After moving from the Bay Area & trying numerous new Nail Salons In NV I now trek the 3 hours back down to the Bay Area just to have Lisa maintain my nails. Lisa and her gal are so sweet, friendly and very meticulous with their work. The shop is clean and the Pedicures are long & relaxing not to mention that her Pedi-chairs are amazing! Honestly my nails & toes have never looked better! OMG! love Lisa's Nails. Talk about skilled precision! She is so good at her craft that I'm left speechless. She's thorough and attentive and very precise with every brush stroke. I just fell into this place to get a pedicure while I waited for my daughter to get her hair done. The chair is extremely comfortable, the staff is friendly but quiet. I didn't hear much dialogue between the staff which allowed me to fully relax. The facility is extremely clean and that takes priority for me during Covid. I will definitely return. read more

I am so embarrassed by them. Let me explain. The workers were very good and extremely busy in a small room. I'm very happy. I am not prejudice. I see this across the nation. There were 4 separate black women in there griping, demanding special attention, biligerent, and downright unbearable. The entitlement attitude that they were displaying was shameful and wrong. Poor Asian workers were trying as hard as they could to tolerate it. I would have thrown them out. Good job workers though. If I could zero stars I would. I was referred to Lisa by someone that's been going to her for atleast a year. I call at 4:52pm, and ask for an appointment with Lisa. She's says yes, come at 6pm. I gave her name and she asked for my phone number to which I gave. I get to the nail salon at 5:50pm. They ask me what I needed done and I told them a take off and an acrylic overlay, at 6pm with Lisa. I'm thinking the man will take off my nails, but he didn't want to soak them, so I said I'll wait for Lisa. The other man comes over and he's like I'll soak them for you. He starts and he's like I can do blah blah for you... I'm like no wait, I have a 6pm with Lisa. You can soak them for the take off but I want her to do my nails. She's like oh you didn't say that, I have a lot of 6pm appointments. I did say it when I walked in the door. I tell dude like just finish the take off and I'll go somewhere else. But before I leave, I let Lisa listen to our recorded 55 second conversation where I specifically ask for a take off and an acrylic overlay at 6pm with her. Then she's like oh I do it for you, but at this point I'm like no, it's ok, he can finish the take off and I'll go somewhere else. I thanked them and said have a great night. This month has been hectic with long work hours and I just wanted a good pedi... I've been other places and wasn't blown away with the service. This is my first time ever here... they sat me right away and made sure I was comfortable... but ladies, we all need a good massage; the lengths they went during the leg massage was unbelievable. Normally the work is great until recently, I left and my nails looked worst than they did when I arrived. I'm assuming it was a new nail tech and I initially thought she was just prepping me for Lisa but that wasn't the case. I usually drive to Oakland to get my manicure/pedicures but today I didn't feel like driving so I took a chance at this place. This place is by appointment only which at first I was hesitant but she said she had a open appointment around 4 pm, so I took it. Two women who worked here are nice and welcoming which is the only reason I gave this review 2 stars. I think they both probably do good work but today the lady that's not Lisa I assume that was helping me out seemed off her game. I decided to go with yellow as my color and she told me that the yellow won't show up bright like the nail swatch. She insisted on putting white underneath the color to brighten it up. I am not a professional, she is so I was like okay whatever you think works. My pedicure was fine, she was good with the massage and all that stuff. When it's came to my manicure and it got down to the painting nails, I don't think it's her strong suit or like I said she was just off her game. She painted the white first then the yellow second but as I told her, I can still see the white underneath and it's noticeable. You can see how light it is around the edges of the nails vs the center and certain areas aren't even. Due to the sun the pictures don't do what I'm saying much justice. The clean up job was terrible -- there's nail polish in the crevices where she should have cleaned up. As i mentioned this to them, she brushed it off like that's how it's supposed to look but c'mon I've been getting my nails done for a while I am very sure how it should look. I wasn't going to demand them fix it, I'll just never come here again, and I'll write this review with hopes that you choose to come here with caution when getting a gel manicure/pedicure. I paid $66 dollars in total to get a decent pedicure and a poorly done manicure. read more

i asked for ombré nails with mauve and white. i basically got long french tip nails. and they over charge for mediocre service. after the guy was done, i had glue all over my fingers. i had to go back and ask them to remove it. i recommend going somewhere else. read more
