Called in to order a speciality pizza. I came in to pay and realized it was a different price so I asked about it. The guy kept repeating, "I don't know, but this is the new price". I literally showed him the price on HIS website and after all the fees. He just said "I don't know". Cheesesteak was incredible and my mom had the Bruschetta, we both said it's the best we have ever had. The pizza is alright. It's not the greatest, but it'll do. I like that you can still purchase them by the slice, gives that nostalgia feeling of the past. This is how I like my Pizza. Just try it for yourself. Everyone has different taste in Pizza. Owner is always nice. Don't use door dash or Uber Eats and expect your pizza on time. Gotta watch for all One Star reviews as those people tend to only leave negative reviews b/c they are just a sad sac in general and never can be pleased. And, don't expect quick turnaround on a Friday - it should be common sense as it's their busiest night of the week. 11/26/2022: I went to Little Anthony's to grab a light lunch for my friends. Here are my thoughts and ratings. Calzone: I believe the large Calzone was $13. It was absolutely filled to the brim with mozzarella and ricotta cheese. Every bite brought an overwhelming amount of joy to myself and my friends. I highly recommend the Calzone to any reader! Cheesesteak: I thought the cheesesteak was good. For the price of $6.50, the portion was amazing. Wings: I got the mild wings and they were crunchy and tasty! For $8, this was a steal for sure. There were a generous amount of wings for the price. Marinara & Basil pizza: I got 2 slices of this pizza for my vegetarian friend. She gave the 2 slices a high praise as well. She thought the sauce and the crust were definitely the highlights. Fries: they were only okay. I would avoid the fries in take out orders because of obvious reasons. 5/5 for the incredible portion and price. 4.5/5 for the really good taste. Amazing. I will definitely revisit whenever I'm in the mood (and also in Media, PA) for some great wings and calzone! read more

I ordered a pizza from Little Anthony's on Saturday afternoon. Apparently they use grub hub for deliveries. The driver whose name is Ryan, delivered my pizza to the wrong address and it went missing. I contacted Ryan who was totally uncooperative and unable to correct the mistake. Called Little Anthony's but they washed their hands of the matter completely. I called grubhub directly and they would provide no assistance at all. I paid $29 for a pizza I will never get to enjoy. Little Anthony should fix it but they refused. Absolutely horrendous service and awful business practices! My online order on a Friday night included instructions to HAND THE DELIVERY TO ME. However, the DoorDash delivery person left it on the doorstep of a neighbor's house and did not respond to my text msg. to redeliver. The OWNER of Little Anthony's - Michele Colandrea - acknowledged the error but will not rectify the situation. How about a refund ($50) or a gift certificate ($50)? The price is fair for the high quality ingredients that go into each pizza. I honestly think this is the best pizza in Media. My 2nd time getting a plain pizza delivery - it's delish. Also tried the Greek salad w chicken this time and it was SOOO good!!!! Wow. Very nice to find a traditional pizza shop in the middle of the small plate places. PSA; Can we please get rid of the stupid trolley or at least have it end behind Acme, please. I love this roll, I hated this roll. I just had a bad experience with a roll with pointy ends. Little Anthony's roll has pointed ends and I was a little skeptical when I saw it. The roll ate very well. But between the pointy ends and the lettuce and tomato on the bottom I felt like something was falling out of my cheesesteak on every bite. It was $8.70. For $8.87 I'll pick up whatever falls out of my cheesesteak on every bite but I won't like it. Nice comfortable place to eat your cheese steak. Very good overall experience. read more

A local business cancelled a four year old's birthday party an hour before party time due to weather. There was 3 inches of snow....at that business you can only order food from one location (which doesn't have great Yelp reviews) so lucky for us we needed a new place for pizza. I called an hour before the Yelp profile says they open, they answered and were very accommodating, cutting pizzas smaller and putting chicken fingers and fries in larger serving trays. Not only did they make it easy, the guests gave it all great praise. I'm not usually a big fan of Sicilian style, it was just as good as the thinner crust. This place is the pure definition of OK if there ever was one. That is, just OK. I mean, it wasn't bad. I was drawn here by seeing 4 stars on Yelp on a recent trip to Media. But in this case, I have to mildly disagree with that assessment. The pros were that the Sicilian pizza was quite tasty. Good soft crust that got perfectly crunchy at the end. The onion rings had a good crunch to them. My wife liked her pepperoni slice as well as the white pizza slice with ricotta, spinach, and tomato. I was mildly impressed with the barbecue chicken slice I got. The cons were that the crusts on the New York style slices got a bit stale once you reached the end. I'm an eat the crust kind of guy, so that was a letdown. The sausage slice I tasted lacked good sausage flavor. Couldn't win them all here. Service is very friendly, but it is a bit inconvenient to have to ask for a key to the bathroom, and to have to ask for a ketchup bottle at the counter to have them hand one to you to bring back to the table. Apparently they don't believe in putting the ketchup bottles out on the table or on the counter. Mild inconveniences, sure. It meant at the end of the meal, I had to bring it back to them as well as bus my tray. Now you see, it's places like this where I say they have quite the nerve to put a tip jar on the counter. They make you come back to the counter to get your food after you find your table. They make you ask for things for them to hand to you at the counter, and then they make you bus your own tray. Tell me what they did here except cook the food. Ah well, they got a couple of bucks in the jar anyway for being nice to me I suppose. So let's just say that I wouldn't drive to Media to eat here. I'd put them over Apollo Pizza for sure, and if I were local I'd order from here over Apollo. They're a notch below Pinocchio's. read more

Was in town on business and wanted pizza by the slice, so I hopped on Yelp to search for a great pizza place and called up one my friends that was raised in the Philly area. Based off of the reviews and suggestion from my friend eating pizza here during his childhood, I figured I would swing by and grab a couple of slices and some pizza fries. I was greeted immediately when I walked in and I placed my order with ease. The staff are super friendly and kept me well entertained while I waited for my food. The owner even suggested a restaurant in my city of residence, which his best friend owns. The pizza slices were a pretty decent size and were delicious as well as the pizza fries.
