I can't believe it took me this long to check out Danny's Pizza--so consider this your sign to go!…read moreThis spot is a true gem for anyone chasing a solid New York-style slice in Boynton Beach. They've got a strong lineup of pies behind the counter and some great lunch specials that make it an easy midday stop. I kept it simple with a classic cheese slice and a water for $6 (a steal). There's also a two-slice and drink combo for $8.95, but the slices here are generously sized, so one was more than satisfying for me. Service was quick and genuinely friendly--my slice was heated up and in hand within minutes. The pizza itself checked all the boxes: hot, foldable, with a crisp crust that still had that slight chew you want in a true NY-style slice. Simple, classic, and done right. The space is casual with a handful of indoor tables and a couple outside, making it perfect for a quick dine-in. They also offer takeout and delivery, and there's plenty of easy parking out front--always a win. Danny's is officially on my go-to list when the pizza craving hits. Looking forward to working my way through more of their menu.

I've driven by Windy City Pizza so many times I've lost count... on my way to the Village or…read moreotherwise. I'm not a big fan of Chicago-style pizza, so I was never particularly tempted to stop. But after hearing some rumblings about their award-winning wings, I finally decided to pull over as I approached one evening... and I'm so glad I did. I wasn't expecting what I found when I walked in solo around 8:30 PM. A table of eight old-timers was finishing their meal and having a great time, a young couple sat at another table... all in this small room where time seems to stand still. As I looked around at the Chicago memorabilia, Wrigley references, wing awards, tons of old Illinois license plates... I was already hooked. I ordered their award-winning wings and, yes, they were very good (8.5). Of course, I also had to try some pizza, so I went with a small Thin Crust Chicago Pepperoni Pizza (8.0). It reminded me of a bar pizza, cut into small squares with plenty of good pepperoni. It's not my favorite style of pizza, but I have to admit... it was very tasty and surprisingly hard to stop eating. "Just one more... they're small." Since I'd ordered way too much food, most of it came home with me. Both the wings and pizza heated up beautifully the next day. Service from my waitress was fantastic... personable, friendly, and efficient. The two chefs working that evening also had a great attitude. Things quieted down after the large group left, but there was a steady stream of pickup orders from what were obviously regulars. There's clearly a loyal following here... and with good reason. Count me in. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Located on Federal Hwy & NE 14th street in a cozy corner with shaded picnic tables and plenty of parking space. My go to pies are La Americana and the Maradona. The ingredients are always fresh, the dough is fluffy and airy on the outside, thin in the center with light sauce and plenty of toppings! They are to die for! Another favorite is the classic Margherita; which they have on HH from 5-6pm at a discounted price. Besides pizza they offer a variety of soft drinks and sparkling water. Plus you can bring your own wine ;) The staff is incredibly friendly, and the owner is one of the most welcoming people you'll ever meet. He's always smiling and stays super engaged with customers, even posting updates online. I actually follow their Instagram just to keep up with what they're doing next. Highly recommend this spot. If you're looking for a simple high quality pizza, you will not be disappointed.

I generally take it to go!

He ordered the Pauly D pizza and it was as good as Buddy's pizza in Michigan. Thick crispy crust was delicious. I ordered a chicken pita sandwich with no tomato and no cheese (normally has American cheese and Swiss cheese). A massive sandwich was placed in front of me - it could not even be folded into a wrap size. I started to eat from the top and was about 1/3 of the way done when I noticed it had cheese still (which I cannot eat due to extreme dairy sensitivity). I went back to the counter and asked if I could get a different kits without cheese. The owner was at the counter and immediately took the sandwich from me and had the chef remake it. I was a bit surprised that it was going to be remade when a new pita would have made me happy. Well I got a new meal and dig in again. My husband had pizza leftover so he took it to his sister's house as she just moved into a new condo in Boynton Beach. Her and her BFF took one look at the pizza and dove in. They enjoyed it so much that she ordered three pizzas for her condo-warming party! Folks really enjoyed it! And if you are from Michigan or visited when younger, they have a good selection of Faygo pop (cuz you gotta call it pop like MI natives do). We would definitely come back here again.

The margarita pizza was a sauce less pizza and instead of tomato sauce they just had sliced tomatoes! I was offered to put sauce on it but I suggested that I try it the way it's supposed to be served! Seemed like the owner was happy I suggested that! As a New Yorker I've always been fond of NY style thin crust pizza. I don't normally get anything deep dish or Sicilian style, but I'm glad I did this time! The crust was delicious and had great texture!
