My friend and I had a late dinner next door at 1933 Lounge and decided to pop over here afterwards when we saw they were open until 1 AM and had Prosecco by the glass. Service was friendly, but there as a delay when ordering a second round. We waited 15+ minutes and it never came to our table, so we went up to order at the bar. We also ordered a gin cocktail that sounded really good (I think it was gin, passion fruit, strawberry). It was just as delicious as it sounded, but I forgot to snap a pic of the menu so I'd remember the name of it. If you don't mind cigar smoke, then this is a really fun spot to come to for late drinks (even on a weekday!) and catch up with friends. They have a lot of larger seating area for bigger groups, bar seating, high top tables, and smaller intimate seating areas for just two people. We ended up sitting in one of the larger group areas because they had left just as we came in. The couch was very comfortable and they have a decorative divider in between it and the other large seating area, so it made it feel more private even though they are out in the middle of the room. read more

This is definitely the nicest cigar lounge in the area. One of the few cigar lounges that offer cigars, alcohol, and food. Today I enjoyed the turkey chops, a drink, and one of the many available cigars that I chose out of the very well stocked humidor. The ambiance was very calm and laid back with light music playing. The service was great and I was served quickly. I was happy that I brought my laptop because it gave me a chance to get a little work done. I ordered fish and chips to go for my wife that she enjoyed. The air filtration system is great. While I was eating I could not smell any smoke. I went for a friend's bday party. It was about 8pm on a Saturday and it wasn't busy at all. But the service was extremely slow. Not sure if they only have one bartender or what but it took a good 20-25mins to get a drink. And the party didn't even order at the same time. Maybe 2 or 3 drinks at a time and it took forever. Speaking of drinks...this was the worst drink I've ever paid for. I'm no bartender but I make a better lemon drop at home. I ordered a lemon drop and it tasted like lemon water that was $14! I'd venture to say drinks are not their speciality. I was not impressed with the food either. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. Chicken was unseasoned and bland. The service was mediocre at best. The server would take my order and then come back and ask me if I would like to order. The dress code adherence is subject to who ever is at the door and manager approval. I saw lots of people with t-shirts on in there. I've heard lots of good things about this spot but sadly didn't experience any of the good things I've heard. Always come here. Great cigar selection especially compared to some of the others. The bartenders are great, everyone is attentive and lively. Generally upscale, but the weekends can get pretty busy with a DJ tending to the party. The food is shared from the restaurant next door Prime 47 and everything has been good so far! The exterior is absolutely worth the visit. Many intimate sections like a speak easy would be where your party can sit relax and converse. TVs are placed well throughout as well. Drink selection is extensive and they have everything you'd want. Cigar selection is just perfect. Service was great as soon as we arrived. Not so good when we needed refills or to get our bill. Had to track our server down both times. We didn't eat but menu options should satisfy most. The DJ was fabulous and played a good selection of music for the diverse aged patrons. Biggest negative and why probably won't go back is the smoke. It was by far the heaviest in any cigar bar we've been to. We visited for birthday. We had reservations for our party but ended up being moved out of our section. An hour later waitress was nice. I believe her name was Rayanne. The manager seem to check on everyone but us. That was weird anyway I don't smoke cigars so I didn't partake in that but my chicken kebabs and rice was good. Also, my Moscow mule was tasty. I have a love/hate relationship with this establishment. I think because of the beautiful exterior and interior I expected more. There is a dress code so you cannot come in jeans and flip flops- which is nice. It keeps a certain standard to the place. The food was a let down, however. My friend ordered mashed potatoes that tasted okay and were very small. During the second visit we got French fries and those were just okay as well. But alas it's a cigar lounge, not a restaurant. This is where my problem lies: the cocktails. The menu has a variety of them and I was so excited to try them. But during each visit I am let down by a watery beverage or a drink I cannot even finish because it was drowned in liquor. With cocktails I feel like there is an art behind making them prefect and just making one. With these drinks, the art was lost. The service our second time visiting was much better than the first. The first time we only saw the waitress once an hour and she did not even offer to light our cigars... At a cigar lounge. We waited around forever until a person at my table hunted another waitress down to ask her to light ours. Anyway, with all of that out of the way. This place IS a good place to relax with some friends on a night out. Like a said before, the decor is cool and the ambiance of it all is very nice. The people in the cigar room selling the cigars have always been so nice and helpful. Especially to someone like me that doesn't know what they're doing in there. A couple friends and I stopped by Havana for a birthday celebration. Havana is located in the Fishers District. There is plenty of parking. Havana has a temperature regulated cigar room with plenty of options to choose from. Ventilation in the restaurant isn't that good. They have fans above, but they don't help that much with the smoke. They have a decent size menu with plenty of drink options. I chose the cucumber melon mule, beef empanadas and a half Greek salad. All were delicious. They were too busy on a Tuesday, but there was a steady crowd. You can also sit at the bar and watch the games. This spot is excellent for date night, hanging out with friends or a business meeting. read more

