The place was hopping on a Friday night. This is one of the best pizza and sub shops we've been too. They have an amazing selection of pizza in the "showcase" along with hot and cold subs and dinners too. Service was fast and friendly and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. The chicken parmigiana sub was tasty with the sauce just right, toasted italian sub perfect and hot & spicy chicken wings (though we wished that they weren't battered) they were still good. They're still kicking it. Drove 24 miles R/T just to have their pizza and Italian. It's the best Italian I ever had and I can be an Italian sub snob. Ordered some desserts for us and friends who we know would love them. The limoncello marscopone cake is FANTASTIC! Of course, as usual, the zeppoles and cannolis are great! We had out puppy with us so I never went inside but the outside seating is really nice, each table is on cement and surrounded by grass and green bushes to make for more privacy. The service was okay, when we asked for togo boxes they said no problem just come inside when you're done, and then you have to wait in the long line just to get those boxes. I was craving some pasta, so I ordered the Penne Alla Vodka and Fettuccine Alfredo with Grilled Chicken. I also ordered some Zeppoles as well. I did my order online via their website, super easy to do. I picked up my order, it was ready right at the stated time. I took my food back home, about a 20 minute drive. When I got home my food was still piping hot. The penne alla vodka was so good. Creamy, saucy, just delicious. The fettuccine was superb! So much chicken! Great flavor. A bit greasy, that is my only critique. But both dishes were delicious! The zeppoles are a perfect sweet / savory treat. Really enjoyed them. The staff inside were friendly and had fast service. We were tolad to try this place and I can see why- it was delicious! You can order individual slices or whole pies. We got 2draft beers, mozzarella sticks, and a chicken bacon ranch pie. The Sicilian was a bit doughy and could have used more sauce. The meat lovers was very good. The cheese pizza had a good crust and undercarriage. Not much flop. Nice amount of oil on top. Stopped in while passing thru Wells from Portland. Seacoast was on my list after reading and seeing them on a list of must-taste pizza places in Maine. Upon arrival, I was surprised how small the location is. It has 6 tables inside with seating for 6 at each table. It is comfortable, for sure. The staff was awesome. Very helpful and open to answering any questions you may have. The questions are plentiful because of all they have to offer. Pizza, Pasta, Subs, Desserts and a ton of drink options (including wine and beer). I wanted to get a few different items so we sort of spread out the choices....calzone, sub, onion rings and a slice of sicilian pizza. All the food was delivered quick and hot. I had a turkey sub with mustard and pickle. The sub was fresh but not a ton of taste. Kind of hard to explain but it was kind of plain. Not bad....just a comment. The spinach and cheese calzone was great. not too bready...just perfect...well cooked and great size! The sicilian slice was awesome. It was crispy, which reminded me of Sophie-T's (Nantucket). It was a great size and very good! Onion Rings were good, too. Plenty of them for a decent price. Coke products are served....we had a root beer. LOVE their pizza and it's a short ride (3 miles) to their shop. I don't like the ordering process on line. When I'm told to arrive for pick up at 7:30 I arrive on time and my pizza is already out and " Staying Hot" on the pizza oven. When I get home I have to put it in my oven to reheat it. Not good! This summer I've started arriving 15 mins earlier than stated and still it's out on the oven and needs to be reheated when I get home. I'm only 3 miles away and it's in the summer! read more

I'm staying at the Hampton across the street and had no car so this was super convenient for me to pop over. I ate in. Got a Sicilian slice and a pepperoni roll. The roll was super tasty and I was recommended to get it over the spinach. The Sicilian was thick dough, so it felt like I was eat in a lot of bread. The crust was really crisp. Was a little skeptical to try NY style pizza in Maine, but it was much better than expected!! Really great pizza, good flavors and tasty crust. Wish they cooked the pizza a little bit more so the crust was more crunchy rather than chewy, but definitely not a bad pizza. My family likes the Sicilian, but I am not a huge fan of that style of pizza so I can't judge - too much dough for my liking but I know some people love it! As a tip, I have heard they get very busy during peak times in the summer (they told my mom 2 hour wait once), so plan ahead if you want pizza! read more

The fries were very hot when they came out, and they were old style almost - not many places have that style. They had a nice crisp to them but were still moist/fresh. The pizza was incredible. Now I'll admit that I love pizza in general, but this was cooked perfectly; not burnt, the sauce was an actual pizza sauce, not just pasta sauce thrown on it, and the cheese was very stretchy and had good flavor. Our party of four wanted a meal but not a sit down meal. We called Seacoast and placed an order for 3 cheese and sausage calzones, 1 sausage roll and 4 chocolate cannolis. The order was ready for pick up and it was hot. Vince cashed us out and was very friendly. Frank the owner was very busy making pizzas. The staff was friendly and very courteous. Now about the food. The calzones had a good crust and copious amount of oozing mozzarella cheese but very little sausage. They really were cheese calzones. The sausage roll was done right. The cannolis were not proportional in their making. The shell was too hard, too much chocolate which was a bit overwhelming and again the filling was too much and not in the right amount. Sometimes less is better. Everyone in the party was greatly disappointed and wished that we had ordered elsewhere. Sorry but I / we won't be returning as customers. read more

Decided on this place for a quick dinner with my 4 kids while in vacation. It did not disappoint we ordered there and basically had a little of everything! Tried a large cheese pizza which was delicious, my daughter wanted a slice of BBQ chicken which she said was the best ever! My other daughters wanted plain spaghetti which they both agreed was to chewy, was al dente but they at 4 and prefer it soft. The only item I would say was not worth it was the ham hero. It was ham and looked like Kraft orange American cheese on it with spring mix lettuce. It was large for the cost $9 but just not the lettuce or cheese I would expect. The fried dough was good kids loved it and the garlic knots were pretty good as well. Overall it cost us like $65 which is expensive for pizza but we got a lot! While driving down 95 we were craving some pizza. Seacoast Pizza came up well rated on many sites. They are located on Route 1 in Wells. It is a small restaurant with plenty of parking. They serve pizza, subs, salads and other Italian dishes. They had a nice selection of individual slices. My husband, daughter and myself all got slices. My daughter had a slice of cheese, my husband and I both got a Buffalo Chicken slice. My husband also got a Chicken Ranch and I got a slice of Pepperoni. We also got a garden salad to split between the three of us. The only seating was outside, which is a very nice seating area. The service was friendly and prompt. The restaurant was clean. We loved our pizzas, especially the Buffalo Chicken. I liked that the salad was a fancier garden salad. If we are in the area again we will absolutely be stopping again. read more

Woubd not recommend or order again ordered take out: cheese burger with fries: the fries were so greasy you could ring them out. there was so much grease the whole bottom of the container was leaking and make the cheeseburger bun soggy to the point you couldn't eat. Blt: the bacon was so greasy the bun was soggy. they used like a spring mix for the lettuce and it was so bitter it was not edible. spinach calzone : was so nasty there was nothing in it but ricotta cheese and maybe two piece of spinach. I wasn't even cooked all the way and was doughy in the middle pasta with clam sauce: was filled with oil. the over whelming amount of garlic didn't even have a garlic flavor it was just gross. the clams were ground up prices and you could even taste them over the weird stuff that was supposed to be garlic. the garlic bread was just toasted sub roll with way to much of that chunked garlic that didn't even taste like garlic just had a really bad taste. we paid $85 for this meal that no one even ate it was so nasty.
