No table service, which is clear from the sign at the bar! Ordered a couple of sandwiches, tasted some beers before picking ones, got our bicycle water bottles refilled. Really friendly service. Sandwiches are large, even the half size. The balboa is tasty, even if the roast beef is not rare once it's been grilled. And the wet poor fries were good. Cole slaw was a bit plain, could have used some lemon. Inside it's a typical bar, narrow, dark, with a row of booths. Outside we had a nice breeze. Twenty or so beers on tap. Nice variety. Ended up being a great place to rest our legs on the ride to Rochester!

The service was very slow and the waitress forgot 2 of our orders that we placed so it took a long time and we couldn't eat together. I ordered a burger medium and it was well done. I asked for mustard and ketchup and I ate half of my burger before she brought it and had to remind her again. They definitely need more servers as you can see she was the only one serving many tables and hard to keep up.

We stopped here just for a couple of drinks with our God son and his wife up from NC . We each had a couple of beers and everyone seemed very satisfied with their choices. We sat out on the deck which runs along the canal. It has ample room and contains several tables that accommodate seating for four. Nice atmosphere sitting there watching the boat traffic go by and the main street bridge go up and down. They have several tables inside if the weather isn't cooperating to sit outside. Our server was friendly and made sure we were properly taken care of. The menu looked interesting therefore we will come back and try having a lunch or dinner in the future.

If I could give this a zero rating I would. The owner is a complete jerk and treats staff like slaves. Forcing them to work for free, swearing at them and even cutting an employees wage darastically because she went on maternity leave. It is hotter than the devil's asshole in there and the owner refuses to fix anything. And god for bid any of the crew makes a minor mistake. I have been verbally abused there to the point of tears BY THE OWNER. And to top everything off when finally gaining freedom from that hellish environment the owner is an asshole about paying the employee their last check. I know alot of this does not affect customers BUT how this man Sal Alonci runs his business is more like a slave labor camp than an actual buisness. read more

If I say bad things do I get free food, lol. Really though, I am disabled. Although I can not go into the shop. I can't do the step out front, I get deliveries. I have a hard time speaking and the staff I have dealt with has never rushed me or seemed "inconvenienced" by taking my order. I have had a few people that brought my order but all of them have be very nice. I am a veteran and I have hard time asking for help. I only have use of one hand. I didn't have to ask but they have opened the 2 liter bottle of me (yeah, try it with one hand if you think that's easy, lol.) and asked if thier was anything else they could do for me. It is the little things like that get over looked. You should be proud of your employees. read more

Every parent wants the best for their children they want them to grow up go to college and have a great life.. 80% of the employees are college students just trying to make a living to pay for college the pizza is so delicious they have daily specials on Tuesday you can get a large one topping wings for under 20 bucks they open early and they close late their prices are so reasonable you could afford to eat there three times a week the staff is hardworking and friendly customer service is there first priority I highly recommend Perry's Pizza in Brockport read more

We couldn't decide so we got both, figuring we could always eat left overs. The time of our order was peak lunch time rush, and it took about 30 min to get our food. We saw them making the pizza and subs fresh, and we also observed a lot of other diners, some regulars, enjoying their food and the conversation with the staff. Everyone was friendly and happy. We took our order back to where we were staying and dug into the pizza. It was a little salty for my personal taste buds, but not my husband's - he really loved the flavors. I was impressed with the crust - which is always a mark of a good pizza in my book. I would get this again, but would ask for something like a side of ranch or blue cheese to help cut the saltiness. Later that same day we ate the subs. The turkey sub was easily - seriously - the BEST turkey sub I had had in a very long time. Maybe ever. The fresh-roasted turkey, the fresh fillings - lettuce, tomato, cheese, onion, and the Italian dressing - all were the perfect flavor profiles and amounts. The whole sammy was well balanced, so no one ingredient dominated. We had ordered a large, again, with left overs in mind, and cut it into pieces. I added mayo, and just thought it was moist, really tasty, and total comfort food. I would drive across the city to get that sub again. They sell soda in a case as well as ice cream, and have quite a large menu that includes wraps, sandwiches and subs (hot and cold), lots of different signature pizzas plus a breakfast pizza and options to build-your-own, plus a variety of fried sides like fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, jalapeno poppers, etc. They also have wings and salads. Definitely check them out if you haven't already. And get that turkey sub. You won't regret it!
