I took my guitar in for repairs and it was done faster than promised and cost less than they quoted. I've read the other reviews that said they can work on customer service; and I can see how they could get impatient with silly questions and trying to barter a buck off a record cost. Come on though, this isn't a warehouse bargain store or dollar crap shipped from China. It's for people serious about music and I personally feel blessed to have their expertise in our area. Now the bad if the guy who works on the gear towards the back of the store is the only one there don't even expect a greeting. I am a regular until today anyway. I walked into the store and say "Hi how are you doing today" I get in return a stare bordering on a glare. He did not say one word while I was there. I was going to pick up a Eagles cd but decided against it. I just cannot spend money when I do not feel welcome at all. Plus the dude was watching me like I was going to rip him off. I like Mark but he is not always there and I just can't deal with the other guys attitude so I wont be coming back.
