Place was packed and the crew was pumping out orders. As usual there were a few cranky people in line and the crew handled all the negativity with grace. To the woman working behind the counter dealing with this as she was suffering with a cracked rib, I want to say thank you. I hope you get back to feeling better really soon, you all deserve a raise, however, you deserve a paid vacation along with it. Give these people some patience because instead of cooking dinner for our family, we chose to have them cook it for us and for that they deserve a little bit of kindness and gratitude. I placed an order for pick up and went inside to get the order. The order wasn't ready and still had to wait another 20 min. The staff were rude and the front staff member hid out in the back to avoid the line of customers. There was no hot and fresh orders ready as well. I asked for help and the employee mumbled the "b" word in Spanish about me. This place is a joke and should be closed. People were waiting for help and to order and no one was helping them. The pizza we ordered from here was really good - we did half & half - veggies on my side, meat on hubby's side and they did an excellent job - lots of veggies! We like thin crust and they did a great job - thin but still moist! Service was excellent - helpful as we'd never been here before - walked us through how to order to get just what we wanted. Welcome to Coronavirus Central. About 10 employees all running around unorganized. Order taker had no idea what kind of chicken wings they had. Menu board was down. Wanted 2 Pepsi 2liters, they claimed they were out. Placed my order after I had to show person at register what they sold. Walked to local market to buy Pepsi, walked back and put them in car and re entered store to see another employee walking up from rear of store with..yup, an arm full of 2liter Pepsi's! Then I watched no less than 7 employees preparing pizza with masks around their chins! The sanitation was scary! Masks on chins are absolutely worthless! There was obviously no adult supervision when a group of girls in the back broke out in unison singing some song. Welcome to your local HS pizza parlor. We won't return. read more

What a terrible experience for this NFL Game Day promotion. An hour late and I ordered way before the kickoff to make sure I wouldn't be caught up in delays from orders coming in at half-time, etc. What Door Dash did was to bring the simple pepperoni NFL Special which was so easy to prepare, you would think. But it had been sitting on the wwarm-up rack for way too long. There was no color but brown to all aspects of this very hardened offering. Instead of starting w/a fresh order, Little Caesar's sent out his horrible thing that even Door Dash warned was all Little Caesar's could find for my order info. I called and had to leave a msg. twice to send out a new one or simply cxl. the order. They never rtnd. the call in the remaining hours of the game. Sure managed to ruin any further purchases I would make from Little Caesars. Door Dash was just as bad as they didn't come get the pizza and offered a 15% credit!!! No tks. Cxl. the order or make a new one and take back this dried up thing. Why would I call upon Door Dash for future deliveries if they couldn't even bother to look at the pizza being handed to them. We placed our order online 15 minutes prior to going to the physical location, and when we arrived our order wasn't ready. They told us to wait another 10-15 minutes for it. There was one lady ahead of us who received her order, then 4 different customers entered *after* us and made their orders at the register. They received their orders before ours was ready. When they finally got around to getting us our order, they tried giving us a pizza that had been sitting in the Hot N' Ready before we had even come in the store. We specifically told them we ordered online ahead of time so we would get a fresh pizza. They took another 10 minutes or so getting our order ready again. We received the pizzas and breadsticks and went home. When we arrived home, the breadsticks weren't cooked and the pizzas didn't have any sauce on them, just cheese and dough. Everything was inedible and we ended up throwing the entire order in the trash. We should have checked the pizzas before we went home, but after waiting an extra hour for our order you would think they would be on top of it. We didn't bother going back for a refund since no one knew what they were doing anyway. We sent a complaint to corporate about the service/food and never heard anything back. We're never going to order from Little Caesar's again. It's now a running joke in our house that if we want bad pizza and bad service, we'll just go to them. read more

This Little Caesars isn't terrible. The food is worthy of 2 or maybe 3 stars. However, today when we stopped by to place an order, we stood outside and watched one worker, Trisha, working her tail off. From what we could see, the manager was at the computer with a CHILD under the desk playing. Another worker appeared to be cleaning in the back and that left Trisha to take orders, make pizza, answer the phone etc. She is young but dang, if she wasn't Wonder Woman! Today I ordered a pizza and was told to wait 15 minutes, so I came back 10 minutes later and waited while watching a drug deal go down outside the store. The pizza tasted fine. The problem is with the service, when I ordered a deep dish online they called to tell me they didn't have deep dish pizza... don't they make them? So I had to replace it with a different type and I'm really not sure if the value was equivalent.
