They replaced a driver-side CV axle, did oil changes, replaced brake pads and rotors, diagnosed and fixed an A/C and heater blower issue, repaired a trunk/liftgate problem, and also replaced a valve cover and gasket and battery. Unfortunately, to further troubleshoot they would have had to open the engine, a bit time consuming and a costly repair if the piston components were damaged. The news was unfortunate but I just wanted an honest assessment rather than just shotgunning parts like the last shop that tried to troubleshoot the issue.
