I purchased a pen, pencil and letter opener set for a friends graduation from college present. I wanted the burl of a spruce tree, because driving down a dirt road to his cottage, we have to careful turn around spruce tree with a very large burl. They made it happen and I picked it up at the Bath Store. What a pleasure that store is! Filled with interesting, all made in Maine things. I spent a good hour enjoying the shop. As someone who grew up in Bath in the 60's-70's, it's such a pleasure knowing a store like Lisa Marie's has made Bath their home. "Nothing but nice" people; extremely friendly and very personable. I purchased a pair of earrings for my sister online (had bought a duplicate pair for my wife in the shop) on a Friday afternoon-They were on my sister's doorstep in West Gardiner by Saturday Evening. I bought a present for my boyfriend who lives in Florida. i live in NH. Before the pandemic we took a vacation on the coast of Maine. We stayed in Harpswell mostly but took side trips to Bath and Robinhood as well as the beaches on either side of the Kennebec River. I bought him a little shell dish with a painting of pine cones to remind him of what a great time we had and how I wish we could take another vacation in Maine. Found this site online when I was looking for a specific Maine sweatshirt. We had visited Maine in 2019 from Austin TX and I was trying to buy more of our favorite sweatshirts we had gotten while we visited. And Lisa Marie's had it! We've now bought 4 of these sweatshirts from here. I've also bought jewelry from them and absolutely love it. Customer service is top-notch. Love to support local and this place does not disappoint. I am extremely pleased with the jewelry I have purchased from Lisa-Marie's. I have now shopped three times and each time has been flawless. Although due to the pandemic, I have not yet visited the store front, my online experience was perfect. I love the sand/mussel/lobster earrings!! The seaglass necklace is also a beauty!! All three are gifts for people that love Maine and have a special attachment to Maine. The highest quality with awesome creativity! I love "Lisa Marie's Made In Maine". Before COVID I would shop at the Old Port store every time I was in Portland. It's a wonderful place to buy homemade gifts for others and for ourselves as well. Since COVID I have not been in stores because of my husband's health. However, their online shopping is easy and wonderful. When I had a question about a product I called them and they were happy to search the stores both in Portland and in Bath for answers. A huge Made in Maine store. Four store fronts full of everything made in Maine from Sea Bags to chocolate. It was really an impressive store. I have never seen a Maine store this big. It was well organized and beautifully put together. Friendly employees. A great selection of unique Maine items that I have not seen anywhere else. I loved the wooden toy trains and dolls. They also had a bunch od Stonewall Kitchen items that you can get anywhere now. You could spend hours in the store, there is so much to see, all made in Maine. read more

I was given a pair of earrings that were purchased from Lisa Marie's Made in Maine for Christmas. Unfortunately I lost one of them. I took a chance and called the store in Bath to see if I could get a replacement. They were not able to do that because the colors wouldn't match. They were so helpful suggesting I could buy another pair. They shipped them to me in MA and followed up with several emails to make sure I was happy with my replacement pair. I made a quick day trip to Maine a couple of weeks ago, and I had such a wonderful experience at Lisa Marie's. The employees were incredibly kind and helpful. I inquired about a face mask that one of the employees was wearing and that I would like to purchase one too. They didn't have any in the store at the time, but they then offered to find the very same mask for me in their stocks and mail it to my home in NYC. They were so kind as to make that offer, and the mask was shipped surprisingly quickly! Wonderful experience overall, topnotch individuals. read more

Before my 2 week trip to Maine in the fall, I scoured my Downeast Magazines to plan places to shop, eat and stay. I saw several ads for Lisa Marie's and knew I would be traveling through Bath so I planned a stop. I was sure glad I did. They have three rooms full of a wonderful selection of items made in Maine. I bought Maple syrup, chocolate lobsters, warm gloves, crowder mix, a sand dollar necklace and earrings made with bits of sand and flecks of lobster shell. I can't find any of these at my home in California! Also, the staff was especially nice and helpful. read more
