We were greeted by the super sweet Taylor, who got us settled in and brought us some champagne, then I was assisted by Alexis. After helping me try on the gown I'd been pining after, she brought me a few completely different gowns to try for fun... and the third one was so stunning on me I CHANGED MY MIND! Alexis knewwww hahaha. Apparently the entire time we were having a blast, another bride had a meltdown and was yelling at the staff for being 6 mins late to helping them.. Alexis and Taylor were visibly short staffed and killing it, did not deserve a second of it... and managed to keep the magic alive for the other brides without skipping a beat. Let me tell you ladies! This place is straight heaven!!! I should have gone here from the start. Their prices are incredible! They sell sample dresses and they're not like other places where the prices are cheap because the dresses are destroyed. These dresses were in perfect condition. All the dresses I tried on were about $1,000 or less. The dress I ended up picking was only $400 and it was originally $3,800. I included pictures of some of the other dresses I tried on just to give y'all an idea of how high quality their gowns are. They don't have a huge selection but what they have is really great. And you have to try everything because you never know. The staff was so helpful. Sharon was truly an angle to me and my mom. She was not pushy and really helped me focus on my happiness and what I wanted. She even went across the street to get me a vail that matched the one I already had. And the way they work with you to size dresses that are too big is unlike any other store I've ever been too. It's hard to explain but they really help you visualize what a dress fitted to your body would look like so it's easier to decide. There was minimal guidance or communication, and practically no assistance when trying on gowns--she simply handed me the dresses to put on myself, despite how difficult wedding dresses can be to manage alone. Throughout the appointment, she appeared far more engaged with other brides in the shop, frequently stepping away in the middle of our session to assist others without letting us know. It felt as though our appointment was not given the same attention or care as the other parties in the boutique. Additionally, another staff member repeatedly blocked my guests' view in the shared open viewing area with little consideration for our space.
