Hot and ready means hot and READY. Management in Alamosa needs to be looked at. This location never has any pizzas that are ready or even their lunch specials. Some customers only get 1/2 hour for lunch and if you tea want pizza wait time is 20-30 minutes. Get it together read more

All of the people who work here have been very kind and attentive when I've come in. Clean and organized, and everyone communicates in a professional friendly manner. I love how all of the employees work as a tight knit team, and they seem to get along really well. Every time you come across a Little Caesars its a treat! However, it is just Little Caesars. The staff were a little looney and off their rocker but its Alamosa. They should put in tables so people can dine in. It was fun to eat a pizza in the weird parking lot. read more

Placed an order 30 minutes in advance, went to pick it up and they said they "forgot to make it".

Me and my husband went into this little Caesars pizza and ordered. While we were standing in here waiting for our order we noticed none f the employees were wearing gloves. When we asked for our money back because no one was wearing gloves. The young man said "well we wash our hands". We said "we don't care" then he said in a loud voice "these people want there money back because no one back here is wearing gloves" the kid at the register did not know how to do a refund (duh) then had to get someone else to the front to refund our money. There was no apologies nothing. I should have asked them if they wanted to suck on my fingers. It would be the same thing as them making my pizza without gloves that is just gross! Not impressed at all. Bread was luke warm and hard, very little cheese. Pizza had seen better days too. We had to wait 15 minutes for pizza that was supposedly ready to go. The two people working there ignore each other unless its to insult the other. Customer service is non- existent and I totally felt like I was intruding on the front girls personal time. read more

Friendly customer service, longer than usual waiting time for pizza.

I recently bought a pizza from Little Caesar's for an afternoon movie with my family. My son tried the pizza and he literally cried because the bread was hard as a rock and it hurt his teeth. Immediately I called the establishment and asked to get my money refunded. They asked if I would like a replacement, and I live 21 miles away from the business so I said, no I just want my money back. The employee asked if I had a receipt I said, no, it's pizza and he said, well due to your predicament, I will refund your money. Bring in the pizza tomorrow and we will give you a refund - he said he made a note of our conversation. Anyway, the next day we returned the pizza only to be told they could not refund my money because I did not have a receipt, I told the "district manager" that her employee assured me I'd get my money back. Also I told her that I didn't want their pizza after my previous experience. Instead of being empathetic she dismissed my claim and said "I am the district manager and there is no one else you can speak to". Additionally, she kept interrupting me, at one point I had to talk to her about customer service etiquette. At any rate, DO NOT get pizza here. It's horrible, greasy and old. I will never buy pizza there again. Dominos and Pizza Hut are much better. read more
