The waitress is very old school. You couldn't ask for better. Coffee cup never got lower than half full and she was johnny on the spot filling it. Very cheerful but a whirling dervish taking care of every customer in the place all by her lonesome. When I was ready to head out she noticed that I had a water bottle and asked if I wanted it filled with ice water. This pretty much guaranteed a serious gratuity for her. What a great gal and what a great way to start your day. Oh... the food was great too. Big breakfast for not a lot of dough. The sign says they open at 7 but the place has a lot of patrons there by 06:00. I inquired about this and she said that if they put 6:00 as their opening time, the townies would show up at 05:00. Bring the whole family because this awesome food truck is located at Summer's Hub of Kennewick. Not in the mood for BBQ, no worries this place has over a dozen food trucks that offer anything from pork bao buns to chocolate covered bananas. Something for everyone. Public restrooms inside but only two stalls in each bathroom. Staff are helpful and friendly. Lots of seating inside and outside. This place accommodates small or large groups. They served baked potatoes with all of the fixings, veggies, baked beans and rolls. I didn't try the beans, not a huge fan of baked beans, I heard they were good. The only thing that was disappointing was the bbq sauce, it had so much smoke in it and that's all I could taste. I was glad I did not cover my ribs in the sauce.
