This shop dated me on getting my car on February 7th. They not only stopped giving me updates on my car on the 13th unless I called first, but also failed the mention they ordered the wrong parts. They went from painting stage to body stage, back to paint, and so forth. Was told it was in assembly mode for 4 days. They also ruined the tint on my front driver door when they were suppose to be fixing the hatchback. I do not recommend this shop. Do not trust these people! You will only have disappointment and more issues than you began with. My car got hit while parked on the street. The lady who hit me left information thankfully and her insurance picked a shop close to my place (it wasn't drivable for distance) and Google said it was a 4-star shop so I agreed. It was the rear driver side that was hit (almost $5,000 worth of damage to the back panel, trunk, taillight, and bumper). They quoted me a week & put me in a rental. It took over a week longer than quoted. They never called to update and their site was not specific nor helpful. I called on a Monday morning, they told me it was going into detail and it would be ready in the afternoon. 4:30 rolled around, so I called since it was supposed to be ready and I hadn't heard anything. They told me it was moving into detail in the morning and it would be ready the next afternoon. I had moved my whole plans around picking up my car sometime that day and get the tons of things I had to do done so I explained that and asked her to confirm it would be done the next afternoon. She had no answers as to why they told me false information and was not direct in any answers to any of my questions. But, she said it would be ready the next day, and it was. When I got my car back, there was absolutely no detailing done, which I didn't care about honestly except it was "in detail" for at least two days. Why couldn't they tell me any other reasoning? My car was still wet (with spotty hard water) and nothing on the inside was touched (even with the additional COVID cleaning they charged for), except my leather steering wheel had been completely ruined. It looked like someone with a super blingy ring or knife took it and scraped the entire top half, tearing all of the leather. I didn't see it at first but felt it as I was heading home in the middle of downtown Spokane. So I called them and turned around. They had zero explanation, and told me they'd have to run it by someone to get it approved to order the "new steering wheel" and they would let me know. So I decided to just say okay and go on with my day. I had a close call on the interstate when I realized my blind-spot monitors weren't working at all. So I called them again, and they told me it "happens all the time because they're soooo finicky and you can never tell if they're damaged when they are" which is something I would have LOVED to have been warned about rather than relying on them and not having them with no warning. Especially since the paperwork said they worked on my blind-spot monitors. They told me that the dealer would have to fix them, so they'd order the part along with the steering wheel they already ordered (of course, with no update to me) and it would be done all at once. Not to mention, my trunk isn't even centered at all. So I drop off my car again. They tell me it will be ready the next day. Once again, it was four days late. My steering wheel was replaced but the rest of it was still dirty. No COVID cleaning on the touches areas. There were no apologies, no answers when questions asked, no updates, no friendliness, and my car came back with something wrong each time. I have my car back now, but somehow my tire pressure sensor is broken. I'm trying to talk to insurance because I absolutely refuse to leave my car with them and am telling everyone I know to avoid this place so they don't have similar issues, frustrations, and money loss. I was recently rear-ended, and took my car to Lithia Downtown Body Shop. My car was finished quickly, which I was thrilled about-- however, I began to realize over the course of the next hour after pickup that maybe more time would have produced better results. Lithia replaced my bumper with a new bumper, but there were some issues (bumper was not lining up well, gap in the bottom of my trunk, some scratches, etc.). I knew these issues were going to be quick fixes, since I had believed Lithia had great customer service. Unfortunately, I was wrong. An employee at the shop was reluctant, but willing, to fix the issues at first -- and I thought it would be a smooth ride from there, but he became angry and aggressive, and I felt too uncomfortable leaving my car there. I was told by another employee that the previous employee "is like that and very defensive, and sometimes rude." I wanted to be happy with this body shop, but unfortunately, I am going to find a new one. read more

I had my (black)Camaro taken here for some front end repairs from a slow run in to a tree which scratched my hood the top and sides also curb damaged my side skirt. So on the first look over the vehicle we had almost 30 circles that needed painted. So I was anticipating the entire vehicle to be repainted. I also did not provide a liscence plate mount when i brought it in because i was ordering a special one that wouldn't put holes in my bumper. I made sure they understood. So almost 2 months later and a bill of almost 9k I walked in paid the deductible couldn't believe the amount i was seeing them charge my insurance and to my horror they ordered a front license plate mount and installed it.. they told me i got 75% of my car painted?!!! the hell does that even mean??? they used my same or effed up the new headlights and fog lights with primer i had to scrape blue and grey paint off the black vinyl for weeks. my front bumper has four huge gnarly screw holes in it. i did every thing right on the after care cause i sat it in the garage for 60 days to let the paint cure not a month down the road i notice i have two chips already on my door that was painted and hood!! i'm blown away that they had my car for nearly two months charge 9k which i'm regretting not getting the estimate myself and receiving a check to have repaired by someone less production work style.. i have horrible chips in my paint four holes in my bumper and bits and pieces of my car painted half assed.. don't go here unless u could give a crap about ur vehicle or how long it's gone and how much they will try to charge read more
