Lisa's Pizza has been a staple of my OOB experience for decades, starting when my grandparents would take me and my sister there back in the 1980's. Having just snagged a slice last Friday, I can say that it's still my favorite spot on the strip for a big slice of roni before heading home. The wife is addicted to their fried dough as well. Just came back from OOB and tried Lisa's Pizza. Anyone who thinks this is great Pizza has no idea what good pizza is. Next time you go to OOB stay away from Lisa's pizza its very greasy and the sauce and cheese tast terrible. I will next time try a few others on the street to compare. Pepe's in CT is the best pizza in the country one of the top ten. I am sure one of the others in OOB hopefully will be better then Lisa's. read more

Awful pizza. Tasteless and greasy. My wife and her family rave about it, but it's totally a nostalgia thing. Crust is like cardboard, the sauce is basically water with red food coloring and the cheese is the low grade highly processed kind. I'm a pizza aficionado. This is NOT good pizza. Edible, but not something you go search for. Would only eat here if there was nothing else around and i was craving pizza. Slices are rather large, price is ok for what you get. Not NY style thin pizza. Thicker style pizza. Will definitely try the other pizza's around next time. read more

My favorite place for Pizza in Old Orchard Beach. Large slices are still around $3, their fries are excellent and Fried Dough is great as well. This is the only pizza place in the downtown that is open in the wintertime and has a way to get people out of the cold. read more

The slices were huge, the pizza was delicious and the guys at the counter even took the time to cut the pizza into bite size pieces for my toddler! I would absolutely recommend a visit there if you get a chance! read more

Fries- They seem to be covered in vinegar. If you are like me and can't handle acidic food, skip the fries. Pizza- Very Doughy, Sauce is boring, Cheese is oily. Maybe good for young kids. Fried Dough- Surprisingly tasty! Service- Very friendly, upbeat staff. read more

I am not a pizza snob to start this review. I will eat Pizza Hut pizza, even though I prefer pizza from Sovranos in Albany and L&Bs in Brooklyn. This pizza was the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten. It sat in my stomach like a rock and I didn't even consider eating it cold after a night of drinking-so you know it had to be bad. I'm a huge fan of lisa's pizza. For anyone saying eat pizza somewhere else on the strip they are pretty much all the same its the classic old orchard beach pizza. Same with the fries classic pier fries. read more

I was shocked to read some of the reviews raving about the french fries. They are not good. They're tastless. Even when I soaked them with vinegar and salt, they still were difficult to swallow. Lisa's pizza was the worst pizza I've had in years. Having tried some of the best pizza restaurants in Boston and New York, I have a good understanding of how a pie should taste. The toppings and crust were virtually tasteless and bland.. Almost like it was a frozen pizza reheated to serve. We frequently play mini-golf in Old Orchard at Pirate's Cove (excellent, by the way). I took my son and his friend to play this week and decided to grab some lunch nearby this time. I remember getting fries at Lisa's Pizza many years ago, when I was in high school and college, and that they were good...so we thought we'd go there for lunch this time. I had looked them up online and found that they were cash only so I was prepared for that, but they really should take cards in this day and age. If that were the only drawback to eating there then I wouldn't complain. However, the whole experience was disappointing. First of all, they don't have ANY menus anywhere outside of the take-out windows. They only have menu boards inside, and you cannot see them at all until you get all the way up to the window to place your order...at which point the people behind you in line are not going to want to wait around while you read it and decide what to order. WHY NOT HAVE MENUS OUTSIDE so that you can decide on your order ahead of time??? Secondly, they have 3 order windows, and you cannot order all the food at each of them. You have to order different things at different windows. So if you want, for example, BOTH pizza AND french fries...you have to wait in line twice. And if you want fried dough with that, then you have to wait in line THREE times. WHY????????????? Thirdly, the food is really not good at all. The fries are fries, and would be fine, except for the fact that they put no salt at all on them when they cook them. They fill a big, deep container with saltless fries, which you can then put salt on yourself outside the window. But you can't get the salt on all the fries in your container. It sits on top, so the fries below remain flavorless....unless you want to hang around and keep going up to the window to add more salt periodically. The pizza is just plain gross. It's like pizza that you might get at a convenience store. Flavorless dough, flavorless sauce, flavorless cheese. To top it all off they only sell Pepsi products to drink...and it's nearly $4 for a large drink. I will say that the prices for fries and pizza slices is fairly reasonable. But I would rather spend more and get better food, and not have to order it at 3 different windows. I most likely would never eat there again. read more
