Very friendly and generous owner! The pizza was delicious with fresh ingredients and the service truly 5-star . The place itself is spacious and clean. It was my first time in Palm Springs, and the owner was so kind to chat with ...he even shared some great recommendations for things to do in the area. Highly recommend stopping by. Good food, good people, and such a warm, welcoming vibe. The world could definitely use more people like this

First time at this Blaze Pizza location. The pizza was really good and the staff was friendly and welcoming. However, the cleanliness was disappointing -- especially the bathrooms. I've noticed this seems to be a pattern at multiple Blaze locations, not just this one. It doesn't feel like a staff issue, more like a management or corporate standards issue. If cleanliness improved, this place would easily be a go-to because the food is solid.

We waited in line about 30 minutes, lots of preordered tickets ahead of us and about 6 others in front of us. The place was under staffed with just 2 employees its easy to see why we had to wait. The young lady that started our order was holding it together well. As a restaurant guy I would dream of staffing my place with 100 ladies just like her. The guy working the oven side was also terrific and if he isn't the manager he should be. Not only was this guy good at his job, but he is remarkable Under pressure. The make table was a complete mess but have to lay blame on management for poor staffing. As for the pizza, it was delicious and cooked to perfection.

Unacceptable. The pizza dough is not cooked though and the portion of ranch sauce was pitiful. Highly discouraged ordering from this location.

Service 4.5/5! Food 4.5/5! Ambiance 4/5 Pizza was yummy and custom made! To the way you like and that's great! They didn't have the pickles pizza today but I got the herbivore one and yum! Kids got their pepperoni and mushrooms and wife got the white sauce pizza! Staff was friendly overall 4/5!

I have never ever posted a 1 star or suggested for people to AVOID A RESTAURANT but I am today . Food: Had flies in it. Service: Horrible, Disinterested Ambiance: None Our food had a fly in it we requested a refund. Then were questioned about why we ate some of it . (Genius Employee) We politely said we didn't search the food for flies before beginning to eat it. Apparently per the manager, ownership doesn't pay for a store phone so he needed his cell phone to refund me. OK. Then he cannot find his cell phone and accuses myself and wife of moving it or taking it. WOW. You cannot make this stuff up im at this moment still flabbergasted about the response here, I may have gotten over the fly with a clean simple refunded transaction.

stopped by this blaze in downtown palm springs for lunch. the BYO pizza tasted great like they always do. but the guy serving us our pizzas and adding the ingredients at the end was a little odd and rude and didn't really communicate with us. there was also a wooden pick that my friend found in her pizza which would be extra dangerous if a child was eating it. never experienced that at a blaze before.

Ordered via Uber Eats, and it arrived on time as expected. Generous with toppings, the meal was both filling and delicious. No complaints--just a great experience overall!

This visit, a large Caesar to share and the large half and half with the Charlie Sheen and Christine Rocker Pizza. Both different and so good. It's nice to be able to have two different options to choose from. The pizza is great and very tasty. Perry massive if your getting a large. Service was great as usual whenever we come. We did arrive later in the evening around 8. They close at 9 but when we arrived, on a Saturday night it was pretty mellow. We walked in and there were two other tables being utilize. The outdoor setting is truly charming--elegant yet relaxed, and very much in keeping with the desert's natural beauty. The evening began with a delightful cocktail hour and a selection of appetizers, which set a festive and convivial tone. Much of the staff was warm and attentive, contributing positively to the celebratory atmosphere. As the evening progressed, however, there was a rather curious moment. While waiting for the restroom--of which there are only two--my friend and I couldn't help but overhear a staff member speaking rather candidly about the event, remarking on how "easy" it all was and questioning her colleagues' capabilities to handle such an event. It felt like an unexpected glimpse behind the curtain, and admittedly, not the most professional one. Shortly thereafter, we realized that it was our own waitress who was commenting on the very event we were attending. While we chose to take it in stride and even found some humor in the situation as the evening unfolded, it did lend a slightly chaotic undertone to the service. Our waitress appeared quite rushed and somewhat flustered, which stood in contrast to her earlier remarks. That said, the evening concluded on a high note. The meal itself was thoroughly enjoyable, and the company, of course, made the celebration special. All in all, it was a lovely night--enhanced with a touch of unintended "entertainment."

