White lace at the bottom of our ivory dress.
    Bonnie D.

Our experience with Lisa's Creations and Brides was terrible. The first two appointments went fine, but the third and subsequent appointment was a disaster. We were told by Lisa that the dress would be ready on the 3rd appointment. At the second appointment she told us that by the next appointment she would add bra cups, take in the shoulder straps, add the bustle buttons and add lace to the bottom of the dress. We set our final appointment for Friday, March 15th because I was off for spring break that week and we had our bridal portraits set for the following week. When we arrive for this third appointment, nothing had changed from the appointment before. Not once did Lisa try to contact us to let us know the dress wouldn't be ready. She told us to return on Monday, March 18th, two days before our bridals. As I had to go back to work on the 18th, I sent my daughter and her sister to pick up the dress. When they arrived for the 11:00 am appointment, they were told to leave and come back in 45 minutes. When they returned again after 45 minutes, they sat and waited another 30 minutes until Lisa finally brought the dress out, which was still not complete. It took almost 3 hours for everything to be finished, and it turned out to be a mess. The bra cups that were inserted had to be removed by me because they stuck out of the dress and were completely visible. During the appointment she was going to put the bustle in the wrong place, practically at the back of my daughter's knees, until my older daughter argued with her about where it should go. The worst by far though was the fact that the lace Lisa attached to the dress did not match. The lace Lisa showed me at the previous appointment could not have possibly been the same lace as the lace she attached, it didn't match the dress at all. The lace that she attached was white and my daughters dress was ivory. We had no choice but to use the dress for our bridal portraits, as there was not time to do anything by the time we got the dress. The lace ruined my daughter's portraits. I spent over $400 for these alterations and now am having to find another seamstress to fix the dress. It will cost me another couple hundred to have the lace removed and new lace added. We are very disappointed.

Lisa is definitely the go to person for wedding gown alterations. She has a ton of experience, and really knows what she is doing. What I like about her is that she was very straightforward with me about what looked good. I contacted Lisa about 8 weeks out from my wedding date, and had a total of 3 fittings. She added tulle under the skirt to make it easier to walk, and to give it shape. She also bustled my train, and attached my jeweled belt. On my wedding day my gown fit perfectly, and looked amazing. I would not have trusted anyone else to alter it. Scheduling with Lisa is very easy. You can do it online via her website.

Lisa is simply the best. Insanely quick, has a great eye and is the sweetest woman around. I am more than happy with the outcome of my wedding dress. I was very hesitant to take it to alterations... But Lisa quickly subdued my concerns. Her pricing is very fair. I will be a life long customer of hers. What can I say, Lisa is #1!

She is great and very kind person! she did great job with my wedding dress, I love the job that she did with my dress! Thank you Lisa

She altered the straps, took in the lace bodice, & made it fit perfectly! If you're worried about a tulle bustle, you don't have to w/ her!

Lisa was wonderful! She was always accommodating with scheduling appointments. Her shop is set up in the front of her home, and it may be messy, but she is extremely knowledgable! There is a reason she has dresses everywhere, people trust her with their most important dress. She has an amazing eye for detail and is the sweetest thing! We drove almost an hour for her and I never regretted it. Her prices are amazing for how talented she is! If you are looking for a fair priced, kind, and talented person to work on your wedding dress, or ANY dress, pick her!

I came to Lisa in 2016 with a dress I purchased from Sunday's Bridal. She did phenomenal work on my dress. She took it in, added some hand made beaded straps, and made me a veil that matched my gown. She also altered my husbands suit, all at an incredible price! I couldn't have been happier with her work.

I'm really glad a friend told me about Lisa. She is extremely talented and saw me for multiple appointments to ensure I got the best results. She even custom made a bolero for my sleeveless a-line dress so I could have to look I dreamed of. She also custom made my veil, for less than a similar one I saw at David's Bridal.

Lisa did a great job altering my wedding dress. I wouldn't go with just anyone to work on the most important dress in my life. She stayed on top of the schedule and her pricing is very reasonable. She runs her business at her house. You save money by not going to those fancy stores and get great quality work.

Truly unbelievable service! Lisa is a gem and so very talented! She took a dress that my daughter, the bride, found at a store closing sale that was 3 sizes too big and made it fit like a glove. The dress was very intricate with beading, lace and long sleeves. She made it look like a custom gown. Lisa worked with us as my daughter was in Oklahoma finishing her degree. Every school break she had, Lisa fit us in. Lisa also made my mother-of the-bride dress. I told her I wanted a fuchsia gown - not your typical MOB dress. But she did it with class and made it in less than a few weeks. Thank you, Lisa. We are forever grateful and will sing your praises to everyone!

Nat greeted us when we walked in and I told her I was having two weddings and needed two wedding dresses. She immediately let me know that the stylist wasnt there. I told her I didn't mind looking on my own and seeing which ones I wanted to try one. I told her what I liked which was a little ruffle on the side, and she told me they didn't have that there if that's what I'm looking for that I need to go somewhere else, she repeated this about five times, while I was looking at dresses for like 10 mins. We did not once talk about budget, after trying to send me away she pointed at the 50% Clearance section telling me more than once to look there because I won't find anything I like in the normal priced ones. She repeatedly mention how she's going to have to stay late since we were there. She then told me I had a limit of four dresses to try on which I understood. I gave her two and she started rushing me into the dressing room telling me that's enough. I managed to grab a third one, while I was grabbing that one she was yelling across the store telling me to follow her. She had a lot of attitude in her tone. There was a total of four people in the shop and two including myself trying on dresses. She was yelling at them as well being impatient and rude. I could hear them in the dressing room next to me asking what her problem was. She ruined the experience for both of us. My sister told her softly and respectfully that she knows she's probably stressed but it was my first time trying on dresses and she was upsetting us and the other people if she can calm down a little, she responded with raising her voice and told my sister she wasn't talking to her and repeated that about three times before running off and grabbing the lady in the back and telling her to help us because she wasn't going to anymore. Raven helped us and was respectful and helpful. As I tried on dresses that I fell in love with she came up to me and said " oh you're trying those one? That's not what you said you wanted". I'm really sad because I thought I found my two dresses I needed there but I was treated so badly I don't feel comfortable coming back.
