We received an email with a coupon for a large pepperoni deep dish pizza for $7. Super offer! How could we resist? I called to place the order and was told that I had to order online because they cannot process promo codes with phone orders. Seems odd. So, I placed the order online, which was less efficient than via phone but rules are rules :( The touchless pick-up process was good though. Just provide your QR code or enter your order code into the portal and the door opens with your pizza. Rather than one large rectangular pizza, Little Caesar's gives you two smaller pizzas so that you get more crust. Clever! I normally don't like the crust so much, but this crust was delicious. Crunchy and flavorful. Sort of like toast. The pepperonis were good but there were only 2 per slice, carefully placed as though they were being rationed. The pizza had plenty of cheese and sauce. It seemed a bit sweet, which I happen to like. Overall, a tasty and satisfying pizza. read more

Little Caesars makes a very good pizza. There isn't any Little Caesars located close to my house so when I see one I have to stop and order a pizza. I happened to be near a strip mall when I noticed a Little Caesars sign. Clyde and I went in. There was plenty of parking in front. I asked if there was a special going on. The lady at the counter said their special was a large cheese and pepperoni regular crust pizza. The price was $6.00 and change. We ordered the special. It took only a few minutes for the attendant to hand us our pizza. It must have been already cooked when we got there. The pizza was delicious. It had just the right amount of pepperoni. We were going to wait until we got home to eat but we couldn't wait. It smelled so good. We each had to have a piece on our way home. The large Little Caesars large pizza doesn't seem to be as large as some other large pizzas I've had. It's not small, more like a large medium. Little Caesars is strictly carry out. You order at the counter and in no time your pizza is ready. I'm always surprised that you can got such a delicious pizza for such a low price. read more

Pepperoni Pizza. OKAY. Even though the Pizza was doughy it was pretty good for what it is. The Pizza was actually tasty and very cheesy. Not so much when the Pizza cooled down and was eaten cold. I was starving after work and didn't feel like driving to any number of Pizzerias in the area. Instead I walked down the plaza just footsteps away from work to pickup a Classic Pizza Pie where it costs less than a lunch special of 2 Slices at a regular Pizzeria. A small Pizza Pie cost $7.25 with tax included. There are so many adequate Pizzerias in this area that settling for a LITTLE CAESARS Pizza was acceptable. LITTLE CAESARS is quick and convenient rightly advertising itself as "Hot-N-Ready" Pizza. In and out the door in seconds 'cause the Pizza is served hot stationed in a heater oven rack for a quick pickup. LITTLE CAESARS has always had a bad reputation but their Pizza is not as unsatisfactory as one would think. In my opinion their Pizza is better than DOMINO'S which is the leading Pizza Restaurant chain in the UNITED STATES. Last time I ordered a Pizza at LITTLE CAESARS was 8 years ago. Went there to order, after 9pm they ONLY offer plain cheese or pepperoni...wait, what?? Why? Not the fault of the staff. However, management should insure that website is up to date with that type of the information. Maybe close earlier if that's your issue. To begin with, the service was horrible! The girl behind the counter didn't really know what she was doing and kept getting all the orders wrong. It took forever to get our pizza and she almost gave us the wrong one. Then we saw our pizza was ready and it took 10 minutes before she noticed it laying there and cut it. Then she forgot our cheese bread (which wasn't made) so they gave us a lunchbox item (which had been in the hot box for like 5 hours) so it was super greasy and sticky. When I was younger, Little Caesars was considered a third-rate pizza chain. It still might be in sales, but I became a convert after eating at this store. The store itself is brand new, clean and somewhat tucked away in the Publix shopping plaza. The experience is really simple. You ask for an item like a pepperoni pizza, and walk out with it for $5 in less than a minute. The quality for such convenience is barely sacrificed. I was blown away by how good it was for the money. Even a frozen pizza costs more than that at the supermarket, and takes 15-20 minutes to cook! The service was great, the staff was nice and the manager/owner was visible taking orders and manning the fort. You can tell he really puts a lot of effort into pushing his store to succeed. It must be a brutal pizza market and I doubt the margins are high since the prices are so low. In fact I almost never see anyone in the store when I drive by. I later realized that that is because there is never anyone waiting! Instant service baby! My only complaint would be that the pizza tends to lose some tastiness after having a few slices. Maybe that's because I was full, but at the end of the day it's still a killer deal. Why would I ever order from Dominos or Papa Johns again? EDIT (8/19/18): Changing my review from a 3/5 to a 4/5 based on my experience today. When I posted my review the manager reached out to me and said he planned on talking to his staff about the sauce cups size and it appears he did. Got the Crazy Bread combo with the new 5 Meet Extra Most Bestest pizza and was pleasantly surprised. The sauce was just like it was when it opened with the amount they had in it. And the Pizza seemed to have more cheese then when I've gotten it before, and a ton of toppings. Glad to see these changes made. This local franchise has gone downhill in my opinion. When it opened, I'd definitely give it a 4.5/5. Don't know if it's changed management or something. Before it was a great value. Besides the $5 pizza, the crazy bread combo was under $2.00. Now it's $3.99. When they first opened for a few years, they'd top the sauce off and give you a very healthy portion. Now, if you get 3/4th's filled your lucky. I also feel the crazy bread is a little under-cooked now. Every time I've gotten the "ExtraMostBestest" pizza I've been disappointed. It doesn't look no where near what I see advertised on TV and what I see in reviews. It's mostly just a few more pep and maybe a little more cheese. Not what they're advertising. This is the best Little Ceasars I've been to. I've been visiting this location since the very first day that they opened, and they consistently provide quality pizzas. The owner is very hands on, and I've seen him teaching new employees how to cut a pie perfectly to ensure a consistent quality of product. They have a good selection of pizza in the hot and ready case, and have always been happy to make a pie fresh when I've called ahead. Everyone here is very pleasant, and the store is clean and well kept. They're also very fast, which I like. If you've had Little Ceasars before somewhere else, I'd definitely give this location a shot. I've found the locations can vary wildly in quality and taste. It all really comes down to who the owner of the store is, and the owners of this location clearly are very involved in maintaining a high level of quality. I stopped buying frozen pizza because this location opened near me. It just doesn't make sense. $5 will get me a cheesy, delicious large pepperoni pizza... Or a sad frozen pizza mess that shouldn't be legally allowed to call itself pizza. I'd strongly recommend the triple meat, stuffed crust, and Smokehouse BBQ (which, I like cooked well done.) Every pizza I've had here has been worth twice what I paid. read more

