We ordered a medium pepperoni and meatball pizza which was awesome, and then two different kinds of wings country sweet and mild. (Bomb) Also their steak subs are very good, calzones, and even their regular subs. One of my favorite pizzas is the meat lovers. Never had one like it, I recommend it. Just moved back to the area and trying a bunch of places in the Charlotte area. Won't be trying this one again - you would think that a place like this that's been around for 30+ years would be better - but flavor was bland, too much cheese (that tasted like it had been frozen) and actually threw away over half of it rather than save for leftovers. Probably some of the best "hot" buffalo wings in the city. The best prices on them as well. Their customer service is top notch. Cordello's has good food, I'll give them that. What's lacking is customer service. I try not to order from here very often because 1) they charge you for using a card. (Really? In this day and age?) 2) the delivery people are not in the least pleasant and 3) my order has been wrong the last 3 times. 4) they charge you more than advertised pricI actually threw out half the last order and didn't bother calling because they won't do anything. I have been going to this restaurant for nearly 10 years. They have the best food. Ready and willing to make it your way. Portions are large and costs are fair..the customer service is outstanding..accidents happen but they go way beyond necessary if one occurs and in 10 years we could count on one hand how many times a small mix up happened and we were more then satisfied with response..I highly recommend this place. Finally. ..Great pizza & Great wings. I have now ordered from here 3 times over the last few months and each time the food was awesome! They have great sauce and the crust is perfect. They don't seem to skimp on toppings like some places and at the same time the quality of the toppings seems to be pretty good. The wings are the best I Have had in a long time. They are large in size with plenty of meat, fried until nice and crispy and then covered in your favorite sauce. Prices are very good as well. Large pepperoni pizza and 20 meaty wings runs you $24. Cordello's is by far one of the best, if not the best, pizza joints in the Greece/Charlotte/Rochester area. Great pizza place for takeout. The pizza's crust is not too thick, not too thin, just right. They also have good wings, calzones (which are gigantic), and "trash" plates. (If you don't know what a trash plate is, you're probably not from Rochester.) There isn't very much room to sit down and eat, so it's really a takeout/delivery kind of place. read more

It's rare to get customer service this good anywhere these days, and some of the drivers are so awesome to interact with.
