Pizza Hut should close it's doors. They believe themselves so large, they won't answer the phone. They lie when they say, business is booming. I tried an app just to get flagged for a fraud alert. Food was surprisingly good and hot. Buffet salad section needed to be refilled never happened. 80% of the tables were dirty and waiter never came by to see if we needed anything. read more

Last night we went to have pizza and bread sticks. Haven't been here in awhile. We were seated quickly, drinks ordered and delivered, order taken (bread sticks and a medium pan pizza). After waiting for 30 minutes expecting our breadsticks, but our pan pizza was served first on a pizza board. It was luke warm. With no breadsticks. Told them to forget the breadsticks. We had to ask for silverware. We noticed that take out orders were the served before eat in customers. It seemed to us that eat in customers were waiting also. I went to use the men's room and found the floor flooded. We were given a discount and it didn't seem to be the wait staff (2) was totally responsible for our long wait. We have eaten at this Pizza Hut in the past and the service was good and the pizza was really hot. Not sure if we'll try again. read more

I have to update this review to be more versatile and honest. I came here in person to dine in with my fiance. We ordered the large pan pepperoni pizza with wings and cheese bread sticks that were excellently delicious. The food and drinks were top notch and yummy! The waitress displaying great customer service was amazing too. Very friendly staff and attentive with orders. The Ambiance was relaxing and very busy. They updated the interior from the last time I visited 4 years ago. I would like to see more variety of the salad bar open for dinner time. I also still wish they were more open minded to more deliveries to cover the territory of Auburn it would create more business tbh. Overall a 4/5 Stars!! Thank you! read more

I ate boneless wings and breadsticks at this establishment approximately 15 minutes ago. To say the least, I am gripping my car seat desperately attempting to hold back the wings. While the sticks were impeccable the wings just weren't the Pizza Hut boneless wings I so dearly love. The buffalo sauce was just wrong and was only drizzled over the top. Overall, the dining room was clearly on the older side but I found that endearing and nostalgic. While I wouldn't feel comfortable licking the table it seemed clean enough. In the end though, the wings are scratching at my insides for a glorious release. read more

First of all The guy who took my order and The guy who delivered it deserve 5 stars! They were very respectful,patient and friendly! The pizza however tasted like it was scraped off the lunch buffet and thrown in a box! It was clearly reheated on top of an oven and very Luke warm and dried out when I got it! Last week I called at 2:15 pm to have my order ready so I could pick it up at 3:00. Well I get there and nothing was ready the workers were running around like they were lost, there was only 3 tables of people sitting inside eating so I'm waiting and waiting then about 3:15 still wasn't ready the guy making the pizzas was sweating and it was dripping on my family box that had only 1 pizza in it supposed to be 2 and some other stuff, he kept staring at the screen was completely lost I finally walked out very irritated that place is so disorganized it's not even funny. Eh, I hate leaving bad reviews, but I'd hate for you to venture here without my advice. Walked into a packed restaurant during the dinner hour and didn't stay long. Drink order was taken fairly promptly, however after 15 minutes, they never arrived. We ended up walking out, checking Yelp (like we should have done in the first place), and headed to the local pizza hot spot Angelos. They must get this fairly often, because they acknowledged us as we were leaving, and just said "have a nice night." Very strange. Be aware that this PH location doesn't have a full menu like others do either. No apps, and limited topping selections. Salad bar looked weak. read more

Just recently we met some family here for an impromptu dinner. While I like my local pizzerias, there is something nostalgic about Pizza Hut... reminds me of fond childhood memories. There are now no Pizza Huts in Syracuse so we made a short trip to Auburn. I've passed this location hundreds of times but never ventured in. The staff warmly greeted us and sat us right away. I'm a fan of all things Christmas and they pulled all the stops with the holiday decorations. My toddler was in awe of all the lights and decor. The breadsticks and pizza were served piping hot and exactly what I expected, familiar and delicious. Now the main reason I rated this place a 5+ is because of our server, Carla. I can't think of a more spectacular and genuinely kind waitress. She was prompt, professional, nice and she was so good with my toddler, showing him some Christmas toys and engaging him. Carla is by far one of the best servers we've ever had, she is a gem. We'll be back and hopefully Carla will be there as well! read more

Andrea is the single most petty "manager" I have ever met. She was so rude taking our order then proceeded to not deliver our order after an hour! I called and she said it would be another hour even though she said 30 minutes when we first ordered. Two hours?! We would have picked it up if the wait was extreme. So after almost an hour and a half I went and picked it up. I watched as the delivery driver pulled out when I was pulling in. She didn't send our order with him because she wanted to make us wait. R stop at pizza hut last night was better than r last stop. The service was quick and prompt. The bread sticks were good and r pizza was ok. If u go to pizza hut make sure to get the pan pizza, the hand tossed tastes like a frozen pizza from a grocery store. Was having family over and wanted pizza and wings. We LOVE Pizza Hut Pan pizzas. They had a deal, 2 medium pizzas, each $6.99 with unlimited toppings. We ordered four pies with several variations! The pizzas were delicious ! Each one was done as ordered, toppings, sauce type, crust flavoring, it was great! Could not beat the price to serve 8 people . We took our son here for his birthday, it was the worst ever. I had to give you 1 STAR but you DONT DESERVE IT MY SONS BIRTHDAY DINNER WAS A TOTAL DISASTER. We all ordered a personal pan pizza they got all of our pizzas wrong. My oldest sons pizza had to be remade it was all wrong. My other son ordered the meat pasta in the silver pan for 7.99 he ended up getting a little bowl and still charged the 7.99. When we ordered the waitress said she would bring out our chicken wings and garlic knots right away, we sat their 25 min before they came out and they only brought out 2 of our 3 orders of chicken wings because our other order was dropped on the floor. The table was dirty and it was so cold in their that we had to keep our jackets on. After telling the waitress about everything that was wrong she said I will give you a discount, yes she did $3.00.
