My complaint was the five hours it took to do a 20 minute job. The excuse was not having enough help. Some Employees called off. My suggestion: when employees call off those 3--4 male employees pushing paper on the the front line need to pick up the slack, move to the bay area and get their hands dirty. In the meantime I went to Lisac's Tire for a quote, they said they could get the parts same day from local suppliers. Just before I went to Lisac, Les Schwab called to give me a quote. Same guy from the front desk, he said it would cost approximately $3,300.00 and they would not be able to get to it this week. All that money for presumably just rotors, brake pads, calipers, and labor. I told him I'd just go to Lisac. Lisac then completed the job in just a few hours for $319.00 and told me my calipers did not actually need to be replaced. I only asked for them because Les Schwab told me I needed them! 383 miles from home just before the Anaconda, MT rest stop, the engine overheat warning sounded in…read moreour truck as we pulled our travel trailer toward our destination camping in the Idaho panhandle. With little choice, we limped at 40mph 20 miles back to Butte. That was Saturday. We holed up in a hotel until Monday when things opened back up. Dealership service dept.s were full up. Kevin, office manager, of Car Tune took in our truck with no promise of being able to fix whatever was wrong in a hurry but did offer to run diagnostics asap. We left the vehicle with him/them and made our way back to our hotel. After only a few hours Kevin called us and said it was fixed. Indeed it was. We were able to salvage part of our intended trip and drove the truck pulling our trailer back home - 630 miles, 11.5 hours. No overheating. The truck ran perfect. Thanks Kevin, Kevin and crew! I have been waiting over 2 years for Kolar tire West to make things right. had a oil change done…read moreand the tech found I had 2 low tires, told them to go ahead and patch them. when I left the shop that afternoon my left front tire and wheel detached from my vehicle destroying my left front hub brake rotor and wheel also bent a lower control arm, gave non repairable damage to the fender. the other tire and wheel on the left rear was loose and destroyed the wheel lug holes. Kolar replace 1 wheel with a non color matching, I had to replace the left rear wheel out of my on pocket. I have never been so disrespected as a customer or as an employee....
