First of all, this burger was HUGE! I could only eat half and once I was FULL. The combination of the sweet peach bacon glaze, melty cheese, caramelized onions and that perfectly cooked burger was EVERYTHING. This was definitely the star of the meal. I also ordered the Jalapeño Hush Puppies. Now, those? Not really my thing. I didn't care too much for them, but thankfully the burger more than made up for it. We arrived @ 6pm no guests seated in the bar area, we decided to sit on the patio, 3 other tables with guests, they left one by one, and then we left. Without ever seeing a waitress. Apparently the bar area with all the patron's took precedent. We waited down stairs for my husband to bring back ribeye subs. During this time 8 guests went up 20 min later they came back down, stating they were not served. I advised the hard working staff at the downstairs take out, they expressed their concern, and apologized. I hope the waitress and bartenders enjoyed their time with the "Birthday Girl" and her guests. I'm sure the tip left was minimal vs what our table would of left. 1 star review = no review.
