High quality pizza at reasonable prices. Good service and our delivery driver went out of his way to bring them to us piping hot. My only suggestion would be is to add a bit more of the toppings. The pizza crust is a bit thicker so with the addition of more toppings it would be a bit less bready. The crust is delicious with a bit of crisp at the edge. Needed a party pizza and some chicken wings, and have passed this place so many times. Thought it was about time to try it out! The price was right, and we called around to check quite a few. We placed the order by phone and stopped in to pick it up. The pizzeria was small, but nice. There were quite a few booths on both sides. It seemed nice and clean. Staff was friendly, and the food was hot and ready on time. General consensus on the pizza was just that it was just okay. The traditional chicken wings were not extra crispy like we ordered, and our wing aficionado was not fond of the BBQ sauce they used. This is our go-to pizza place in Brockport! We were ordering from another pizza place that was closer to our home but because of inconsistent service and quality switched to Perri's a little over a year ago. We love Perri's pizza! The crust is always a perfect balance of soft and crispy and I think the amount of pizza sauce is just right. It's always very flavorful no matter the topping. Tonight we went with two large pizzas- a cup'n char pepperoni and a sausage and cheese. My husband loves old school cup'n char pepperoni but I never really appreciated it until trying it from Perri's. In my opinion, Perri's cup'n char pepperoni pizza is better than any other I've had in the area because you get the great crunch and flavor of the pepperoni without the little puddles of oil all over the top that seems to be typical of many cup'n char pepperoni pizzas. Very happy with the sausage pizza as well. Lots of flavor and a good proportion of sausage to cheese. Perri's calzones are delish too- never disappointed! My family also loves the wings. We love the buffalo mild and garlic parmesan. ( The Garlic Parm is my fav!!) As far as service, they are always friendly and usually have our order ready right on time. It's also a nice touch that they throw in paper plates and napkins for when you are ordering in a rush or plan on stopping at a park to eat like we do sometimes. What aggravates me the most about Perri's in Brockport is their hours. Three times I've called before closing and told "I'm sorry we're not taking any more orders tonight" If there is a time you stop cooking this needs to be advertised! If the spot closes at 8pm and someone calls at 7:13 why can't an order be filled? Your page says busiest time is at 7 pm! I don't understand why if you're not taking orders at 7 how is it busy! This is a deterrent for me regardless of how the food is. If you can't get it, it doesn't matter! Signed want to spend money locally but local restaurants obviously don't want local money! read more

I've been to Perri's a couple of times and it doesn't disappoint. I was initially hesitant to praise them because I wasn't a fan of the pizza because of the toppings. However, the garlic cheesy breadsticks were delicious. And the boneless barbecue wings were to die for. Also pro tip: if you have leftover garlic parm wings you can turn them into a chicken parm quesadilla. My partner loved it! read more

I walked into Perri's last Tuesday afternoon looking to grab a quick lunch before my next class at SUNY Brockport. The restaurant was busy, but nothing that would scream "long wait." I ordered the slice of buffalo chicken pizza and garlic-parm boneless wings that I had been craving all day. The friendly employee handed me the dark blue gatorade that I ordered to flush down what was sure to be a great meal. She told me it would be about an 8 minute wait, I said "no problem" and turned to seat in the last booth available. Fifteen minutes later I finally received a pepperoni slice, along with the garlic-parm wings. My order was wrong. I didn't complain because I felt like I was dying of hunger, and I'm also a fan of the pepperoni slice. This is not "New York Pizza" reminded me of dominoes, not awful but not great. They have Pepsi, which is not my thing either and the staff wasn't the friendliest. I asked if she could do a pitcher of water since there was six in my party and she said no, after we spent quite a bit too! The seating is just booths so no tables and not ideal for more than 4 in a party. Perri's Pizza is located in the small village of Brockport, NY. It's hard to miss with the big Perri's sign that is on the front of the building.The pizza shop sales a lot more than just pizza. It is where you go to get fried dough bites, a fish fry, and the best boneless wings in Brockport. They have a variety of items to buy ranging from hot subs to salads. With their famous big slice of pizza being only 3.50 you can get full easily off of one slice without breaking your pockets. It's obvious that Perri's is in a college town. You see paddles from the college's fraternities and sororities behind the counter. You also find this out from all of the students that frequent the restaurant on weekend nights. The hours are also extended when classes are in session for the college. The cashiers and staff are always great and sociable. You never feel as if you aren't an appreciated customer when ordering. However, you may be cramped if you have an order to pick up or stopped in. It's a small restaurant with very little seating. I would recommend Perri's whenever you need a decently priced meal and are looking to get full, but make sure you get it delivered. read more

Every time and I mean every time I come here to get a slice all I get are pizza slices that contain 95% dough and 5% everything else. Went today to the Brockport location for a pickup, told it would take 30 minutes, arrived 30 minutes later, brought the pizza, wings and bread sticks home (live 5 minutes away). Pizza burnt and cold. Perri's Pizza is one of those fast food restaurants that combine fast food and sit-in restaurant styles. I went to Perri's Pizza over the weekend and ordered buffalo chicken pizza when the pizza was ready the clerk brought the slice over to my table. Although it was not the best pizza I have ever had it was well made. The pizza is not over priced because the slices are about double and a half the size of normal slices. Customer service is just right they are not overbearingly kind but they are not mean either. Perri's Pizza is super easy to find. it is located right on Main Street across the street from The Strand movie theatre. Great pizza! The huge slices are the best. I wouldn't recommend their regular pies- they are very different from the huge slices. As a college student I feel that everything is reasonably priced. My boyfriend and I can get two huge slices for $7 and it's the perfect filling lunch. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. They will not honor coupons that they have issued without adding restrictions that are not shown on the coupon. Two weeks in a row we received only half of our order and when questioned about it were told that we hadn't placed the order. The owner is rude and confrontational when customers complain about the service. We will not be ordering from them again. read more
