A personal greeting for our daughter!
    Theresa W.

I highly recommend! We hired them to cater our daughter's graduation party and couldn't be more satisfied! Our guests raaaaaved about the food and the service was fantastic! I especially appreciated the professional and efficient communication from the owners, leading up to our event. I give them 5 stars in every category!

    Elote -corn

The Elote is hands down the best I've ever eaten, the flammin' hot Cheetos and the Nacho Cheese Doritos give it the extra hit! I never can decide between the two. The last visit was exceptionally special due to the truck closing prior to me getting off work. I knocked on the door, only to ask when they would be visiting my area again, and I was gifted my favorite dish on the house. Amazing Customer Service!!!!

Man this truck came to the job and at first I was a little leery due to the amount of ingredients on the hot dog but boy was I surprised. The beef dog was cooked perfectly and I will be trying them again. Quick service and great experience.

We had the chance to try the food at this food truck when they were part of an event at the Henderson Booze District. I like the touch screen ordering as it was convenient and the opportunity to create a fun name for my order. I got the Feliz Tamalidad which was a chicken tamale smothered in queso, their sauce and green onions. It was delicious!

    Street Corn

The food is amazing .... Taco and corn are very flavorful and yummy for the tummy. Add top it off with a Horchata. Yummy.. 5 out of 5

Was driving home with my fiancé and we didn't have any plans for dinner so we decided to stop by for something fun, new, and easy. When we walked up there was only 1-2 people waiting, we looked at the menu, and then there was some additional people who showed up so we rushed to order. My fiancé got the burger nachos, which he said he liked, and was good. I ordered the luau protein bowl. I feel like the protein bowls have a lot of potential- however I was sadly disappointed in what seemed like a premixed bag of cole slaw, bottom of the barrel chicken, and canned pineapple. My fiancé said he would like to try this place again, and why I give it 2 stars instead of 1. I however, unfortunately don't have an interest. The service was fast and efficient, the food quality just wasn't there for me.

(12/26/21) ¡Feliz Tamalidad! ($4.50: special of the day. Tamale w/ queso, Somethin' Sauce, green onions

Bonnie Raitt would be proud. Somethin' to Taco 'Bout is a food truck launched by Boulder City resident Manny Franco. Debuting quietly last year outside his former employer CraftHaus Brewery and still making weekly appearances there (mainly on Tuesdays), this "Mexi-Fusion" concept can also be found at Liquor World Inspirada at least once a week (Thursdays+), as well as other locations around Henderson and BC. Somethin' Sauce is the secret sauce here and can be found in almost every menu offering here, including their rotating specials such as ¡Feliz Tamalidad! (possibly a holiday-only offering, so watch out in a few months). The creamy and vaguely sweet offering paired remarkably well with queso, masa, and pork to create a decadent series of bites that lives on in my memory months after the fact. Their regular menu is mostly five recipes presented in different vehicles: tacos, taco bowls (described on their menu as double meat and served on a bed of shredded cabbage), nachos, and *whispers* secret menu dogs. Admittedly, I have not experienced all of their offerings (and am delaying my return visit for far too long), but the Luau Nachos (currently $12) also made a lasting impression with crunchy tortilla chips, savory pulled pork, crispy cabbage and pickled onions, and teriyaki drizzle to accompany more of the devastating combo of queso and house sauce. Somethin' to Taco 'Bout is one of the new, rising stars of the Henderson food truck scene and should not be slept on whenever you're in the mood for well-executed comfort food - and isn't that all the time?

When our drinks were ready, we were told we needed to come up and get them from the bar. Then we had to go back to the Bar area, stand and wait in order to place an order for food . Again, when the food was ready, we needed to go back to the counter and get it. The lady's working refused to bring anything out to our table. We were never even offered water. Let's keep in mind our party of four were the only ones there for 90% of our time there between 5-6:45 pm, And one of our biggest reasons for coming in this evening was for two for Tuesday buy one get one free drinks. Yet when the girl was checking us out she said she knew nothing about that and that it was only for mimosas. Then refused to give us any discount. We've been here multiple times on a Tuesday and were given the bogo option for our beers and margaritas. Very disappointed tonight!

Cooks are viciously making the orders that others are placing, and you can hear the constant sizzling of hot dogs on their grills. They have bar seating on the other side along with a bunch of tables close by but they were all taken since it was prime dinner time at 7:30pm on The Strip and people were walking all around the area. We decided to eat over at a nearby taco joint in the end. Both of us got their D.U.I. Dog, which has pastrami, carne asada, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, a ton of cilantro and chipotle aioli (a mayonnaise kind of sauce). Very packed with flavor with all the meats inside, and the cheese melts so well inside the hot dog. They even put this inside a relatively big carton container, the same kind I've seen the staff put their D.U.I. Fries in... holy crap those are some huge portions! For $18 before tax though, this hot dog was already slightly massive for its size, at just about a foot long. Very nice start to a great time in Vegas! We waited about 15 minutes in line to place our order Hubby ordered lengua, buche, tripa, and cabeza tacos and the pork huaraches. I ordered a chorizo mulitas. and then we sat in the building and waited for our food to be delivered to us. It was a warm Fri evening and outside they had music playing with a virtual DJ. Once they delivered our food we asked for 2 cups of ice water and they said they could bring it to us. They were $1 for each cup. Three first thing my hubby said was the tacos looked plain as we are used to sauce being on them at the other place. However, we did get green sauce and he had a side of onions and cilantro to put on them. We also had lime slices and radishes. The radishes were sliced thin and we dried out. No juice in them and they tasted bland. My hubby said the meat flavors of his tacos were good. Meat was tender and they have you a good amount. However, he was upset as the edges of the tortillas were very tough and hard. The tortillas were dry tasting as well. One of his tacos the tortilla was rock hard. He had to remove the edges when eating the taco as it ruined the tacos. The huaraches was very flavorful and he really liked it. The tortilla was cooked much better and not hard and dry like the tacos were. My chorizo was very flavorful and not overly greasy. The tortillas were cooked properly and the cheese was melted well. I did enjoy it but it was different than the other guys, but I would get another one if we were eating there again. The place was very busy and the staff were friendly. The place was super clean, but they really need more restrooms. They have one of each gender inside and it's a one person only restroom. There was a consistent line and the female worker used the male restroom. Later the men were using the women's due to the line. The place has plenty of seating and the cars wrap around the building and into the street for the drive-thru. My hubby will probably not return as he said those tacos were disappointing and not worth the price. I would maybe return but for the mulita only and if I'm there and too lazy to drive elsewhere or if it's too late in the night to go elsewhere. For us personally, they were not the best tacos in Vegas and not worth the wait.
