In the end, it was a $56 dinner I had to throw out, and the lack of customer care was louder than anything else. Their actions make it obvious they care more about their own convenience than their customers. The response on their Facebook confirms their lack of professionalism and customer service. It was like someone squirt a teaspoon of buffalo sauce after the fact. The pizza crust is odd; I get what people mean when they say it's like cornmeal. It really is, and when you receive the pizza cold, it's totally inflexible. The crust is good, I like that they bring the cheese all the way to the end. I gave it 3 stars because if I had received it at a palatable temperature and the wings actually had sauce, I bet it would be a decent meal. It's just really disappointing that after $40 plus tip that was the food I received and the experience I had.
