When I was in middle school band, they forced us to do fundraisers. One particular year, the fundraiser was to sell make your own Little Caesar's pizza kits. Awesome! Pizza was my favorite food group at the time. Of course my mother bought a few kits. I remember making it one night during a sleepover... wow! I may have been 12 but it was some of the best pizza I'd had to date. So imagine my delight when I move to Kyle and I see a Little Caesar's - what! This is a real business? Mind = blown. And it's just $5 for a large pepperoni?! Life is looking good. I now hate pepperoni because of Little Caesar's. I refuse to eat a pizza within a few inches of a pepperoni. OMG it was so disgusting and the pizza was nothing like the kit I used many moons ago. Not only that, it was worse than any other chain (and I hate Papa John's with a passion). It's worse than any other frozen pizza (well maybe with the exception of Totino's or whatever they serve at 7-11). I can't think of any other time in my life I've only had ONE slice of pizza and threw the rest in the garbage. Also, bubbles galore! Another really annoying thing was the teenage girl kept having to scream out, "ONE PEP! ONE PEP!" to the person who was literally 8 feet away from her where all the pizzas were. Why must you scream, why can't the other person hear you, and why can't you get it yourself? 3 stars because I'm actually glad I don't want pepperoni anymore. If I could give them negative stars I would do so, the staff is rude and unbothered by the fact that they took literally over 45 min to make two pizzas. When we asked how long it would take they said "I don't know" and shrugged. Not even saying let me go check on that for you so sorry about the wait nothing, very unhelpful. I placed an order at 6:32 PM. Online quoted me 10 mins. I arrived. Then 20 mins later I get a email saying my order was ready but to see a cashier. So I did. They said it wasn't ready and give them a few more minutes. I then waited. Then got another email saying my pizza was ready again. Sure enough it wasn't. I wanted 1 hour and 10 minutes and by then I was just wanting my refund. I was in the process of getting my refund with a cashier and a lady walks from the back saying my order was about ready. The most dysfunctional restaurant I've ever seen. And you know how bad whataburger drive thru is. I ordered online and waited in the parking lot until my order was 30 minutes late (no email saying it was ready), then went in. There were about 15 people waiting in the lobby mad, and 10 outside. The front register Staff worker was screaming at the staff in the back. She was trying to coordinate orders but the folks in the back were laughing at the situation and couldn't care less. They were working at about a 30% capacity rate. Waited in the lobby for about another hour until my order was finally ready. Side note - the staff carries the pizzas at a 45° angle so when you get them home, they're smashed all to one side. This after waiting FOREVER to get your food. Even after calling and ordering ahead of time they always lie and say it'll be a 15-20 minute wait time and it always turns into an hour. Just amazes me. Don't throw your money away here. Just let this place bleed money. It is not worth coming back when we, the customers, "bleed money" ourselves on rotten, burnt, inedible food. Let them feel the punch as they realize we can easily substitute their pizza with any of the other pizza chains nearby. Little Caesar's has a total lack of control over its operations, you know it's bad when customers feel unsafe consuming your product. on 6/15 I placed an online order at 8:32pm. It noted in the portal due to high volume that the order may not be ready until 8:53-8:58pm. I picked up my Wingstop order and walked next door at 8:55pm. I did not receive my order until 9:32pm which was an hour from the order time. I was only told if it's not in the box it's not ready. I had to ask for an estimated time. At 8:55 is when they said it would be 10 minutes. The part that made me angry was not even the extra wait more so was that customers were walking in placing an order and being quote 20 minutes. I had 3 people order from the counter and receive a pizza before me when my order was in 40 minutes before. They obviously prioritize walk ins over mobile orders. It seems like it should be a way to prioritize existing ordered over new ones. At the 10 more minute mark I was told it would be another 15 minutes. After the one hour wait part of the order ended up being wrong. I told my son to enjoy his pizza because it will be my last dollar I'm spending at that location. read more

@littlecaesars. so / ordered our family dinner tonight, and let me add that I am one week postop, so l didn't really feel like cooking, and I'm already not a huge Little Caesars fan, but after the food we got tonight, l will never ever go there again. Our food was half underdone. and the other half was overcooked. I'm not even sure how that happens. My guess is they gave some of our food out to somebody else, and when they noticed that it was close to our time to come in, they hurried up and threw another breadstick in the oven, our Italian cheese bread was so dry that I couldn't even eat it, and the pizza looked like it sucked as well, so l still haven't eaten dinner. Thank you Little Caesars. One last tidbit when I called the store to complain they told me that they couldn't do anything because they had been bought out by another company, and when I asked if the woman was a manager, she said she was a shift manager, but she was not the manager of the store. I asked her what she had the authority to do and she said nothing, you might as well give that one an associates pay not a managers pay, because they no longer have authority at the store to do anything for their customers. Until today, 12/28/2023, I have been pleased with the pizzas I have purchased at this location. Today, however, I purchased a Classic Italian Sausage pizza and Caesar Wings. The pizza was not edible and it went in the trash. I called the store and the young man with whom I spoke asked if I had the receipt. Yes, I have the receipt; but I am not driving back down there; I just returned home from there. Between the traffic in the parking lot (which is always a nightmare at this location) and the traffic on 1626, I was not going back today. It appeared the dough had sat for too long and then it was slathered with sauce in some areas with scant cheese and the dough was not a consistent thickness throughout the pie. Hence, it looked like a stuffed crust (which it was not); but it looked that way because the dough in the middle of the crust in the areas where it was thick, was raw and discolored. This was the worst pizza I have ever received and there was no attempt at any customer service. Very disappointing. I have been going to Little Caesars locations throughout the country for a LOT of years -- not always great; but never this bad! P.S. I attempted to upload photos; but was unsuccessful as there was an error stating that the photo file from my I phone was too large. Odd. read more

As a pizza connoisseur i have to say that i am impressed. Born and raised in Chicago I know what pizza taste like and I gotta say that this, this right here, is it chief. I have gone to this little Caesars multiple times and although there have been times where the pizza isn't the greatest or the "hot and ready pizzas" are not so "hot and ready". The customer service was amazing not once did they mess up or seem bored of their job they looked like they were eager to work. Let me start off by saying my boyfriend and I always come to this store. He's a regular customer. The only problems we usually have is that the "hot and ready" pizzas are always super old and crusty. Today we placed an order for a deep dish, a regular cheese and two bags of breadsticks. When we got home and started to eat I opened one pack and the bread was completely molded!!!! We called the store and the manager CRYSTAL, said "maybe because we got the order late". We didn't place an order for the bread untill we got to the store. So the bread has to be eaten within 30min? Or it gets moldy? Wow. She was super unhelpful and when we asked for a refund she said "i don't know because it's a lot of money" . What If I ate them and got sick? They only cared about the money not about our wellbeing. I have attached photos of the bread and pizza. I WOULD LIKE TO NOTE THAT WE ORDERED THE BREAD WHILE WE WERE ALREADY IN THE STORE!
