I love the old school interior and i really hope they NEVER EVER remodel this place. An awesome flair that you barely find anymore. And of course the main part, the food. It is delicious, well priced and good quality. It's a little bit off the strip, but the drive there absolutely worths it. On Saturdays they have pot roast, the meat is melting in your mouth, that is my all time favorite there. Next time i would like to try their wings, which i was told, are legendary.

I wasn't ready for how SPECTACULAR these bad boys really are. Blackened and tossed in Cholula - I think they should call them the "Alex" special, LOL! The fries are amazing - we usually need to order a larger one it because they just disappear! Pro tip: have some patience they're a small business and so busy - I have NEVER been disappointed with the quality of food or service. BE KIND. They're doing their best! Stay tuned - Breakfast date in the future is next!

I had a major craving for a smash burger and had recently seen this place on social media. So,…read moredecided to try the place out. For some reason, I thought this place was near Downtown--I thoroughly deserved being slapped with the reality of a 30 minute drive given my lack of preparation. The restaurant is out near Henderson basically, in a slightly sketchy looking area that I'm not entirely sure I'd feel comfortable venturing to at night. The staff at the restaurant seemed to all be young kids (college aged), and they were pretty nice and helpful with explaining the menu. There was no one else in the restaurant even though I came around 6pm. A single burger and side of fries cost me nearly $20 after tax and a small tip--although I don't know how I feel tipping for fast food... The fries were pretty good, the beef tallow and coarse salt were what really sold me on the fries. The sauce was also good--it's similar to what you might get at a famous chicken fingers fast food joint. Without these things, the fries looked (and tasted) like standard frozen food distributor fries. The bun was good and the patty was perfectly smashed. The onions weren't actually caramelized though. If I have to be honest, I finished the burger feeling unsatisfied. It was good enough that I considered purchasing another one...but then I remembered the price tag. (Who can afford or sensibly want to spend $10-12 on an underwhelming fast food burger in this economy?) Not worth the hype, the drive, or the money.

Get all the retro feels at this classic 1972 bar…read more Oh how I love places like this, full of history, personality, and straight up good times. We stopped in for the first time last week and had such a great time that we came back again, this time specifically for Taco Tuesday. When you have great bartenders, you're going to get great drinks. Smooth, balanced, and some of those rum drinks definitely sneak up on you. Shoutout to Hunter & Stephen for taking such good care of us. Now to the food - amazingly flavorful, well executed, and best described as comfort classics with some fun Asian & island bites. So far we're obsessed with the meaty and saucy beef & pork skewers, authentic LA street dog, and the Taco Tuesday special: puffy tacos. Just wow! The kitchen here does not mess around. Here's why we're coming back: fabulous cocktails, genuinely good food, great music, a cozy nautical theme, and inviting vibe all the way around. I'm also impressed by how well the AC works (especially for such an old building), and it doesn't have that ashtray smell at all. I'm coming back for the chargrilled oysters with togarashi and citrus butter. And before I forget, they're open 24/7.

The AC works very well here and is much needed on a very hot Las Vegas day with a temperature at 111 degrees. Hunter the bartender is great and so are the kitchen ladies, Vicki & Rosemary. Our drinks and all the different food items were delicious. I really liked the steak skewers and fries that came with my dog. There are a number of booths if you don't want to sit at the bar and we will be back soon for their Taco Tuesday special. Thank you for the warm hospitality. Whoever runs this place, you've done a really great job and in keeping the theme. I was expecting it to sink like cigarettes but it doesn't smell in here at all.
