I was so disappointed with my pizza from the Penfield location today. I ordered their new one that has cheese, pepperoni and extra fresh mozzarella on top. It was below their standards and if I had taken that out of the oven I would have remade it. Since the top third of crust was lacking topping we folded the center up to the top to spread the sauce and stuff to eat. Because of previous 2 visits I gave it 3 instead of 2s I used to get pizza at a location in North Tonawanda that always had great pizza. Plenty of topping and just the top 1/2" or so of the outer crust edge. When I moved here I have tried this location before getting their thin crust that boasts lots of cheese and pepperoni and it was great. Had just a cheese and pepperoni another time and it was good. The staff there was very friendly and safe behind the glass. I will go there again but will check my pizza before I get home read more

That "bite bite, sip sip" commercial really got to me. I just had to go to Little Caesar's! :) I love their crazy bread. If you've never had it, it's not just bread sticks, it's the greatest breadsticks in existence! OMG, try them!!!! Anyway, I'm really not a fan of their pizza, but I'd never had their deep dish, so I decided to try that, too. I got it with just cheese. I ordered online which was very easy, and I drove to pick it up. When I got there, I saw the "pizza portal" but I hadn't checked my email, so I wasn't sure what to do. For your reference, your order number is the code. Anyway, a very nice girl was working, and she told me she could help me so that I didn't need to find the email. There was no one in line or anything, so I just had her get it for me. If it is busy though, it's a pretty cool concept, and you don't need to talk to anyone to get your pizza. The crazy bread was awesome, and always is. I don't get it very often, but I love it. The pizza was ok. Way, way better than their standard crust, which tastes like cardboard to me. This crust was nice and buttery, and the pizza was super greasy. I guess that's a good or bad thing depending on how you like your pizza. I would get it again, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. I'd eat it a million times over their standard crust though, so spend the extra couple dollars and get the deep dish instead. Their pizza prices are a lot lower than other places anyway, so splurge and get the good kind, lol. I had only been to the Irondequoit location before this, and service here was much better! I will be back here again for more crazy bread! Their garlic butter dipper is also really good! read more

My wife and kids were hungry and needed quick food pick up. Little Caesar's was the best choice in the area at the time. Extra most best pizza pie is worth the extra dollar. The only thing is that this store was low in staff the pizza was fresh and hot but not ready when I came in. I will give a shout out to the two employees busting butt for the 6 people waiting when I was there. It only took 10 min to get to my two pizza order and bread sticks( I was 6th in line) . read more

Ordinarily e are very pleased with the pizza we get here at the Penfield location. But this week we ordered the thin crust instead of the regular and I think they left it in the oven too long as the crust was VERY well done and in some areas burned. Disappointed. Be careful when you call and order an pizza. I called yesterday and ordered a 5 meat pizza - told it was $8. Then added stuff crust - told it was $3. total $11 plus tax. When I got there, the price was $16 plus tax. Seems there is a "custom" charge of $5 which I was not told about. Total charge over $17 with tax. I don't have enough good things to say about Courtney from this location. We stopped in after phoning in an order for a large pepp stuffed crust, and I called back moments later to change the order. When we got there, there was a mixup so I got my original order instead of the amended order. When I brought it to their attention, Courtney (who I'm assuming was a shift manager) was very apologetic, insisted on making the correct order, and also refunded the cost since we had to wait. On top of that, she gave us breadsticks, and animal crackers for my daughter's and was extremely kind to them when they needed to use their restroom during our wait. We don't often order from little Caesars but I will be back to this location for the incredible customer service provided to us!! read more

I recently as of yesterday 8th of November ordered a supreme pizza with a side of wings which I was informed they no longer serve blue cheese or celery along with their chicken wings so if you do not have blue cheese at home you're out of luck and the wings were so small they look like they came from a pigeon instead of a chicken I highly suggest going across the street to Jeremiah's tavern if you like chicken wings the pizza was acceptable it was a supreme but was very disappointed in the tiny wings and no chance of getting any blue cheese that was a corporate decision I was told from now on they will offer no blue cheese with their wings I think everyone should speak out about this!!!!! who doesn't like blue cheese with their wings and if you don't just tell them but at least it should be an option and they should have it on hand so they should ask when you order wings would you like blue cheese or not...... should be an option but not anymore. I called the next day and wad told it was a corporate decision not to carry blue cheese anymore in any of there rochester area Caesars locations I think they need to reevaluate why they got rid of the blue cheese I don't know one restaurant in the Rochester area that does not offer blue cheese with their chicken wings big mistake on Little Caesars upper management I think if they get enough complaints they may restore and rethink the option of having blue cheese with your wings which I happen to love just my opinion don't know how everyone else feels about this they used to have blue cheese now they don't some people haven't gone there lately and going to realize this complain complain complain about it let's get the blue cheese back wings without blue cheese is like pizza without sauce.
