First time coming here and it definitely lived up to the hype. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. I got an omelet and it was delicious, with a lot more food than I expected. Everything tasted fresh and came out fast. Really great spot for breakfast, and I'll for sure be back. The Carnitas Omelette was amazing. The pork was tender and packed with flavor, and the melted cheese tied everything together perfectly. This is such small and charming breakfast spot. This was a stopover for our Comedy on Deck tour. This local gem was able to get roughly 58 of us in and out in 35 minutes. The staff are very nice. When we go in person the food is great! Whenever we order food for pick up it is not so great :( The last two times I ordered a skillet it's been watery which is hard for me to enjoy. The food appears to have just been taken out of a freezer and warmed up in a microwave or something maybe steamed? Because there is no crispiness or grill lines to be found. I hate to be a negative Nancy but I think maybe they have been focusing on getting the food done really fast instead of making it really good because they always say it will be ready in 10-15 minutes. I came here with the Comedy on Deck Tour Bus for breakfast on our way to the Grand Canyon. I ordered the Canyon Scrambler which was scrambled eggs with ham, mushroom, and onions and topped with cheese. It was served with potato spuds and toasts. The scrambler and potato spuds both weren't too flavorful. I actually tried some of my mom's The Ranch Special that consisted of biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, and bacon. I should start that I had actually stopped here on a bus tour where they included stopping for breakfast in the ticket price. So with that in mind what I ordered was from a pre-decided menu from the tour. We had the option to order from the restaurant but it would be beyond what was included in the ticket so I did not try its other options. I am not sure if my dish was from the normal menu or not but I am just noting that. They may have been on a time crunch to handle the whole buses order while getting everyone out within the hour to stay on schedule for the tour. I imagine the restaurant was still publicly open so I bet they had other customers as well. Overall the service is normal. Waitress taking orders, delivering food, stopping by here and there to refill coffee. I don't have any complaints about the workers. The food had much to be desired. I did order eggs and potatoes but I was not expecting a thin slice of potato fried like it was a large potato chip to be called potato on the side. The eggs were bland, you can salt pepper and use the sauces on the tableto adjust the taste. But it was really just eating condiments to keep it edible. Seats are all cracking and the carpet is really dingy and dirty. The staff are all friendly and nice and we were seated right away . The food was not so great , there were 7 of us and no one was real happy. A lot of the food didn't have much flavor, the stuffed French toast was stuffed with jelly or ham and no real fruit. BEST OMELET EVER! I normally don't like omelets because of how the food sits between cooked egg. But they do a twist like a scramble omelet style. Great quality for the price. And the banana nut bread was also delicious and perfect, Not too sweet at all, Just right. The ambiance is so cute too, it reminds me of my great grandmas house when I was growing up, it felt like i was in my childhood home. Now THIS is comfort food! The catfish was seasoned well, the "potato chips" were also well seasoned and were a unique experience from things I've had before. Really loved the take on it! The biscuits and gravy were delicious. I could taste the richness from the butter & a perfectly balanced tang from the buttermilk. The chili was good. Not necessarily BURSTING at the seams with flavor, but it was good & leaned just a tad on the sweet side. Our server Laura was quick and very sweet! Mood- Customer Service Have you been somewhere and the Customer service was so on point you were even surprised yourself? Today was that day. With life progressing the way it has, you automatically know, you are going to wait. The food may take some time. First time going to the Omelet House. I had bookmarked this place nearly 7+ years ago as a place that we wanted to visit when we come to Las Vegas but only now went to try them out. However we were greeted and seated right away. Our server, Esaun (forgive me if I spelled your name incorrectly), is such a super nice guy. He immediately recognized that we were from Hawaii lol The restaurant gives off a very old comfy home, kind of like going to grandma's place. It even had these ceramic dolls on a shelf above another booth. Brought a smile to my face. Their menu is huge and I am determined to come back and slowly eat my way through all of their omelets My husband had the "healthy" egg white and veggies omelet. I got the Petunia Pig Omelet (I know, cute name so I had to try it). The