The girls & I decided to stop here for a ladies night out celebrating my sister's birthday. Lit is a cozy cigar & martini lounge located in Broad Ripple. I ordered the Pineapple Raspberrytini. For it to be a martini lounge, it fell a little short & was just ok. It was made with a lot of juice causing it to be way too sweet. We didn't order any food but some of the other patron's food looked delicious. It took around 30 minutes for us to receive our drinks but our server was really nice. We didn't understand why it took so long because it wasn't a full house, despite it being a Saturday night. My highlight was the DJ! He did a great job mixing some 90's & early 00's R&B. It was a grown & sexy vibe for sure. If the lighting was more dim, it would have a been perfect. I was told they hold brunch & live music events as well. I would check it out again!

My husband and I went to Lit to celebrate our love on Valentine's night. There was live music by The Tony Bryant Band from 7p-12a. We love the grown and sexy vibes. The entertainment was amazing and the food was both delicious and affordable. My husband ordered the lamb chops with a side of yams & macaroni and cheese. Plate cleared, immediately! I had the chicken quesadilla and a half-portion of Greek Salad. I love that they offer a half-portion because I really wanted something green, but not a full-on entree salad. We also enjoyed our drinks. The French Afternoon, a cocktail made with cognac, was right up my alley! We're thinking about going back again next weekend for a Mardi Gras- themed event that is happening there. Great place to kick back, have a drink, and enjoy a cigar and some good music!

Came to LIT to hear Vibe N' Harmoni sing! The server was amazing so sweet and patient! I didn't give a 5 star only because the food and drinks took a little long to come out but after eating I can see why! The food was fresh, seasoned well and cooked to perfection!!! The drink was well balanced, so good! I will definitely return!!!!

Recently opened, replaced Lava. So happy they did as this is more of the "grown and sexy" vibe. I've been coming here every other week since they opened and have yet to be disappointed! All of the staff make you feel special from the doorman to the bartender to your server they all are smiling and greet you. The drinks are great and tasty and the food was wonderful. They have live band on Thursdays.

From the moment I walked in, I was obsessed with the atmosphere and all the thoughtful details that make the space feel so unique. I love that it effortlessly transforms from a cozy coffee shop by day into a cocktail bar at night--the vibes are immaculate no matter when you visit. The staff was exceptional and so helpful in walking me through the menu. One of my favorite things to do is ask the baristas what they recommend, and they definitely didn't disappoint. I went with a blueberry vanilla iced latte, and it was the perfect way to kick off my Friday.

Some were quietly relaxing while others were catching up over drinks. The coffeehouse-meets-cocktail-bar aesthetic is well executed and gives the space a distinct personality. I ordered the nonalcoholic Basil Needs a Break, and it was excellent. If you like basil, this drink definitely delivers. It was bright, refreshing, and very basil-forward. The service was friendly and welcoming. My only complaint was the temperature inside. It was nearly 100 degrees outside, but the bar felt warm with very little air circulation. It was almost refreshing to step back into the muggy heat after leaving, which probably isn't the feeling you're hoping to give your guests. I'd definitely come back for the drinks and atmosphere, but I'd hope for a cooler temp next time.

We were greeted warmly upon arrival and taken to the patio, as requested. I can't remember our server's name, but she was nice! However, towards the end of our visit something turned and seemed off, though we weren't sure what was going on. I opted for the margherita pizza, which they add pesto to, making it a bit different. I didn't love the taste, and actually ending up removing the tomatoes when I ate the leftovers the next day, which made a significant difference. My mom ordered the fried chicken plate, which comes with two sides and she enjoyed it. Reservations recommended!

Overall disappointed and won't be ordering this again. The only star/positive was bartender and the lovely dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives. Service was good per usual sitting at the bar.

I had the 12oz ribeye which was on the thin side but overall was a good steak. I expected a grizzly steak with a good amount of fat but it was on the leaner side for a ribeye and the whole steak was edible. My sides were fries(crinkle cut) and salad (a blen of iceberg and green leaf along with other veggies and cheese). Served with Texas toast. Overall a good value meal! Worth stopping for. The atmosphere was ok. A little stale and preppie. I believe they have another bar area which is divided by a wall, I cannot comment on that if so. Where I sat was more of a diner atmosphere with alcohol. Service was good

This was super convenient because they wouldn't sit us until the whole party was there. They gave us a buzzer, but not really sure if it was really activated or what. I think we could have tried to wait inside, but it was busy and crowded so my truck was a better option since it was too cold to wait outside. When the whole party was there, we finally got a both table in the back which was like the covered patio area but they had warmer flames so it was nice and heated. These were adjustable, and some in our party took advantage of that as it got too hot. We ordered hooka and the lady brought it to the table and she didn't even start it. Hooka was $31 and you get to choose a flavor, we had tropical punch and it was good. We got fries to go with our drinks and they were decent. The drink I got was the casamigos lemonade in peach flavor and it was good. I don't feel like the drink was very strong though and it was $14. My husband got the strawberry casamigos lemonade and he said it was good too. They had a DJ in the back and a DJ in the front, they played different music. 2 restrooms are located near the entrance, which can be a hassle when it's busy. We noticed after we got home that they charged our card twice for our order, so I'd make sure to check that out.

During the night of my visit I saw a solo artist with a small band. The sound quality was quite good with very little feedback. I enjoyed sitting at the cabaret style tables toward the back. But I do want to add a couple caveats to that (and out myself as a cranky old man). We saw a sold-out show here recently and found it to be just too damn crowded for the allotted space, which limited our enjoyment of the music and also made me think it's not terribly safe. We did end up finding an intimate spot by a garbage bin near the back where we could sort of see the stage and chit-chat with the drunkards who were also back there for easy access to the bar. And we were definitely happier there than we would have been near the stage, where everyone had to sacrifice elbow room and the option of a bathroom trip in favor of a better view. We would have been a little happier in the premium seating (which was sold out before I was able to book), but, lesson learned. I'd just rather be at a place where capacity is more limited but the setup is geared toward ensuring the audience has a little more comfort.
