Fun fact: the owner named the Patisserie by combining his two daughter's middle names. When you walk in you'll feel like you've been transported to Brooklyn with a touch of Parisian elegance mixed with downtown industrial vibes. To order you'll walk up to the counter and place your order. Once your order is placed you'll grab a seat wherever there is an open table. For coffee I ordered the vanilla latte and my partner ordered the iced caramel latte. The vanilla had a nice balance of flavor and the ceramic cup was a nice touch. For pastries my partner ordered the cookie and the ham & cheese croissant. Both were excellent, with the cookie being more of a shortbread cookie with dark chocolate and the croissant having great flavor and plenty of ham and cheese. I ordered the Nun'Ya Biscuit which was like nothing I've ever ordered before. It was a biscuit seasoned with smoked cheddar cheese, breakfast sausage, scallions, and complete with sausage gravy inside the biscuit. You definitely need to order the Nun'Ya Biscuit if you stop by Lucettegrace. Definitely looking forward to our next time visiting Lucettegrace. Highly recommend checking out this coffee shop if you are in Downtown Raleigh.

Pro-tip pull the top "muffin" part off and dip it into the gravy filling inside. I also got two macaroons, the lemon Poppyseed and the Violet Greek Yogurt. The lemon one was sweet and tart and the violet one had almost like a floral taste both were great! And to drink I got a chai latte with oat milk, super strong chai taste and not too sweet. Super quick and friendly service. There's plenty of seating, WiFi and outlets available. Perfect for knocking out some work.

The macarons at amitie are available in a wide variety of flavors to suit any palette and make for the perfect sweet treat while last minute shopping for Christmas gifts. My favorite flavors were: - -the cinnamon brown butter: reminded me of a fresh cinnamon bun. I'll be picking up a 6ct box of this flavor next time. - -cookies and cream: you could tell that the creamy filling was made with bits of chocolate cookie pieces - -pumpkin spice: call me "basic" but I still love pumpkin spice lattes, pastries, and beers even in December. The cinnamon and nutmeg didn't overpower the pumpkin flavor which was a win in my book Check out amitie (ig @amitie_macaron) during your next visit to Crabtree Valley Mall

While they were good, one of the salted caramels was very salty and the rest were overly sweet for us (compared to other macarons we have had). There was no social distancing enforced and we did the best we could considering the location. The employee was wearing a mask and gloves, however the gloves were not changed out between handling the macarons and the point of service. Overall it was just an okay experience and probably wouldn't return to this location but might try the location at Morgan Street Food Hall.

Although it's located in downtown Raleigh, it was easy to find and get to from the interstate. Parking was easy, with a paid public lot conveniently located up the block behind the building. Inside, the food hall had a lively atmosphere with dozens of vendors offering a wide variety of cuisines, making it easy for everyone in our group to find something they wanted. Despite the number of people, none of the lines were particularly long. There was plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating, so finding a place to eat wasn't difficult. I also appreciated that they provided a self-serve water station with ice-cold water and cups for anyone who didn't want to purchase a drink from one of the vendors. There was also a proper bar with both a bartender and barstool seating if you wanted to pull up a stool and enjoy a beverage. The entire facility was clean and well maintained, including the restrooms, which were well stocked during our visit. The outdoor patio was especially nice, with a mix of shaded and sunny seating areas. While we were there, a local dog rescue was hosting an adoption event where visitors could meet puppies. It was fun to see families, kids, and adults enjoying the event, and the dog-friendly patio made the atmosphere even more welcoming. If you're visiting Raleigh with a group or simply can't decide what you're in the mood to eat, Morgan Street Food Hall is an excellent option thanks to its variety, clean facilities, and inviting atmosphere.