I was not impressed, they stranded a single waitress at 5:00 on a Saturday night. She has a fill bar and 6-8 tables of people. The owner just stood there watching and did nothing to help her out, he was busy chilling with his Bros and was very disassociated from what was going on. I left her a really nice tip because I was genuinely sorry for how she was being treated by the owner. Nobody informed us how acting was supposed to happen, nobody came to the table for close to 15 minutes. I was flying solo and the hostess sat me in the perfect location. I had a huge comfy chair, table, and an incredible vantage point. I could people watch while watching the game. Victoria was my server. She really helped make the visit a most positive experience - she's fantastic! She shared that they sometimes have live music or DJs on their theme nights. She made the cheesecake sound amazing, too! I was too full to try it, but I'll definitely leave room next time. The humidor was well stocked and not intimating. I asked questions and got helpful answers. Tried a chocolate caramel cigar... v cut to slow the draw...yummy. I don't smoke so I just did a Clinton... I did not inhale. Lol Had a quick app and drink... seasoned fries & a whiskey sour! Yummy. I don't really eat sauces, but I appreciated that they served two dipping sauces with the fries. I got home and my clothes had only a slight hint of smoky... nothing terrible. They have excellent ventilation. Really loved this space. Customer service was exceptional. My husband and I came on a Saturday night around 7pm and was able to find a nice cozy spot for just the two of us. Seating is open. You can sit inside , outside , or at the bar. We were greeted quickly with water and menus. As we waited for our drinks we got cigars that range from $10 and up. I feel the lady in the cigar room could've been more helpful or personable. She legit did not speak to us except to check out. I don't smoke cigars , so I had no clue what I was doing or looking for. As I suggested help, I was simply ignored. I assumed we would be more educated or at least help. I picked a cigar with a female on it and was explaining to him why I chose it and then she strikes in and said yes it's smooth. Once we got back to our area, drinks arrived and the waitress lit our cigars. They have a very wide variety of cocktails, and liquor. Anything for your tasting. I had a glass of Rose, hubby had Jameson. We end up inviting friends and they had no problem with us pulling up two chairs to accommodate. They also had the sports on the big screen. It was our first time here, and my friends got cigars and thought they were okay, but not super blown away with their selections. It took SO long to get a drink, like 25 minutes. We didn't see a drink menu, so we just sort of ordered whatever - I asked for the espresso martini and I have no idea what they made it with. It tasted like hot cinnamon, so maybe fireball? Never had anything like it, and it was pretty gross so I didn't finish it. I was hopeful to get something else, but our server didn't come back for the longest, and we had to wait so long initially. The decor is very nice and really gives it that luxe feel. The ventilation system is very good and doesn't leave that strong "ashtray" smell. The humidor isn't huge but has plenty to choose from and from quality brands like Drew Estate & Davidoff. I am giving two stars because Havana is a lovely lounge. But (and it's an big but) their humidor is evidence enough that cigars are a minor part of the experience. I went here because they have later hours than most cigar lounges in the area, but the selection of cigars should embarrass the proprietors. The young lady who served me was very kind and helpful, but service wasn't enough to entice me to return. Even though Cigar Haven closes so early (6pm), the walls of humidors filled with about anything one might desire, is a lot better place, in my opinion, if you don't need booze, food, and low lights. read more

Ambiance and service is the first thing that sticks out. I come here all the time for client meetings. The waitresses are always nice. The food is pretty good for a bar and lounge.
