Bright new boba location with teas, milk teas, fruit teas and other specialty drinks. There's a large parking lot close to other restaurants. Drinks can be customized for ice, level of sweetness and add-ins or toppings. It was fairly new, they said it had been open a few weeks, and they were friendly and welcoming. They offered me a free bag of matcha popcorn. I loved my strawberry coconut drink with boba -- nice tasting, light sugar and boba were soft chewy and satisfying. They use nondairy creamer instead of alternative milks. Hope that they will reconsider this. I was interested in food options and they said possibly in the future they will add items. Nice new spot for your bubble, fruit and milk teas. Will be back to try the coffee with coffee jelly!

Ample space and very clean. Staff were also very friendly and had great recommendations. Ultimately went with the honey pearl oolong milk tea and added creama. The tapioca was perfectly soft and chewy. So happy this placed opened in Morton Grove- definitely a great addition and likely a new go to spot!

What a great addition to the area, a new boba tea place. This is a big chain outside of Illinois and this is one of 3 locations here in the state. There have been a lot of new Asian chains coming to this area recently. The space is large and there are tables and couches to sit on. The space is bright and welcoming. The staff is nice and the selection of choices are big. We got a variety of drinks and have already been here twice! The Happy Family Milk Tea is good, with lots of fillings, all of them probably, boba, lychee, red bean, pudding and jelly. We also got the strawberry lychee with ice cream tried it with ice cream on top and also blended. The Okinawa Pearl milk tea- not as many add ins and not as sweet as the Happy Family. And also the Mango with ice cream. I think the milk teas are pretty decent, a bit better than the blended drinks.

I've always been a fan of the Sharetea brand as they are always consistent across the board. I was so excited to see this new location, as it's a bit closer to me than Naperville or St. Charles. I am proud to say I've been to all 3 here in IL now as of today. The staff here greeted me right away as I walked in, and they were accommodating to my requests for no ice, no sugar, etc. I am very picky about my bubble tea, so I am very appreciative when they listen and honor these changes. My drink was made perfectly, exactly how I wanted and expected it to be. I saw by the front counter that their actual grand opening is Saturday, 4/12. Hopefully this type of service level isn't just because it is a soft opening, and I hope that it continues to stay this way. I am looking forward to coming back more often when I am in the area next or simply craving Sharetea. I'd recommend this location to anyone in the area. They also have plenty of free parking on premise in the strip mall that is shared with other businesses.

The drinks are flavorful and the variety is plentiful. I tried the golden retriever and coffe milk tea w/ coffee jelly. Both were rich in tea flavor and hit the spot with the tastes I was going for - coffee for one and milk tea with generous toppings in the other. The staff is super friendly, the drinks are priced on the cheaper side compared to other establishments, the space is open and cute, too. Highly recommend coming here!

Honestly if you're wanting a tea or a drink this place is great for that...but that's about it…read more I've been a number of times and really have had decent experiences and again would recommend the Nile's location for to-go drinks only. Everything else is sub par...the dan dan noodles may have been the worst I ever had. The noodles were over cooked and stuck together, there was hardly any toppings and it was not at all as it was described. We also got the "Chinese burger" honestly this was also not something I would ever get again. The "bun" situation was dry and had no flavor...also the pork had no flavor and was also dry...I can see why the girl behind was questioning if it was even on the menu still because clearly no one is ordering it and when a customer does they're surprised. Now what really put me off (aside from the surprise piece of aluminum foil found in our food) was the horrible customer service. While waiting for our drinks and food to come out all I hear is one of the employees behind the counter commenting on multiple items on our order. Is it really that hard to make a drink and add extra ice without questioning why you need to add extra ice if that's the special request? It's requested because maybe we like our drinks to not be luke warm and prefer them cold. Then to make comments and being surprised an item was ordered ("chinese" burger). It was on the menu it sounded interesting we wanted to try it...after hearing the reaction it honestly made me second guess placing the order. Then to top it off when the drinks were ready our name was called...I asked if the food would be coming later and the attitude I received back being told that it takes longer threw me off completely. Yes I asked if the food would be coming later but I was asking to ensure that they knew we also had a food order. The attitude implying that I didn't understand that it'll take a bit long was not necessary. Needless to say if we ever come back our orders will be ONLY for drinks, we will NOT be ordering food and I will hope to not have much of any interaction with the staff at this location. It will strictly be pick up & go. Hopefully your team takes some time to work on their customer service skills cause it's lacking.

It was delectably foamy and sweet. My only regret was that it was this particular flavor combination didn't come with an option for a larger size. It really hit the spot for a cold, foamy beverage with perfectly chewy boba. I also tried out their house special braised beef noodles. They were great, but I wish there were more vegetables and noodles. (This was just personal preference.) The beef was well braised, seasoned, and excellent. Patrons order from kiosks and pick up items from the front desk. It would have been nice to interact more with staff, but the system is definitely set up for efficiency. Parking is a shared plaza private lot with plenty of spots during the weekdays. Weekends can be hectic given the amount of businesses here. Worth a visit for sure!

It's funny I come near Woodstock, and I always make that joke "Boba burger?" anytime I'm in the area with my buddies The other day one of the owners kids was playing near the register and you know its moments like that where they're just happy and such great people with great hospitality to there customers. I've reviewed this place once before: Tokyo dog, Lechon burger, large fries, and triple berry smoothie is my go-to. I seriously don't exaggerate you need to come by before they close. I hope they find a place quickly because you know I sure will always come back.

The drink options aren't huge. It's not a place you linger or have a conversation. The onion rings are nice and crispy but for me I don't like the huge batter centric rings. I like a light batter with crunch so you can taste the onion. The fires are just okay. Most were a bit soggy for me.

Ranked number two at the time, it became an instant bookmark for me being that I absolutely love boba tea drinks. And honey, it was a must visit once I discovered the Oreo Shake which literally made my mouth salivate! Thanks to Ashley S, who shared a picture of it via yelp. I visited post getting off of work prior to driving towards Edens Expressway; its location sits not too far from downtown Skokie, an area that I frequent. I honestly feel like you have to be in search for Kandy Crush Melt because it sits off of Oakton St, yet on Kenton Ave. In my opinion, there needs to be some sort of signage off of Oakton Ave that would capture the interest of individuals driving along Oakton St. Even though I knew what I wanted to order before visiting, I took my time looking at the menu, just to confirm the items. And when I was ready, the employee took my order, and I ended up ordering the Oreo Shake as visited for. As I waited, I was given a free sample of Mini Pancake Bites which were freaking delicious! I finished every bit of what was given because I had not ever tasted anything as delicious as that Nutella syrup. Immediately after finishing off the Mini Pancake Bites, I began taking sips of the Oreo Shake which I must say looked wonderful! Eek! Brain freeze! Tehehe, these taste buds of mine were surged with that delicious Oreo taste as anticipated. From then on, every sip was a mouthful of joy as I drove, resulting in a slight grin that not even traffic on the Expressway could break, I kid you not. There was a point while driving along the Expressway that I questioned if I would be able to finish it off; thinking to myself that it was good that I ordered a medium size Oreo Shake rather than a large because that shake, good Lord; the medium was definitely enough. Being that I had a great experience, I would gladly order from Kandy Crush Melt again when in the Skokie area. For future orders, I can surely see myself ordering via yelp in order to make it an in-and-out visit while on the go for sure.
