This restaurant is located inside of I-Square establishment in Irondequoit. This was my first time trying this restaurant, and I enjoyed it. I had their corn beef sandwich which came with homemade chips and a speared pickle. The sandwich was good despite the $10.00 price tag but tasted worth it. The chips that they provided were tasteless and without flavor. I chose not to finish eating them in lieu of saving my taste buds. I prefer the I-Square establishment because they offer free EVSE for those with an electric vehicle. Also, for those who need it, they offer wifi too.

This is the third restaurant that opened in the I-Square market. It sits in-between Hong Kong One Chinese Restaurant and the Pasta Cucina (which will open soon). The menus are on TVs but they also have the menu on the counter by the register. I love the variety, not too much to choose from but i love the selections and its a good amount of selections at decent prices. i chose the Bistro Burger which had bacon, dijon mayonnaise, arugula, and egg. it had so much flavor and it was a pretty good size. kettle chips and a pickle came with it. we got a side order of sweet potato fries which was also really good. my boyfriend got the bbq chicken sandwich which had bacon, bbq, arugula lettuce, and balsamic glaze. he said it was delicious and also a great size. we were so full. the atmosphere was nice; a little loud, but to be expected. the layout will make it that way since the table and chairs are spread throughout the building. kinda acts like a food court in a mall, but nicer. once you're done eating your meal just head to the i-scream place. I will definitely return to try the other things on the menu.

Great burger cooked the way I ordered. The homemade potato chips came a tad over done. Will definitely be back to check out the other dishes on the menu.

My boys and I ate at the Market Grill for lunch. I got the Veggie Stacker sandwich and it was excellent! Portion size was good and prices were reasonable. I will be going back!

Great looking food. The food came in a timely fashion. I ordered for my sister and she seemed to enjoy(she's disabled).

There is a duo playing acoustic covers and another group celebrating a 50th birthday. We ordered both the french fries and sweet potato fries for our picky 4 year old. The sweet potato fries were thick cut so we weren't sure if he would try them. Anyhow, he ate most of them and fell asleep (he has been under the weather). My wife and I each ordered the chicken & waffles. However, I didn't realize it was an appetizer. I ordered and polished off the Steak Out.

The food is pretty typical tavern fare, burgers, pizza, salads, nothing out of the ordinary. I was with a table of five and our orders varied from a salad to chicken sandwich to a catfish sandwich, etc.. Everyone enjoyed their food so no complaints there. The only reason I dropped a star is my friend had ordered a club soda with a splash of cranberry and they charged her $5.50 and another $5.50 for a refill. We assumed it was a mistake and brought it to their attention, the waitress brought it back to her superior and they refused to alter the bill. We all agreed that $5.50 was expensive for a club soda but to ask if she wanted a refill and to recharge that amount seemed pretty unreasonable. When they refused to remove, it really did not bode well for good customer relations. Kind of left us all with a bad taste in our mouths. Hope they read this and change that policy.

Service was very friendly, both from two young women, then by a middle aged man. The store was immaculately clean. Easy entry from the Clay Road side.

My friend had the regular burger, and was jealous of mine. I liked that they served wine, that different, and they are discreet about it. Their wine comes in cans, so you don't stand out. It was a fast food environment but XL. Their staff very helpful and friendly. You can order at the register or at a kiosk. If you order wine at the kiosk you need to flag an employee to check your id, and they enter a code. So if you are opting for beer or wine, I would suggest just going to the counter. The place was spotless, wasn't too crowded for its location, and so didn't feel like the wait was long. After you order, you have a seat and they bring you the food. Next time I will try a shake.

It was between a 3 and 4 anyway, so 4 is fine. The original review is below. I love a good burger and have had some truly spectacular ones in my day, so I had high expectations of this place considering the reviews. That was my mistake. The service was really nice although the wait time was a little hefty. Like a hefty bag. However the burger was definitely aimed at the kinds of people that don't have the same sense of taste that I do. For example a ton of tasteless melted cheese with some tasteless meat that wasn't juicy enough for me. It just didn't do it for me at all. The milkshake tasted like Hershey's syrup mixed with creamer. It also wasn't the finest hour of milkshakes. However they are a little local business and apparently the locals really like this place a lot so three stars is fine. I guess. Keep your Zocs on.