We got some drinks to start! I ordered the espresso martini and they were able to do decaf for me! It was one of the most creamy and delicious ones I've had! We did family style and there was still enough food to go around for all of us girls! Next we got some apps: - Beet Salad - I don't typically like beets but this was delicious! The grapefruit went surprisingly well with the beets. - the Garlic Knot - garlicky, fluffy perfection, 10 of these please! - Fried Squash - also not a fan of squash either but this was executed really well as it complemented well with the dip that came on the side. Annnnd for the main course we ordered: - Rigatoni - pasta was perfectly al dente, the meat sauce was tasty and i kept going back for more of this dish - Pesto - loved the unique pasta used for this dish, pesto's always a good idea! - Tagliatelle - this one was my least favorite pasta dish out of all but still good, just not as memorable - Birba (pizza) - wow! this is one of the more unique pizza's i've tried. it was like a flavor bomb in my mouth. the hint of sweet from the honey and the chili oil combined added a kick - chef's kiss. I'd come back to PS just to get this again! - Homemade Classic (pizza) - this was also delish as well! I love mushroom and this was packed full of them, tasty! Last but not least we had to top off the meal with some desserts! We did not expect the portions to be so large as dessert usually comes in smaller plates but wow! 9 of us girls couldn't even finish half of it and we had to take it home. What we ordered: - Tiramisu - this had a nice and cloudy texture, your typical tiramisu but wow can I taste the alcohol in this lol! - Salted Caramel Pudding - this was amazing! Not too sweet and the consistency was bouncy and smooth, just how pudding should be :) 10 of these too please!! - Olive Oil Berry Cake - this is my first time ever trying the viral olive oil cake and i'm glad they had this as an option so I can finally try what all the hype is about! This was fluffy and light, just the way I like it! It's like a lighter pound cake! Our food came out quickly and the servers were nice and attentive. The restaurant itself was cute as it had an outdoorsy vibe and most of the seating was outside under a tree lol. Interesting but it works!

We tend to come for them mainly but have never tried dinner here. Of course the bubbly is always a good start. A bottle with three juice options and fresh fruit for adornment. Strawberries and blueberries for the bougie bubbly effect. And for the price, it's worth it. Food wise, we went with the chicken sandwich with salad and the burger with fruit. A side of fries is definitely a must even if it comes with it. Portion for the sandwich was massive. Nice thick piece of grilled and marinaded chicken breast filled with lettuce, tomatoes, onion and avocados on toasted bread. It's massive even when they sliced it in halves. The lady at the door told us inside would probably be loud because there were two bigger tables in there. It was hot outside, so we decided to sit inside anyway. We almost immediately regretted that and wished we'd sat outside. This place is not made for being busy on the inside. It's just too loud. But, cute in there. Our server, who we later learned was the bartender and not a usual server, took our drink orders. A few of us ordered the Hugo spritz, one gal got a beer, and a few other cocktails were ordered. We got our drinks and they were enjoyable. The problem began when we were ordering food. One girl in our group is Celiac and literally can not eat gluten. She ordered the salmon and asked to be sure the potato salad was gluten free. If things are fried or prepared in the same place as gluten objects, she is incredibly ill for weeks afterwards. She has to be super careful. His response was, "I think so." She told him she was celiac and had a true gluten allergy, and she needed him to be sure. Meanwhile, the menu boasts about how they proudly serve gluten free options right on the bottom. He then said, "yeah, I'm pretty sure it is." He genuinely did not seem concerned. She ended up ordering it but felt uncomfortable about whether or not it was really safe for her. Another girl at the end of the table asked him to please double check, as it was really a serious allergy. He said, "Yeah I am going to ask the chef. I wasn't going to just ignore it and make all you girls mad." He had the snarkiest tone when he said it, and it was incredibly, incredibly rude. That right there gave us a bad taste in our mouths. He came back out and said he checked with the chef, and it was indeed gluten free. Food came out and all tasted good. But when a restaurant prides itself on gluten free options, and then makes it so hard to order, it's not a good look. We wouldn't be back.
