found this place. The only downside is the 50 cents charge for credit card purchases as I never carry cash. But I can make it to the ATM for this place. read more

I really like this place. If I'm in Lancaster I definitely opt to go there instead of Starbucks, as I no longer wish to support them. I love the extended and early hours here, and the drive-thru. I'm not a fancy coffee drinker looking for a specific taste, just a good taste. I have tried both teas and coffee here, and have not been disappointed. I just wish they would have alternative milks on hand (soy, almond, coconut, hemp, rice...), this day in age this should be standard. In addition, I find that they don't carry fresh fruit. It would be nice to get a banana or an apple in the morning instead of only pastries as options. I hope they can expand. We need more Starbucks alternatives, preferably with a drive-thru. read more

Best Coffee in the AV and it's a drive through. I'm not a huge fan of sitting in A coffee place with the terrible music and the "ScreenWriters" with their laptops. I am just looking to pick up a good strong cup of coffee. This place is it. My wife loves the mochas and I love the coffee or Iced coffee depending on the temps. Edit to 5 stars because I picked up an Iced Coffee Black this week and it was the best iced coffee I had ever tasted. incredible. read more

URGENT!!!! New owners. They will NOT honor the $5 for $10 deal. They'd rather lose business than honor it. I will never give them a chance. They lost me at the first interaction. Wife and I were VERY impressed with our small Carmel latte and a small coffee. Great coffees! Living in the AV almost 6 years now, this was the first time we tried it and were pleased with it! Used to love it here. When they raised their prices I didn't mind because I liked the coffee and love to support small businesses. However, I wasn't ok on my last visit. I don't always tip which I do feel bad but when I have some extra dollars I will. I paid for my drinks and wasn't given my change, I didn't mind but what bothered me most was that I was ignored when I said "thank you" (twice) at the window. That was the second time that happened and it's always by the same person. I was very disappointed at the service and actually drive right by it now to go to a different small coffee house. I hope the customer service gets better so I can go back! read more

The Liquid Bean coffee house is a wonderful shop owned by Scott Evans and Laura Bradford. Their passion for coffee lead them to purchase the business in December of 2014. They have enjoyed creating job opportunities for young adults in the AV. The supervising manager, Rose, has been in the coffee business for over a decade. She says that the best part about the Liquid Bean is the customer service. "When at the Liquid Bean, you enjoy the best customer service in the AV. We do our best to fulfill every request from the customer and really enjoy making their day better."

I was given a discount and a stamp card. The girl was super nice and helpful when ordering. Every room is so nice. It's a great place to take pictures at. I loved the comfort and the decor. There was a tiny kids kitchenette that my daughter really liked playing at. Overall I had a really pleasant experience and if I'm ever in the area again, I'd love to try something else on the menu.

I understand Sundays can be busy, but the long wait and lack of attention really took away from the experience. Hoping this was just an off day.

I purchased a romper which fit me perfectly. I also got some squishy toys for the kiddos. I then headed to order drinks. I got the Night in Paris latte and a kids strawberry lemonade. I was given a discount and a stamp card. The girl was super nice and helpful when ordering. Every room is so nice. It's a great place to take pictures at. I loved the comfort and the decor. There was a tiny kids kitchenette that my daughter really liked playing at. Overall I had a really pleasant experience and if I'm ever in the area again, I'd love to try something else on the menu.

During the wait, I also ordered a coffee that never came -- it seemed like it was simply forgotten. I understand Sundays can be busy, but the long wait and lack of attention really took away from the experience. Hoping this was just an off day.

Not only is the coffee AMAZING, but the service EXCEEDS my expectations. I am a regular there and I always receive my coffee just the way I like it every time, no exceptions! Who needs the larger chains and their trendy commercialized products! I'll take the EXCEPTIONAL service any day of the week over the over-rated items at other places! I visit this place with my finance to for a coffee. I love this place a lot. They have lots of option available with them. If you compare this with Starbucks you will get the same quality in less price i must say. They have special offers and deal every month going on in the their coffee house. Every drink I have ever had here has been awesome. The baristas are extremely talented at preparing drinks and provide amazing customer service.. Whenever I go to Starbucks, I feel as though the barista really does not care about the drink they are preparing.
