Sharon provided all the supplies, gave us starter to take home, and we made a loaf during class that we brought home to bake ourselves. What really stood out to me was how supportive she was even after the class. The next morning, Sharon texted to check on how our bread turned out and let us know we could reach out with any questions. That kind of follow-up made a huge difference and gave me the confidence to keep going. I also took the class by myself, and Sharon made the environment feel so welcoming and comfortable from the start. Do not ever buy an appliance from here. We purchased a dishwasher on Jan 21 online. The purchase…read morewas supposed to include installation and removal of old appliance. On Jan 31, a delivery person came with the dishwasher and said all he does is delivery. None of this was explained to us when we did the purchase. We assumed delivery and installation were to be done on the same day. They outsource the installation for our dishwasher to Stephen Peterson of Express Installations if you are in Charlottesville. This person does not answer the phone. Costco has told us that he will reach out to us. We are still waiting on 2/20. Now Costco said they will reimburse us up to 200 if we get our own installer. This has been the biggest hassle. We are going to return the dishwasher and go to Lowes, which is what we should have done in the first place.