Petunia Pig had bacon and cheese. Let me tell you it was huge and that cheese pull was ridiculous. My husband's omelet had no cheese but it had onions, zucchini and tomatoes. He managed to eat it all but when he was done he more than full We also a choice of toast, pumpkin bread, banana bread or English muffin. We both had the English muffin, which was like any regular English muffins The thing that caught us off guard were the potatoes. Hash browns, breakfast potatoes are just pretty standard at most places but here it was like potato chips. Edges were crispy and the middle was soft but not mushy. This was our breakfast stop for the Comedy on Deck Grand Canyon/Hoover Sam tour. Our guide took our orders and put them in en route and our food was out shortly after we sat down. They have this system down perfectly, and it was pretty awesome. The servers were super friendly and upbeat. The food was pretty good. The food was hot, our extremely picky 10 year old said the French Toast was the best thing ever (and I can't begin to explain what kind of compliment that is!), and our always hungry 13 year old said the pancakes were very filling! Upon walking in, we stood at the front to be seated. While waiting, another party came in after is, and although I was standing up close to the counter, the hostess asked the other party if he needed a seat, then took us after. I didn't want to make a stink, and the other party didn't say anything, even though they were behind me, but we got seated in due time. As we were seated and looking at the menu, we got coffee and water and waited for the server. Another party was brought in and seated next to us. The server arrived and took the order of this party that came after us. Oh well, we'll order eventually. We placed our order, got corned beef hash, eggs, and it came with potato chips and a choice of bread. I took pumpkin bread. The other order was pancakes with bacon and eggs. Pic attached. The cb hash order was very good. The chips were very light seems like they were baked, as they were not greasy and very crisp and light. Eggs were perfect, and the pumpkin bread was piping hot. The pancakes were as flat as can be, not airy at all, but this may just be how they make it. The bacon was dry and jerkyish, but the eggs were perfect. So basically, it was OK. I flew into Vegas and had a few hours before my next flight. A friend of mine who lives in Vegas decided to treat me to the Omelet House after it came highly recommended to her via her coworkers. There's not much to look at and nothing on the outside that screams "come eat here" but when they say it's what's on the inside that counts they HAD to be talking about this place. There are tons of articles and memorabilia lining the walls when you enter. I was greeted by a very spunky hostess that had a great smile and lots of jokes. Both myself and my BFF laughed all the way to our seat. I didn't quite catch her name as I was too busy laughing. If you don't know by now, the way to my heart is a good joke and even better food. Once seated we were greeted by an equally friendly and talented Frankie. Frankie was lively, gave wonderful recommendations, was patient and allowed us to order when we were ready. The menu is typical of a diner, lots of food selections and tons of omelet options. All omelettes consist of 6 eggs and they are identified by numbers, given cool names with even cooler descriptions. Along with your omelette you get spuds and your choice of toast or banana nut bread. I ordered "The Shrimp Boat" along with the banana nut bread while my BFF ordered the "The Liberty Bell" w/ banana nut bread. Frankie kindly brought out the warm banana nut bread right away to snack on as we awaited our entrees. I'm not a big "bread" fan but if you visit here you have to try it. The banana nut bread was so warm and moist with the right about of nuts. It honestly tasted like heaven, both she and I enjoyed it. Our omelettes arrived perfectly. There was the right amount of cheese and tons of shrimp. Honestly when you order entrees that tend to have shrimp, many places put them few and far between so it doesn't feel like there is any there. At Omelette House there was more than enough shrimp for me to enjoy. The spuds were crisp and delicious. Frankie made sure to check up on us to assure we were pleased with our entrees. A six egg omelet was much to big for either of us to finish in one sitting, we packed the remaining food to go. All in all we had a great experience. We were pleased as the diner was intimate enough for us to catch up while providing great food and our waitress Frankie's attentiveness made for an even better experience. 10/10 recommend and I will return on my next visit. read more

They offered menu plate or small cause each omelette is made w/ 6 eggs. Each order was served with chip photos. My guest shared that we're pleased with their food. Left overs from the menu order. I and my husband ordered the omelette with crab and the meat omelette with side of bacon and strawberries.
