So many Jellycats!…read more I've visited the boutique store a few times in the past several years, but came by today to check out if they have Jellycats...and they did! It honestly was the best supply of Jellycats that I've seen in awhile, especially with the seasonal ones that have been coming out (e.g., summer collection was partially in stock here!). Were the prices a little bit higher versus ordering from the Jellycats website or other stores? Yes. Not an exorbitant amount, but it is higher-priced. But, with how there's quite a low stock on a number of Jellycats in general, it didn't feel too awful to go ahead and purchase a couple. (I ended up getting one of the elephants, as well as an egg keychain). When talking with the owner, there's a chance that the Jellycats craze may die down soon, but it seems to be popular in the meantime. Loved chatting with the owner today, and how nice she was!

My 6-year-old daughter spotted Tattle Tails and was thrilled to go in since they advertise having…read moreJellycat stuffed animals. She instantly fell in love with a pink Jellycat rabbit (around $30), but right before we got to the counter, another customer bought it. The store representative kindly looked around but told us there weren't any more, so we decided on the white version instead. After lunch at the restaurant next door, we walked by the shop again and, to my daughter's excitement, saw more pink Jellycat rabbits in the display. We went back in to see if we could exchange the white one, but the store representative refused because the tag had come off. I showed her that we still had the tag -- it was immaculate and just disconnected from its twine string -- but she still wouldn't allow an exchange. It's disappointing when a small boutique with such a charming, small-town feel shows the same rigid, impersonal customer service you'd expect from a big-box store. Their items are beautiful and priced at a premium, which I don't mind paying for -- but I do expect a warmer, more understanding customer experience in return. A little more flexibility and kindness would go a long way toward keeping customers coming back.

The store was completely picked over--bare shelves, no stuffed animals, but a plethora of overpriced leotards and dance-like costumes. I guess somewhat understandable, but still disappointing. My daughter left extremely saddened. The second time we came (and also *paid* for parking), we walked to the entrance to find it--CLOSED (6/9/26)! I had to whip out my phone because why would a store be closed on a Tuesday at a day and time of normal operating hours? Another family with a little girl asked if we came to see the store and I said yes. She said they posted on their Instagram they were closed and were also saddened they couldn't go inside. I get that things happen but we live 1.5 hours away and made a dr specialist appt nearby and made sure to stop here specifically since we were finally close. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is. I don't go on social media to make sure a business is open that day. I *did* check their website and they were supposed to be open. From what we saw the first time around (picked over items) and what we could see through the glass the second time, we won't ever be coming back for a third time. The store is small, not a huge selection, but a higher price point for the same items found elsewhere. I told my daughter if she saw anything through the glass then I would just google it and buy it online for her. I would much rather support small businesses but it makes it hard when they don't really seem to value their customers. As I said, this store is quite small and doesn't have anything we wanted that we couldn't buy elsewhere. I wish they were better stocked the first time and had more employees to actually run the business during their supposed operating hours, but this just left my daughter devastated and me frustrated and angry the second time. We won't be back to be fooled again. Shame on us.

I think the owner is a Chinese couple and I know they get stocks like every week or every other 2 weeks. What you need to know: - Most (if not all) is made in China. - One of the most decent store at the Valley Mall (let's be honest, most of the stores at the Valley Mall is ghetto and this one is one of the best I think) - Bought a gray zip-up hoodie (that I really loved) for around $20 (if you buy the same kind at the Santa Anita mall, its around $25-$30) - Fashion Statement: kinda like Forever21 or Charlotte Russe - They sell "Office Attire" (like formal pants, jacket) - They also sell party dresses (more like clubbing dresses) - Mostly casual fashionable clothes So pretty much, I love this store because its cheap and the quality is okay. The area is ghetto but this place is like a gem in the ghetto area. P.S. Don't forget to check your clothes first before you buy them.

Was looking for a top for my interview and was surprised by the selection. They have anything from jeans and plain t'a to casual, dressy and dresses... I bought two dressy tops and 3 layering tanks for $40. The quality is good considering what you are paying. This isn't American eagle or Nordstroms... So don't bash in this store because of the "quality." You get what you pay for. This store reminds me of Forever 21, Styles, Papaya, etc... I will def shop there again. Very happy with service, store, cleanliness and my purchase.