As the mother of a busy, fast-growing, and always HUNGRY fourth grader, I can't say enough about the ease of grabbing a Hot'n'Ready pizza from Little Caesars. Mom is always the hero when she shows up with a couple of boxes before rushing out to a baseball game. We have fallen in love especially with the Bacon Crust Deep Dish!!! There were times when we wanted specialty pizzas with the different toppings and crusts that we had to order ahead as we were leaving school. I was VERY pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and excellent customer service we always receive from the young men and ladies who work there. From the minute they pick up the phone until the minute we received our pizza we were treated with genuine kindness, which is rare in this day and age. Aside from being a mom, I am also a fourth grade teacher. Little Caesars has supported us with all of our pizza parties and fundraising events. If your Boynton area school has not become business partners with them, please make sure you contact Mr. Beson, the owner, and set up your partnership. The staff is super nice when apologizing for the mistakes they make EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO. I have called to place orders and tried online ordering. Online ordering is great but when I showed up at the correct time to pick it up they told me they forgot to make it. They were nice and had it ready in 10 minutes but cmon! 55 minute total wait. The next time I called. They told me 20 minutes. I show up and they said it's not ready yet so I waited. About 10 minutes later the man asked what my name was again. He told me they don't have my order. I said I called and talked to a lady. He walks to the back and talks to her and comes back and said sorry, She forgot to put your order in. Seriously again? He was nice. I wasn't angry. Stuff like this happens but seriously two times in a row? Get your stuff together. I love little Caesar's. I worked at one when I was younger as a manager. It's not hard to stay organized. Get it together please because I love the food. Update: I was messaged by the manager. Again very polite and Apologetic. I will continue to eat here and hopefully they get it together next time. I understand good help is tough to find and train quickly. I update my original 1 star to a 3 star. I personally cannot excuse bad customer service. Your line is 8 people long, which would be fine if it weren't a 20 min wait for pizza. I ordered online and the pizza pickup machine whatever it's called was broken. That's fine, but I expect you to still keep up with online orders, every single other pizza place does and they don't have a "pizza portal." I asked the cashier (I think her name was Janae?) if my order would be done soon and she said I had to wait in line to order again. I then asked if could just have a refund and she said (very aggressively may I add) that I had to wait in line for a refund as well. At that point I'm just disputing the charge on my Amex, it's wild that you'd treat a customer so poorly. Even if you can't change the situation about the wait, an apology and a smile go a long way, and she had neither of those. read more
