I reversed my bmw into the top of our garage door and was feeling stupid for doing it. The owner was really kind and reassured me it happens a lot.(true or not I do appreciate him making me feel better!). The pricing was really fair. They ordered the necessary part and scheduled the work promptly. They had us in and out same day and the car looks like new again. They even detailed our car before we picked it up! Rarely do you find this level of customer service anymore and we will be back for any future needs (hopefully never for the same thing!).

It was suggested that I'd be better off to replace the entire fender. But I stopped by American Way at 3:30 on a Friday and Nick took a look at it. He took my car back to the shop and within 5 minutes, he returned and had buffed out the white paint on my black car. He told me I could bring the touch up paint back to them and they would apply it to complete the job. Best of all, when I asked how much I owed him, he said "nothing". We then called Crash Champions. They saw us that afternoon and even stayed late to complete the estimate. We were given a repair date and later notified that the parts arrived sooner than expected if we wanted to accelerate our repair. The car looks brand new again. We were treated like valued customers.
